This is from four years ago, but it’s still as soul-enriching as it was the day it was created. It’s a rather unique version of John Lenoon’s Imagine. the song with the incredible, ‘lightworker’ lyrics.

It was produced by the Playing for Change Foundation as part of their 2010 Song Around the World project and, as they say: “Music IS the Power: Power to the People”.

Filming and recording took the crew from the favelas of Brazil to the shrines of southern India; from villages in Nepal to the glittering urban landscape of Tokyo and New York, and beyond – as you will see and hear.

The Playing For Change Foundation says it is honored to have the blessing and generous support of Yoko Ono as music lovers around the world join together to launch the Power to the People campaign.

The campaign seeks to advance John Lennon’s vision of peace by engaging artists and audiences to contribute to music education programs worldwide. Proceeds raised will help build music schools, support teachers and music programs, purchase instruments, and connect schools for cross-cultural learning and conflict resolution across borders.

Let’s leave behind the world of fear and experience the rapture of learning about the world Creator God did create … of learning that Love is the only power that exists … of learning that an All Loving God created an All Loving Universe and that we can ascend into this world if we so choose!

Let’s allow fear-mongering to fall on deaf ears.  Let’s take control of our thoughts and center them upon Love & Light.  Let’s create this world of Love & Light together … Let’s live life as One!
