2013/2014 – YEARS OF MAJOR CHANGES

IN

PREPARATION FOR THE GOLDEN AGE

“So have no fear of them; for nothing is covered up that will not be uncovered, and nothing secret that will not become known.”  Matthew 10:26

The 26,000 years cycle of the most recent Precession of the Equinoxes and our sojourn on the plane of duality drew to a close at the end of 2012—a journey that lifted Mother Earth out of the 3^rd dimension and into the lower regions of the 4^th dimension. It is on the 4^th dimension that we pause while we learn to exhibit the characteristics of the Golden Age. As we develop the understanding of who we truly are and begin to live from that perspective—living in love for all people—Earth will ascend to the 5^th dimension, taking its inhabitants with her. This pause on the 4^th dimension is not permanent … it is to give us the opportunity to learn the Truth that has been hidden from us for thousands of years and to integrate this Truth into our daily lives.

2013-2014 are not years for procrastination … for clinging to the old beliefs and ways of life. It is a time for realizing that the old has passed away … a time for releasing the past with all of its resentments, hatreds, discrimination, and emotional pain … a time for forgiving self and others and moving into living life from the perspective of Being Love and Enacting Love is all things.

Around us, we behold a planetary society that is collapsing to make room for the new.  We will transform every segment of our existing world.  Nothing will be the same. The way is forward … not moving backward to a life that once was on the 3^rd dimensional plane of duality.

In the past, we all chose to advance spiritually by living on a dimension in which we must learn to overcome darkness and become light.  Why?  Living on the plane of duality offered us the opportunity to evolve spiritually more rapidly than we could have if we had chosen to remain on the higher planes of light and love.  For that reason, many of us chose to incarnate on the plane of duality.  The Genesis narrative of Adam and Eve eating fruit from the tree of knowledge of good and evil is the symbolic story of our choice.  Rather than being sinful, this choice simply meant that we wanted to learn by being exposed to good and evil.  That way we could gain from our mistakes, through the unfolding of the Universal Law: We reap what we sow.  However, in order to focus on the plane of duality, we had to die to conscious memories of the dimensions of Light.  Symbolically, we chose to leave the Garden of Eden and experience the world of duality.  Since then, Earth has been our classroom.

Before moving on to our ultimate goal of ascending to the 5^th dimension, we must understand how our planetary history has unfolded.  We must examine our lives to determine how well we have learned our 3^rd dimensional lessons.  2013-2014 marks an opportunity to be sure we are ready for graduation and ascension. No one judges us.  The. prerequisite to ascending to higher planes is that no negativity can accompany us there.

During 2013/2014, we will continue to experience the trauma of learning that life on 3^rd dimension was not what it seemed.  While on 3^rd dimension, we lived in a matrix of lies and accepted them as the way life was.  We did so because we have descended so deeply into materiality that we presently use only 5% of our DNA and call the rest of our DNA strand junkDNA.  We habitually use only 10% of our brain power.  This means that humanity possesses a very constricted concept of who we actually are.  As a result, those, who seized power through the thousands of years of our residency on the plane of duality, withheld much information from us in order to render us complaint to their control.  Humanity has been enslaved in a variety of very subtle ways, most of which we are totally unaware.

For this reason, 2013-2014 will consist largely of how we respond to the massive unveiling of lies that presently is catapulting into the Light of day.

Once more, we stand at the Gates of Eden.  Do we qualify to re-enter those Gates and return to higher dimensions where we live in only Light and Love?  In order to do so, we must forgive and release all that is not of Love.  Until we know the complete content of the matrix of lies in which we have lived on the plane of duality, we cannot know how difficult forgiving all persons may be.  Are we ready to forgive and release the past—even though the lies may have caused us great pain—so that we can move forward in our knowledge of the Truth?

As Truth increasingly Lights our Way, we must remember that we used God’s gift of freewill choice to evolve spiritually on the plane of duality.  That choice meant that evil would also be present to provide a contrast to good.  The lessons we chose to learn involved recognizing the good and always choosing it over evil.  Through the thousands of years on 3^rd dimension, we have all made mistakes and reaped the consequences.  Hopefully, we have learned much.

One of the principal areas in which truth has been withheld is the field of religion.

Since I am familiar only with the Christian religion, I’ll speak to it.  Basically, Christians have been taught the following:

1.  We inherited sin from Adam and Eve, thus we were born sinners in need of salvation.

2.  We have only one life to live, represented by our present physical body.

3.  Upon the death of our physical body, it returns to dust and we go to either heaven or hell.

4.  We are separate from God and the only way we can be united with God is to accept Jesus as our personal Savior.

5.  We are separate from all other beings, all of creation.

6.  Even though the cosmos is boundless, Earth is the only planet on which human life exists.  We are alone in the cosmos.

7.  God loved us and sent his only begotten Son, Jesus, to die on the cross and save us from our sins.

8.  Jesus did it all.  We have only to accept him as our Savior and we are saved from eternal punishment in a hell of unquenchable fire.

9.  The End – we either walk the golden streets of heaven for eternity – or – we burn in hell for eternity.

The fact that we have accepted the above explanation of life is an indication that we really do not use but about 10% of our brain power.  We call the above list tenets of our faith.  We readily accept the religious authorities’ admonition:  “If you question your faith, you may lose it.”   Even though we may vehemently deny it, we are enslaved by the fear of being forbidden the keys to the kingdom.  Little do we know how tightly our minds are controlled.

Consider how often we refuse to investigate an area of thought because “it is not Christian.”  We have unknowingly given Christian doctrine priority over seeking Truth.  We have been taught that the Bible is The Word of God and that it tells us all we need to know.  Ponder how frequently we condemn a person or topic with the statement:  “The Bible calls it an abomination.”  We have settled for an extremely narrow world view—one not even remotely based on Love and an open minded search for Truth.

The word eternity is a good example.  The medical profession tells us a baby is formed by the union of an egg and sperm.  Religion informs us that this baby is conceived and born in sin to live the only life he/she will have.  If the baby grows up to accept Jesus as Lord and Savior, then he/she will eventually die and spend eternity in heaven.  A favorite biblical verse is John 3:16: “For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, so that whoever believes in him should not perish , but have eternal life.”  In the Christian interpretation of this verse, eternal life is based on a decision to believe in Jesus.

The actual meaning of eternity is infinite time, without beginning or end.  Religion ignores the without beginning and dates its beginning for each individual as the time of our one physical birth.  In so doing, humanity is rendered capable of being controlled by fear.  We came from nothing and if we do not adhere to the established beliefs of the church, we will be condemned for eternity—only one life, only one chance.  Sadly, our minds are so controlled that we accept this world view as fact and are shocked when someone suggests otherwise.

         In 324 C.E. (A.D.), Constantine, Emperor of Rome, adopted Christianity as the state religion.  Thereafter, the cause of Rome and the cause of Christ became one.  As a result, Constantine’s commitment to the churches’ cause meant that he must also become involved in their conflicts, which were numerous.  He set up Councils of Bishops to solve the internal religious problems.  The decisions made by the Councils of Bishops became imperial policy with regard to ecclesiastical questions.[i]  Obedience to the king became synonymous with obedience to the church.

Throughout hundreds of years, controversies raged over the doctrines to be accepted by the Church.  Irenaeus, Bishop of Lyons, proclaimed:  “The real Church has one and the same faith everywhere in the world.”  The title of the article in which Irenaeus makes this statement speaks volumes:  The Refutation & Overthrow of the Knowledge Falsely So Called.[ii]  It was originally published in Irenaeus’ Selections from the Work Against Heresies.  Anyone daring to believe or teach anything other than the approved church doctrine—i.e. heresy—was mercilessly persecuted.  The freedom to seek truth on our own was very effectively eradicated.

The condemning of an acceptance of reincarnation seriously impeded Christians’ ability to understand who we truly are, thereby disempowering us as unique individuals.  This occurred in 553 C.E. (A.D.) during the 5^th Ecumenical Council when the writings of Origen (185-254 C.E.) were condemned.  A 4^th century Doctor of the Church, Saint Jerome, declared Origen to be the greatest teacher of the Church after the apostles.  Saint Gregory of Nyssa, 4^th century, affirmed Origen to be the prince of Christian learning in the 3^rd century.[iii]  Regardless, Origen’s work was declared heresy in 553 C.E. with the following threat to all Christendom.

        “If anyone does not anathematize Arius, Eunomius, Macedonius, Apollinarius, Nestorius, Eutyches, and Origen, as well as their heretical books, and also all other heretics who have already been condemned and anathematized by the holy, catholic, and apostolic church and by the four holy synods which have already been mentioned, and also all those who have thought or now think in the same way as the aforesaid heretics and who persist in their error even to death:  let him be anathema.” [iv]  Webster’s Dictionary defines anathema as a curse solemnly pronounced by ecclesiastical authority and accompanied by excommunication.

         The vehemence with which the Church regulated Christians’ beliefs is illustrated in a papal bull occurring hundreds of years later.  On May 15, 1252, Pope Innocent IV issued the As exstirpanda bull that “Authorized the use of torture for eliciting confessions from heretics, and authorized the execution of relapsed heretics by burning them alive during the Inquisition.” [v]

         Christology offered a major source of contention.  Who was Jesus?  Was he divine or human or both?

Here, we must remember that all religions have been created on the plane of duality by less than perfect  human beings seeking to understand their world.  All sacred texts were composed by human beings living on the plane of duality.  Although inspiration played a role, all inspiration must first come through the personality of the writer.  The degree of truth to be found in any inspired writing is dependent upon the purity of the soul of the writer, the motivation of the writer, the selflessness of the writer.  The books to be included in a sacred text were determined by human beings living on the plane of duality.

A part of our preparation for entering the 5^th dimension is to accept that we chose, many lifetimes prior to our present incarnation, to evolve spiritually through a knowledge of good and evil.  In so doing, we died –we have  lived life operating with 10% of our actual brain power.  We forget that we have lived thousands of lifetimes on Earth’s plane of duality.  We forget that we have lived under the Universal Law We reap what we sow and therefore have had to reincarnate repeatedly on the plane of duality in order to balance with positive service to others the negativity we have previously sown.  This is how atonement is made—not through a blood sacrifice of a crucified Savior.

During the eons of our residing on the plane of duality, many Avatars (Great Teachers)[vi] have incarnated throughout the world to assist humanity in finding the Way back to Oneness with Creator God.  Even though the fact has been hidden from Christians, many of these Avatars/Saviors have been described with identical terminology.  We have ancient sculptures, paintings,writings, and archaeological artifacts that offer proof of this fact.  Ancient sacred texts have been translated into English.  Some researchers are trained in ancient languages and can read the originals.  Their findings reveal at least sixteen Saviors whose life narratives share the same events as Jesus would later experience:   Krishna of India, 1200 B.C.; Sakia Budha, 600 B.C.; Thammuz of Syria, 1160 B.C.; Wittoba of the Telingonese – 552 B.C.; Ioa of Nepal – 622 B.C.; Hesus of the Celtic Druids – 834 B.C.; Quexalcote of Mexico – 587 B.C.; Quirinus of Rome – 506 B.C.; Prometheus of  Caucasus – 547 B.C.; Thulis of Egypt – 1700 B.C.; Indra of Tibet – 725 B.C.; Alcestos of Euripides – 600 B.C.; Atys of Phrygia – 1170 B.C.; Crite of Chaldea – 1200 B.C.; Bali of Orissa – 725 B.C.; and Mithra of Persia – 600 B.C.[vii]  (Dates are approximate, according to Kersey Graves.)

        Tremendous amounts of ancient artifacts, historical documents, books, and paintings were either destroyed in an effort to maintain one and the same faith or have been stored in the over 50 miles of shelves in the Secret Archives in Vatican City.[ix]  This has made objective research very difficult.

         In order to describe Jesus, the Church Fathers adopted the God-Man narrative and terminology that had existed for thousands of years.  The biographies of each Savior share common elements, such as born of a virgin … a star points the way to the birthplace of the new Savior … angels, shepherds, and Magi visit the infant … in several, gifts of gold, frankincense, and myrrh are given to the child … the 25^th of December marks the birthday of the gods … the babes are saved from destruction shortly after birth … they possess early signs of being advanced beyond the normal … their kingdoms are not of this world … they are called the only begotten Son of God … our Lord and Savior … they performed miracles … were baptized … crucified  as atonement for our sins … descended into hell … resurrected … and ascended  in the presence of others.[x]

“Saviors unnumbered have died for the sins of man and by the hands of man, and through their deaths have interceded in heaven for the souls of their executioners.  The martyrdom of the God-Man and the redemption of the world through His blood has been an essential tenet of many great religions.  Nearly all these stories can be traced to sun worship, for the glorious orb of day is the Savior who dies annually for every creature within his universe, but year after year rises again victorious from the tomb of winter.  Without a doubt the doctrine of the crucifixion is based upon the secret traditions of the Ancient Wisdom; it is a constant reminder that the divine nature of man is perpetually crucified upon the animal organism.” [xi]  Metaphysicians know these Saviors to be Earth’s Ascended Masters.  They continue to be present in the 5^th dimension and higher.  Ascended Masters maintain a personal relationship with all who so desire.  We call talking with them prayer.

         The Protestant Reformation did not take place until the 16^th century.  Therefore, Catholics and Protestants shared the same history for 1500+ years.  The whole of Christendom has been psychologically marred by efforts to enforce one and the same faith.  Christian apologists have supplied a steady defense and proof of orthodox Christianity.  Our minds have been easily controlled by the fear of being condemned as a heretic and excommunicated.  A tribal consciousness  will gladly assist in enforcing the one and the same faith.  Called by various names, churches have presbyteries, elders, deacons that serve to weed out any heretical beliefs or teachings.  Ministers and professors are fired: reputations are ruined.  A layperson may be shunned and/or pronounced crazy by fellow congregants.   Minister and congregants are locked in a Catch 22 that very effectively prevents exploration for Truth.  For this reason, in recent decades, large numbers have left the church to search for Truth on their own.

The inability for the churches to explore and seek Truth has resulted in 2013/2014–the years Earth humans are temporarily residing on 4^th dimension—arriving with multitudes still dead to the lies religions have propagated.  Will ministers and congregants awaken to the challenge of opening to new insights regarding who we are as divine beings? Do we dare to open our minds and seek Truth?

Will we stand outside the Gates of the Garden of Eden and affirm our intention to resurrect from the dead and ascend with Mother Earth to the higher dimensions of consciousness?

2013-2014 offer us the opportunity to do so!

Many of us expected to see visible major changes take place on or around December 12, 2012. Actually major changes did take place, however, they were not readily visible. The greatest shift that occurred is that Earth was able to break away from the 3^rd dimension and move into the 4^th, while anchoring on the 5^th. This fact has already brought forth much Truth—formerly hidden from the people. This revelation of Truth will continue! We will see increasingly that Love is permeating the Earth!

 10^th DAY OF LENT – FASTING/FEASTING FOR THE NEW GOLDEN AGE

 A Light For My Path

In the 9^th Day of Lent Devotional, we discussed the fallacy of a teaching Western religions have propagated for thousands of years—only one life to live.  We are, instead, eternal beings of spirit having numerous incarnations in physical bodies for the purpose of evolving spiritually.

Each time our Soul chooses to incarnate into a physical body, it does so with the advice of our spiritual guides and guardian angels.  Every incarnation has purpose; there are no accidental births.  This purpose is carefully planned prior to incarnation.

Keep in mind that all Souls travel in the realms of spirit while we sleep.  In this manner, Souls incarnated on Earth can communicate with Souls still in spirit realms.  Most will not remember these night travels upon awakening.  However, many will wake up with a particular thought in mind.  We often use the term I’ll sleep on it … little suspecting that we unconsciously plan to seek guidance during our sleep.  I’m sure many are aware of waking up and knowing how to solve a problem on which we have been working.

Back to planning an incarnation….  Each incarnation on the plane of duality offers us the opportunity to balance the karma[i] we have accumulated.  There is an energy field called by several names:  the Collective Unconscious, the Akashic Records, or the biblical Book of Life or Book of Remembrance.  (Malachi 3:16)  All emotions, thoughts, and actions are energy … energy never disappears … instead, it is stored in this aggregate field of energy called by metaphysicians the Akashic Records.  The goal in balancing the karma we have accumulated is to transmute 51% of the negative karma (energy) into positive energy.

We balance 51% of our negative karma in several ways:  allowing our self to reap the negative seeds we have sown in prior lifetimes; providing loving, selfless service to others, and by using the Purple Transmuting Flame (God’s gift of grace)[ii] to transmute our negative energy field (karma) into the positive energy of love, compassion, and/or peace-making activities.  Heretofore, once we have balanced 51% of our negative karma, we have been allowed to step off the wheel of karma and no longer have any need to reincarnate on the plane of duality.

2013 marks the beginning of the New Golden Age in which those who so choose will ascend to higher levels of consciousness.  We are finishing up the old in preparation for the new.  It is a time of completing our Soul Contract for the present incarnation.  Although some are and will choose to end this incarnation by physical death, many more are choosing the privilege of ascending with Mother Earth to higher dimensions of consciousness, taking our physical bodies with us.  Either way, completing our Soul Contract is important.

Every Soul will eventually ascend into the higher realms.  Some may choose to take their time and live a while longer on the plane of duality.  In that case, they will be allowed to do so.

The Soul Contract includes the lessons we need to learn in order to grow holistically into an ascended being.  It includes the planning of the major events to take place in our future incarnation and the choice of the significant people to be involved.  While planning the Soul Contract, our Soul and its guides read our individual file within the Akashic Records of all prior lifetimes.  We carefully study our Soul’s progress to determine the most important events and lessons to be contained in the Soul Contract.

Once the Soul Contract is formulated, it is registered in the energy field of the Cosmos.  The location of the stars and planets at the time of our birth matches the Soul Contract.  Our parents intuitively choose the name that will grant us the number vibration on which we have chosen to function.  The Contract is imprinted on the palms of our hands and can be read by one proficient in doing so.   The Cosmos knows who we are and why we are incarnating.  Once here, our handwriting style will also reveal facets of our Contract.

Our Soul Contract is the Divine Plan for incarnation.  Many individuals and divine beings have assisted in the creation of our Soul Contract.  That we succeed in fulfilling this Contract is the goal and we have much help throughout our lives in doing so.

On this 10^th Day of Lent, may we “fast” from thinking our lives have no purpose … that we are here simply because our parents engaged in intercourse and a sperm fertilized an egg.

 May we “feast” upon the fact that we are dearly beloved children of Father/Mother God, evolving on planet Earth … that much Divine planning went into our incarnation on this planet.

 May we “feast” upon this verse of scripture:  “Your eyes beheld my unformed substance.  In your book were written all the days that were formed for me, when none of them as yet existed.”  (Psalm 139:16)

 May we “feast” upon the fact that our physical birth was attended by Divine Beings, blessing us as we left behind the celestial realms with its many memories … entered the narrow birth canal to the plane of duality … and emerged on this planet to be greeted by our chosen parents.

Ascended Lady Master Kwan Yin explains:

 “I am called the Mother of Mercy; there is no one who can be more gentle than I.  Like Mother Mary, I too have stood in the rooms where bodies first came forth from the wombs of your mothers.  I too touched the top of your heads.  I too blessed you; not only in this embodiment, but all the embodiments since I have been secluded from the peoples of Earth by the maya [negativity] of human creation; praying with all the mercy and compassion of My heart that each one of you might fulfill your Divine Plan.  I have loved you regardless of mistakes, not only in this life, but in those that have gone before.” [iv]

This year has had a real heaviness to it which may have left some questioning have we truly ‘made it’?  The ending of our old cycle meant one of two things as we faced the beginning of a new cycle. Collectively we had a choice: to awaken and transform our world, or to stay in our slumber and experience the demise of all living things. That was the reality of our situation. The way we were going was not, and is not, sustainable. So it was with great anticipation that we looked forward to the beginning of our new cycle. It symbolised a positive turning point and a new beginning. We knew that we did not come here to fail yet again, and so millions of people celebrated as together we shifted into a new era of consciousness, and thus a new era of awakening and global transformation.

Yet after the first dewy days of a new dawn, rather than feeling exhilaration and bliss many of us found ourselves feeling like we’d been hit with a wet cloth.  We experienced a sense of heaviness, depression and even a desire to leave the planet for much of January. We may even have wondered “Did we really choose the road of mass awakening and transformation? Am I deluding myself? Maybe we failed…again!!”  Speaking for myself, even though everything was fine and dandy in my personal world, it felt very hard to be here on Earth and I haven’t felt that way in a long long long long time. I became hyper-super aware of all the injustice that is still out there, all the lies and dysfunction that are still happening, all the mediocrity we’re still surrounded by that’s celebrated by the mass media while real issues and solution-pioneers are ignored, and part of me just did not want to be here anymore. I’m sure many of you felt the same way.

February will feel much lighter as we adjust to the new program which is: here’s the truth of your reality/world, what are you going to do about it? We will continuously be called this year to find ways to come back to our centre with revelation after revelation sending us into waves of shock at times and even further despair. We need to remember that revelations are a positive thing, even if they are challenging, because they lift what has always been there under the carpet to the surface. Revelations are an important part of the process of positive change. Revelations are part of the process of awakening into greater consciousness and awareness. So it will be a very dramatic year, and it will also be exciting to be a witness to all that is being uncovered.

Many of you will already be feeling this ‘witness’ or ‘observer’ vibe, having energetically already stepped out of the old matrix, and watching as if from the outside in as the old world falls away.  This may seem to contradict our commitment to greater conscious action, however the key word there is conscious action.  We don’t personally need to be involved in every demolition and re-construction of every building and structure on the planet. We all have our own piece of the puzzle to take care of.  Just follow your own inner compass and your own Hansel and Gretel Cookie crumbs. You may be a conscious observer for some issues, and a passionate activist for others. You may be a devoted parent who is committed to researching about the healthiest food options for your kids, or you may be a kind, loving person who is always there to extend a helping hand to others. A lot of people get confused about this fine line between taking action vs allowing thing to unfold. To me it is not an either/or situation, it is both. It is our old paradigm’s version of action that has confused us. The old version was a very masculine, aggressive, mind type of action, often coming from fear, that wasn’t necessarily in harmony with the actual, desired outcome. The new version of action is conscious, heart-based, divinely-inspired action which may at times mean that your action is to sit and be in your own sacred space. It may mean getting political. It means whatever it means for you in each moment.

At the same time that January brought a heaviness born of hyper-awareness, I was aware that this hyper-awareness was a good thing and much needed for everyone to finally snap awake in a really conscious, practical way and be active transformation agents in greater and bigger ways; on a humanitarian level, political level, environmental level etc.  We are continuing to receive so many signs that something major has shifted. Mass protests are everywhere demanding a myriad of social changes, and governments are finally committing to meet some of those demands – British MP’s have voted in favour of same-sex marriage. There has been, and will be more, unprecedented outrage and a ‘no more’ vibe to attitudes and ways that have long passed their use by date. Negative comments about women breastfeeding in public triggered a ‘nurse-in’ outside a television studio in Australia. While those particular negative comments may not compare to other recent triggers for outrage (the rape of women and the sexual abuse of children for example) the reaction is linked to the same core: the rise of the divine feminine and the refusal to continue to allow the disrespect that women, children, minority groups, and other vulnerable people have continually been shown. Conservative U.S television host and political commentator Bill O’Reilly said recently, “The White Establishment is now the minority.” He said that with a grim face like it’s a bad thing, but for those who have been suppressed as a result of this establishment it was cause for celebration.

There have been major revelations of long-hidden secrets and we will see more as the months continue. Lance Armstrong finally came clean (ish) to Oprah and there is news breaking just now regarding a major drug cover up in Australian sports.  It’s been revealed in the UK that popular brands of food purporting to use beef, are actually using horsemeat instead.  There was a mainstream article that somehow skipped the censor’s brush and dared to point out the truth: that we have all become participants in a false reality that has been constructed for us.  We will become aware of this more than ever this year.

 A recent media controversy in Australia highlighted the insensitivity of prank phone calls after a tragic consequence. In another case, a much loved media identity’s on-air confession about smoking, tearfully admitting to not being able to kick the habit while currently pregnant, has raised awareness of the power and dangers of addiction more than any smoking campaign ever has. All of these things are shifting our collective consciousness just as much as, if not more than, any self-help seminar.

So what’s going on? Have we made ‘the shift’ or not, and if we have why does it feel so heavy? Well indeed we have but as we’ve been saying for years: shifting into a new vibration means anything not in alignment with that vibration has to come up and out for release, collapse or transformation.  It is the era of transparency and authenticity. It is the era of truth and integrity. Whenever we make a major personal shift, we will always come face to face with all the ways in which we have been sabotaging ourselves. We will have light bulb moments about thoughts, beliefs and actions that have been running contrary to what we say we want. We’ve experienced this in our personal lives, we are now seeing it in greater numbers of people, and in wider global arena’s.  As with personal awakening and inner transformation, mass awakening and global transformation requires a confrontation with truth, and truth is what we are collectively finding ourselves neck deep in right now.

The heaviness is a result of the megatonness of truth, or rather deceptions that were disguised as truth, that are pouring out of every personal, social, political, government, military, corporate, media, pharmaceutical, religious, historical etc nook, cranny and crevice right now, spilling out for all to see and feel – and a lot of it is not pleasant. It can be downright ugly, disturbing, uncomfortable and challenging to our personal reality comfort zones.  Yet if we truly want what we say we want – a transformed world – then this heightened exposure to the current reality that surrounds us is an essential part of that process. Shifting to a higher level of consciousness involves being awake and aware to everything that is playing a part in creating our reality, to everything that is being portrayed to us as reality. We cannot change what we are unaware of. We cannot step into our power if we are blind to the ways in which power has been taken from us.  Pulling back the curtain of OZ, or the veil of illusion, is not for the faint-hearted.

Discussing and exposing the truth is often seen as negative for the very reasons mentioned above. It is often uncomfortable and challenging to hear it.  In mainstream society the truth often flies against the face of what we have been taught, or are being told, is truth. In the alternative community, it often flies against the face of the old ‘new age’ motto to think positive and focus on what you want, not what you don’t want. Yet there is nothing positive in remaining silent, in keeping quiet, in being blind to what is going on in the world.  Our old ‘everything happens for a reason so leave it alone’ motto is not going to cut it in this new cycle. Yes, everything does happen for a reason – we are collectively starting to realise that one of the higher opportunities of a tragic event or injustice is to act as a catalyst for action and transformation. This is what we will see more and more of this year. People being galvanised into action by small and large events, that trigger unprecedented outpourings of emotion and response, compelling individuals, communities, companies and governments alike to finally do something about a variety of issues.

“I feel we are not supposed to sit back and use spiritual platitudes as justification for inaction, or to avoid the emotional responses that would be triggered by actually facing the realities of the world in which we live. Those emotional responses hold the key that will guide us to whatever action is most appropriate. It is through our emotional experiences that we find our humanity and ultimately express our spiritual “enlightenment.” The greatest measure of our enlightenment now lies in this question: In the face of watching brothers and sisters in extreme crisis, what are you going to do?

Right now, the truth is making some people very upset – namely, those who have relied on certain truths remaining hidden in order to stay in power. There’s now even a supposed negative name for those of us who dare to question official stories and practices – ‘truthers’. It’s starting to feel like the days of the witch hunts all over again where people who voice the truth or dare to question are ridiculed or worse!  Protests are seen as low-level terrorism, while laws are being put into place in some U.S states making anyone who reports factory farm abuses a terrorist! Facebook is suspending accounts that question the official narrative of Sandy Hook following a warning from Connecticut Police that misinformation could result in prosecution.  Questioning a narrative that has so many inconsistencies as to be completely mind-boggling is a perfectly normal human reaction. It is our right as citizens to question things that are directly, or indirectly, affecting our community, country or world.  Whether it is mass media incompetence reporting staggering inaccuracies or outright deceit that explains these inconsistencies, surely we aren’t okay with either? So why are people who are asking questions being vilified by members of their family and community? It is a good sheep-herder that can train his sheep to herd themselves into not stepping outside the established boundaries!

Before we all run away from the planet in despair, the good news is that the degree of truth-repression that’s occurring right now is a direct response to the degree of truth-seeking, truth-demanding and truth-revealing that is occurring right now. Informed, courageous people are still daring to question. They are daring to reveal truth and they are having a positive impact – activists have prevented the ‘factory farm whistleblower = terrorist’ laws from passing in seven states.

No one is here to tell you what is truth and what is not, what is good for your children and family, and what is not. There is no one truth fits all sizes, however there is that which is true for you. And to find out what is true for you is one of your most important jobs right now.  Do whatever resonates best – read, research, meditate, journal, ask questions, look under carpets, muscle test. Find answers that sit right with you and let your own inner authority guide you.

Another reason for this new cycle heaviness was explained so well by the ‘grandmother’ of Conscious Evolution Barbara Marx Hubbard in a recent interview with The Shift Network’s Stephen Dinan. She described it as a kind of post-partum depression that even she has felt. Having spent so long exerting so much time, energy and focus toward the ‘birth’ date of a new world, it is as if we woke up the next morning to the reality that we had a newborn in our arms (a world needing to be completely overhauled from ground up) and frankly the reality of the situation hit us all like an overwhelming blanket that we wanted to hide under for a while.

A relevant comment came through on my Facebook page that many of you will resonate with: “Initially my January started off rather light but as it’s gone on it’s just gotten heavier and heavier and I feel like I’ve stepped back 10 steps for no reason … so I’m just sitting with it and not ‘doing’ anything with it as I’m hoping it will pass very soon.”

My reply was: “I would love it to pass soon too but unlike heaviness from energetic or emotional debris that can be cleared in an easier way, what we are feeling is the physical debris, the physical reality of all the systems that have been operating in a way that is not in harmony with our hearts, souls, our health, our worth. So in this case the clearing that needs to take place revolves around action be it exposing truth and old attitudes, or participating in the creation of/supporting new systems and structures. So the heaviness is not so much an energy we need to move through, rather it is many aspects of physical reality that we have to dismantle and replace with a new physical reality. We had to get to a certain level of consciousness in order to be able to do this, but now we’re here it’s time to transfer our consciousness into action, in whatever small or large ways. I believe it will be in our daily actions now that we will find relief from the heaviness.

So a good question to ask right now in the heaviness might be: what can I do right now to find relief from the heaviness? What can I do to make me feel I am participating in the clearing/renovation process? It might be as easy as reminding yourself: Well I am recycling a lot more than I used to. I am choosing fresh, healthy, local food when I can. I am aware of the ingredients in my packaged food and moisturisers. I support local farmers and craftspeople. It might be as challenging as committing to something that you keep procrastinating about that your soul is calling you to do more of, or less of. Even not ‘doing’ anything can be a conscious action eg consciously choosing to stay in a peaceful heart-based space. When you consciously acknowledge that this is your contribution for this moment, it is in those moments that you will find relief. Another great question to ask is: what is this particular heaviness drawing my attention toward? What have I just been made aware of? Often you’ll find that the same sort of topics/events make you feel heavy, so these are clues as to perhaps what your soul would like to get more involved with at some point down the track or find more information about.”

Around the same time that I was writing about this heaviness, a friend sent through a beautiful short video of a young boy with down’s syndrome being mothered/patted gently by a golden labrador. It instantly lightened the heart, so add to the list of actions you can take: watch something, read something or listen to something that reminds you of all the beauty and love that exists on our planet. It was a great reminder to balance out all the heavy truth-revealing with joyous truth-revealing as there is plenty of that out there right now as well.

We are creating a new world, and there is plenty of evidence right now to show that. This evidence may not be wrapped in the pretty package we expected, but remember that the real gift is not the package. It is what is inside once the paper comes off.

Hi Everyone

Welcome to the February Energy Forecast for 2013.  We had a break from a monthly forecast in January because of the annual message that I created – 2013 Year of Community.

So it was an interesting month to go through. Everybody at some level or another experienced these incredible days of what some have called muddy, some have called intense and some have called half-asleep. There are a few reasons for this.

One of the keys that I always felt would happen post the 21st of December would be a big “now what?” from a lot of people – many people were expecting something to happen on that day, even though so many of us had discussed that it wasn’t going to be a one day occurrence. But still, none of us as human beings absolutely know what’s going to happen. So there was a curiosity.

 

And even within the psyche of those who don’t believe in the idea of spiritual or psychic change, December the 21st had a meaning to people.

So this, combined with the holidays, left everyone quite disoriented and some people disillusioned. So many people flatlined energetically, for at least the first week or two of January, if not longer.

Last night before recording this message, I tuned in to see what would be one of the themes for this month ahead. Normally, I’m given words and concepts and I was given a few of those this morning, which I will share in a second, but last night I was shown was an image. The image was of this being a turning point for us – January into February, but we’ll really feel it in February. Prior to this in the last few years, the energy waves that we’ve been experiencing as human beings have been a lot more vertical than they are about to become. We are now going into a more horizontal period. I’ll explain.

If you think of a coffee plunger, a cafetiere where you press down and it compresses all of the coffee and the water into the glass – what we were previously experiencing was a plunging up and down (energetically) that was quite similar to this. So it was rapidly pushing and compressing us through those things that we needed to clear or change. Physical health was often the manifestation of this, which is why so many people have been ill in the last couple of months; because that is one way to clear out dense and old energy.

We’re all a little different. Some of us tend to process more emotionally, some more physically, some more mentally and usually we all process any of those at any one time to some degree.

So the difference that we’re about to experience in the coming energy waves is a more horizontal process. It’s funny because as I’m saying this, I can feel a whole bunch of you going, “Oh God, not more.” (Laughter) I’m afraid we are still on Planet Earth as human beings going through the human transformation that we always knew would be colorful, to say the least.

So this new ‘horizontal’ experience is going to slightly change the way that we process things.
Before, we were rapidly catapulted into things that we needed to clear, and often it was intense, fast and took you by surprise. Those of you who’ve worked a lot with developing your awareness in the last couple of years, and heightened seeing some of the areas that you have cycles around fears or around limitations, versus the parts of you that you can say are very expanded and open. So, for example, some of us are very good at being brave in certain areas, but in others we have a lot of fear and restriction and we notice, “Oh, wow, I’m working with an energy template here that’s holding me back”.

Regarding some of those cycles and areas that you have now identified, this new horizontal energy is going to allow you to open them out more, and examine them. So there will be less shock involved and there will be more consciousness in working with these areas.

So let’s say your fear is of rapidly changing your relationship, your partnership. You’ve been circling around this for a year and it’s been very intense. What you will now be able to do is to see with a much wider vision what it is that needs to change in the partnership. Whether it is that the partnership has served its time and its purpose, or whether it is that you’re holding onto some things that you can open up in you, so that the relationship can become fuller. But the spaciousness of this horizontal energy will make it feel different to you. Rather than bringing you the feeling you’re the victim of it, or being pushed into something you didn’t see coming, the spaciousness is going to allow you a lot more peace around examining some of these areas with less judgment, less fear and less of a sense of needing to get away from these areas.

So this really speaks of the mastery available to those of us who work with awareness and consciousness, but these energy waves will also speak quite clearly about the mind.

The mind is such a key and such a clue. And the mind is, in several areas of the self-development and spiritual world, wrongly demonized and spoken of as a villain and an enemy. The problem with making the mind an enemy or a villain, is that the mind is always connected to you somehow. So there is always some emotion in you or some old experience that you went through that was hurtful or difficult that you made an alliance with your mind around.

So if you made an alliance with your mind when you got rejected by somebody, the next time you go to put yourself in a situation where you may be rejected again, your mind will send you warning sentences to stop you, so that you don’t have to go through that pain.

Now, as we know, that’s a trap, as we actually just have to feel whatever it is that’s inside us, so that it can then transmute and open. Because any wound or any area where we’re limited holds us back from being our full selves and living with greater happiness and greater ease.

Whether you are somebody living in a mansion with millions of dollars or whether you’re somebody living with very little out in a mud hut, the life experience is universal. And it’s usually the case that those of us in western society have to work even harder to reconnect ourselves, versus those people who actually have a lot less and are still more in touch with their senses around the world; and they are not living in such an over-stimulated, technological place.

So when working with the mind; here are some tips from me.

If you find that your mind is going very frantic one day, so for example, you notice that you are bothered by your mind and all of your focus is going up there. Perhaps the mind is saying, “I’m worried about money and what if I don’t get that job and what if this, what if that…”

Firstly, all of those things really are simply “what-ifs” and  the mind’s “what-ifs” are just fears of what may or may not happen in the future, usually based on the past. And of course, worries about the future, when you remember that any of us could die at any moment, become a lot less important.

So first of all, mentally understanding the concept that worry is a non-truth. It’s a pattern based on fear and anxiety that is coming from inside the body.

So this thought is not the enemy. This thought is connected to anxiety or instability inside, so if you can identify and work with that emotion, the thought goes away.

You know this to be true because when you are at peace and happy, none of this mind chatter is going on.

So, if you catch yourself having lots and lots of thoughts, you can either stay in a thought cycle that could last hours and could keep you in a fairly low vibration, or you can catch it, see what’s happening and re-pattern both the thoughts and also work with the feeling in the body.

So if with the example I just gave, you have fear thoughts about money, about job, just go into your body and ask yourself – what am I feeling? What feelings are creating these thoughts? And you may get an answer verbally or you may just notice the feeling, by stopping putting all of your attention on your mind. You may then notice that you’re feeling quite amped up, or feeling quite afraid. So first of all just breathe, and let the body calm a little. Then help redirect the feeling by making an affirmation around it.

So for example, if fear was the feeling, you would say, “There is nothing to be afraid of. I do not need to be afraid. I release this fear.”  Whatever words feel right to you. The reason it’s important to verbalize something (or to say it inside your mind if you’re in a public place and you don’t feel so comfortable doing that or it’s not convenient), is that through doing this, you reprogram the other words that are going round your head.

Just taking a couple of minutes out, whenever you notice you are caught in the mind, and just letting the body breathe and stop. And even just doing that, even if it takes some time to reprogram your thoughts, you’ll notice it will give you more space inside once more and you’ll be able to back away from that which you’re getting mentally obsessed by. As the obsession has risen from the energy-body into the mind and the problem is that the mind is always a ‘full stop’. You’re never going to get anywhere above the mind, so thoughts become circular. But if you come back down into the body, you actually start to clear it, and then these thoughts start to disappear.

This is a time for many of us to become more diligent about re-patterning and re-training ourselves. We do run on pattern as humans and we run on patterns in the relationships that we have with other people and yes, you can meditate and you can do other spiritual exercises such as yoga or exercise, all sorts of things can help – but when you have limiting thoughts in the mind, one of the quickest ways to release them is to reprogram yourself with other words; more positive words that you have chosen.

And what you will find is if you practice this over a period of days and weeks, it’s not just that it gives you  relief in that moment. You will also be re-training yourself to have more expansive feelings and thoughts, so that you don’t get trapped up there in limitation again.

The reason I’m focusing on this so much this month is because the message I was shown this morning was that this is a month that we can really learn to trust ourselves and our lives more and create more space for ourselves. But it will take some diligence on our behalf. (Laughter) And again I can hear a whole bunch of you going, “Ugh, really?”

And if that’s the place you’re in, you need to re-pattern that thought. It’s fine to be tired and it’s fine to be exhausted and it’s fine to go through this month deciding you’re really not going to do too much. But a thought that’s negative towards your own potential transformation is a thought that needs re-patterning.

So if you’re exhausted, be good to yourselves. But most of us are going to see a widening of the space that we noticed happening in January. Many of us in the world had experiences where, post the intense days or the muddy days, we would come back feeling stronger, clearer and wider than we ever had before and more at peace with everything that was going on around us within our internal self.

We’re living in times where violence and fear are being put on the table a lot more. And it’s escalating around us. And it’s important to both center yourself around these evidences of violence but also to hold your boundary and to have your voice around what you feel is a way that we can live together as humans on the planet. Versus just suffering through what you are seeing going around you.

It’s important to find that internal fire. And you find that fire by making yourself less of a hostage to fear. And through working with the mind this month you will find you’ll have fast shifts out of some of the historic fears that you had, and also some of the collective fears that are going on around us.

As ever, be good to yourselves, be good to others, but remember it starts with you. And I know that most of you listening to this will have more of a tendency to neglect yourselves and focus on giving your energy out to others. Or that has been your greatest mastery change in the last few years.

So keep working with knowing when you need to be alone. Knowing when you need to ‘not be’ where you have promised to be; because that’s hitting a lot of us in bigger way than ever before at the moment.

  Gaia’s New Birth Chart for 2013

Dear Gaia,

I have created your astrological chart for this first year of transition into your higher expression of SELF. I see that you have a Libra ascendant, which means that relationships are very important to your expression of SELF. You have been isolated from your greater family since the Fall of Atlantis, and you long for Unity Consciousness (Libra Ascendant) with your Galactic and your human family. Fortunately, your plants and animals have always remained in Oneness with you.

However, you will have some very big decisions to be made about world politics before you will be able to move out of the old third dimensional thinking that has limited your consciousness. (Mercury, Pluto and Sun conjunct in Capricorn square the Sun in Aries) You are ready to become the Sun that you ARE within your Beingness, but the Mercury, (decisions), Pluto (transmutation of world government and spirituality) and Sun (your Divine Essence) is squaring Uranus (sudden and unexpected changes).

On the bright side, Uranus will demand that freedom is to be had by all, and that the highest frequency of energy is grounded and integrated into your Earth body. Your Earth has been greatly harmed by those who are so on the edge of survival that they cannot see the big picture of our cycles of life and by those driven by greed. (Saturn square mars)

Fortunately, the greed that took over your humans and made then forget what was really important in their life, (Saturn square Mars) is being replaced with a “back to the Mother” feeling towards your body. (Venus trine Moon) Fortunately, Venus and the Moon will be working as a group to change old patriarchal thinking and remind humanity that the first polarity to close is the polarity of masculine and feminine. Towards that end, many friends of your Earth are gathering in groups (Moon 11^th House) to transmute the desire for earthy objects into the desire for a higher dimensional Home. (Pluto in Fourth House)

This transmutation will not be easy, (Mercury, Pluto, Sun square Ascendant and squaring Uranus) but your humans are realizing that it is vital that they decide they take full responsibility for what their fellow humanity has allowed to occur. Fortunately, your human children are being re-born into their Multidimensional Nature.

Furthermore your first children to live upon your body (the Galactics) are returning to assist in the creation of a new way of thinking. (Neptune fifth House sextile Mercury) This thinking begins by healing the planet that has been their home. As you humans return to their innate multidimensional thinking, they will more easily perceive and accept their connection with their higher expressions of self.

Uranus in the sixth house, taking in, integrating and releasing energy will assist your humans to heal their wounded earth vessels and transmute them into Lightbody. However, returning to Unity Consciousness with you, their Mother Gaia, must precede this transmutation. (Uranus square Mercury, Pluto, Sun)

Fortunately, new technology and new methods of healing will be forced to the surface by Uranus, which represents the Higher Self of humanity and your plane?. These long hidden technologies will greatly aid both your body and the bodies of your humans, plants and animals. (Uranus in Ares in Sixth House)

The rebirth and planetary transmutation will be greatly amplified by the higher states of consciousness that are uniting your “separate” countries into Oneness. (Jupiter trine Mars) In order for this to occur, old karmic wounds of selfishness and greedy decisions (Saturn square Mars) must be transmuted into thinking in terms of being ONE planet, ONE people.

The love and unity of Venus and the Moon trine is vital to offset decisions made from the selfish greed of Saturn and Mars (Second and fourth house). However, as Neptune returns to its home sign of Pisces, the lessons of the Piscean Age, the Kali Yuga, can be reviewed and seen from a higher perspective. The Moon is calling for friendship and unity, while Venus reminds your children to think in a loving manner.

Neptune’s return to Pisces is occurring in your fifth house of creativity and children. Hence, your first children who have moved on to new galactic homes are returning to assist the children on your body to band together and create a planetary return to a higher expressions of planetary resonance. In fact, Uranus has entered Aries, the sign of new beginnings.

Fortunately, Uranus is square Mercury (decisions and communication) Pluto (transmutation, politics and spirituality) and Sun (masculine expression of power), which will force changes in these areas. Then, those who are afraid of change will have to adapt. Meanwhile, Saturn stands in the second house asking, “What is most important in your life?”

The energies in your Second House of (money) value systems and money could represent the unveiling NESARA. Will the collective human consciousness of your humans be able to accept this gift that is ready to be received. (Moon Square north Node in second house) The challenging aspects of Capricorn in your Third House of thinking and communications could represent the possible formation of new laws and governmental systems.

Mercury, Pluto, and the Sun in Capricorn are calling for a total transformation in the manner in which humanity thinks about world government, as well as the importance of taking full responsibility for the planet that is their Home. It is important that humanity takes back control of their individual and planetary lives. Those that desperately hold onto the old will miss the NEW that is blooming just beyond their point of perception.

Dear Gaia, 2013 promises to be year of great transmutation which will bring great joy to those who can expand their consciousness and adapt to that frequency of reality. What will your children decide? Will they return to their Spiritual Wisdom, as Neptune returns to Pisces? Will the love of Venus and the Moon be able to balance the greed of Saturn (karma) square Mars (actions)?

In your many lives through the cycle of duality, you have faced immense challenges and as a result grown all the more at a spiritual level. Now duality such as you have known it is losing its power over you, as it recedes into the background. Yet as you wrestle with its influence upon you, and clear yourself of your links to the lower energies, you are facing a strong challenge. We know it is difficult to throw off attitudes, ideas and beliefs, based on what you have been brought up to believe. However, within you have all knowledge and you should look there for the truth, and do not hesitate to move to a new understanding if you are in any doubt. It was easy in the past to be judgmental because that was how people acted, but now you want to move to a new position where instead you see all souls as part of the One.

Separation was a game the dark Ones played to keep you at each others throats, but now you can refuse to continue living their lie that you are all different. Forget the physical differences, customs and religious beliefs, as behind all of that are beautiful souls of Light exactly as you are. In recognizing the Oneness of everything you are taking your place along side of those ready to move further along the path of Ascension. You know now that your search for perfection is never ending, until you finally return to the Source of All That Is. Yet in your own way you have succeeded in overcoming all attempts to keep you from the truth. You have recognized that you will always be a part of the One Truth of which your contribution is as important as anyone else’s, as without you it would be incomplete.

You may be leaving behind some unfinished business, but that no longer matters as 2012 saw the completion of the cycle of duality. Karmically speaking you will have dealt with your important issues already, and since the Law of Grace operates at such times all is as you might say “forgiven.” You have learnt your lessons that have lifted you up, and made further experiences in duality unnecessary. The year 2013 thus becomes a year of fulfillment, as you establish a new and more meaningful connection with your Higher Self. It means that unlike the past you can tap the fountain of knowledge that your Higher Self holds, and will no longer need to rely on others for your knowledge or understanding.

Have we not told you that you hold all knowledge within. Believe in yourself for guidance and you will know intuitively whether you are making the right decisions. This year will be one of immense gains for you, as you accept the ever flowing stream of high energies that continue to reach Earth. Everything is speeding up even faster, and time will gradually cease to have the same relevance as previously. The next part of your Ascension is with Mother Earth, and with our help to create a new Earth that is befitting souls who are growing exponentially and becoming fully conscious Beings. You will then be able to call yourselves “Galactic Beings” and the doors will open to even greater opportunities than you have ever experienced. Your rate of progress is entirely up to you, and once you have made your decision you will have plenty of help from us.

The most important person on the Earth is you, as it is you who determines where your journey takes you. You choose from the various options available to you, and that is why care is taken to ensure you know what they are. Taking care of yourself and your own needs does not mean that you ignore others, as part of the work of all Lightworkers is to also tend to the needs of others as well. Each soul now has the responsibility to prepare to receive a greater amount of Light, so that their consciousness level keeps expanding. It will keep you firmly on the path to a higher understanding, and help you to continue moving into a higher dimension. The path is there before you and you progress at precisely the speed that suits you. As we have said previously, you are immortal and have all infinity in which to evolve.  You are under no pressure to progress except at a rate that you feel comfortable with.

You have done the hard work by releasing most of the lower energies that have tied you to duality. Now you can be more ambitious and set your sights much higher than previously. The effort you have put in since the Millennium, and particularly during the past few years has yielded much success. There is no need to feel that somehow you have failed simply because Ascension did not meet your expectations. It is in fact quite the opposite, as you lifted the vibrations so that incoming energies could be grounded through you. That set the grid in place that is now able to lift you even further and “Love” is taking over, which is your assurance that you will now advance more quickly and receive the advantages of the New Age. The many delays and the many obstructions that the dark Ones used to hold up progress, can no longer be continued. They do not have the power or the organization to do so, and their activities are being recognized for what they really are.

We ask you to continue your life with the same focus that you had before, and think positively as all exists in the “Now” waiting for you to manifest exactly what you desire. At different times you have been given sufficient details to know what to expect, and as the new paradigm takes over you shall have every opportunity to benefit from entering the New Age. The present period of uncertainty will be short lived, and soon you will both notice and feel the changes taking place. What you should register is the result of a general upliftment in consciousness levels, because it will bring about a new attitude and willingness to move your civilization into the New Age with all speed. Accept that some inconvenience is inevitable, as the scale of changes is going to be quite far reaching. However, we of the Galactic Federation are ready as ever, always adjusting our plans according to your coming needs. Once we commence rapid advancement will be made, far beyond anything you are currently able to do.

Dratzo! Taj Jai Dan! (Happy New Dawn!) We return! A new epoch is dawning for humanity! Let us start with a brief description of what has happened so far. Our sacred secret allies, with the assistance of your Ascended Masters, have put into position a new financial system and begun to instruct various key individuals in the distribution of the hard-backed currencies associated with this new banking system. Meanwhile, those who are to take up positions to replace old-order officials in the present de facto regimes are preparing the announcements which will transform your world ‘in the twinkling of an eye.’ Further, the Light-oriented military and militia groups are poised to complete a legal putsch that will put a series of new, de jure governments into power. Once done, the announcements will be broadcast and the six major components of NESARA will become the law of the land. Initially these acts will: restore the Constitution; ensure the establishment of common law; and institute the use of a set of new hard-backed currencies worldwide. These will be the monies activating the new banking system and establishing global prosperity.

Banks will be rechartered and corporations dissolved and replaced with socially responsible partnerships. Large banks and corporations are to be broken up. New documents detailing the legal requirement for full transparency between these various institutions and the public will be stressed. The people will be asked to inform themselves and become a vital part of this process. These new partnerships will be adjured to recognize the need to help Gaia and work toward redressing the many problems created by decades of global carelessness. These bodies will be publicly regulated and must interact with their now-prosperous communities to bring an end to industrial pollution and energetically promote the age of clean energy, which uses zero-point and light-beam technologies. We intend to assist you by giving you technology which takes your interactive capabilities to a new level and which permits your communities to move away from corporate agriculture and any other ‘traditional’ industries that can harm Gaia and her diverse and fragile ecosystems.

Your first priority is to enrich your community life and demonstrate your Love for your home world. We of the Galactic Federation acknowledge both the Spirit and the material aspects of our living land. Each aspect, whether ocean, sky, or landmass, is most precious to us. Your fully conscious ancestors exercised this Love every day and even the so-called primitives of your world hold her essences sacred. This viewpoint is to become yours. Your sciences have only just begun to grasp the truth of this central tenet of creation, and even ecology and related biological sciences barely acknowledge such a basic outlook. As you grow in consciousness you start to sense the Life contained in everything around you. You are to become a community of Earth stewards to your beautiful home world—a community that cherishes your living world and is grateful for all that she provides for you. You begin to perceive the great beauty all around you and to comprehend the key role that you play in sustaining this glorious creation. You begin to truly understand that all life is sacred and inextricably interdependent.

This unity is the great predicating factor in the Creator’s manifested physicality. This sacred design is seen interlaced throughout all Creation. Wherever we go, we see this constitutional unity demonstrated. It is seen in the way the solar system operates; in the way each part of life is dependent on another. It is seen in the way Heaven so graciously interacts with physicality. Everywhere, this all-enveloping rhythm can be observed. It is a source of unending joy to us and we know you deeply sense the truth of what we say. You are increasingly discovering that many of the sacred truths contained in your philosophies need to be recognized. You are also beginning to see that dogma is used to shield other truths from your awareness. You are searching for what is real and for what resonates deep within you. This search involves a growing cognizance of the quintessence that ‘makes it all tick,’ and above all, you know that something very new is required. This is why we have come, knowing that you need answers to these queries. Our role is to provide them, by using our abilities to move you, with Heaven’s assistance, into full consciousness.

Namaste! We are your Ascended Masters! We come now to act as sacred mentors to all humanity. We come to manifest, in sacred time, a new reality filled with many wonders. Long ago, each of us began a grand quest to fully realize our potential and, with the immense blessing of the Creator, to rediscover our path to full consciousness. This journey was long and arduous and filled with generations of misdirection; then finally, a grand moment of utter glory! In discovering who we are, we learn about what has been taken from us. Then we began a mission to bring humanity swiftly to the wonders that took us so many lifetimes to reach. We asked Heaven to find a way for this to happen, and discovered that such a plan already existed! What is presently happening all over your realm is the start of something truly exceptional: you are meeting your many families, and they are to guide you shortly to your own mass enlightenment.

Full consciousness is a monumental blessing! It enables you to experience and express every sacred emotion, and to explore fully every action in physicality. This is a huge responsibility and is not to be taken lightly, as it can overwhelm your physical Soul if you are not properly prepared for it. This is why this metamorphosis requires a qualified mentor as well as specific technologies. Heaven knows this, and has sent us those who possess these most magnificent qualities. We graciously bless this opportunity to realize these wonderful goals for humanity. The time draws near, and now you have just passed a most pivotal test! The rest is simply timing. A divine time schedule exists, and you as a people are very shortly to become not only capable of welcoming your many families to this world but also, joyously, to become one of them!

These great blessings from Heaven are just the beginning of something wonderful! We are honored to be designated to guide you through these wonderlands and intend to start our formal mentoring once your unlawful governance is replaced. In the new, more spiritual environment, disclosure can take place and we can appear before you. You will be reintroduced to many sacred truths as they form part of your divine path to enlightenment. Ascension, or ‘donning the cape of full consciousness,’ requires carefully choreographed instruction. You will learn to become the dance that is the magnificent realms of Creation. This is something we are familiar with and can easily teach you. Once you begin, you will quickly acquire a certain level of proficiency, which you can then build upon as you watch your world shift, your consciousness expand, and your interaction with the divine realms dramatically increase!

We are changing. We are changing. We are entering a brave new world.

Brave, because courage is what it will take to face some of the challenges; new, because feeling rather than mind will now take the leadership role for our society and our planet.

We have reached the end of the road where the old ways and the old resources are concerned. So now, we use our inner resourcefulness to create the new and adapt, just as many generations have before us learnt to adapt.

The change we are facing is of a mastery level.

We as human beings have, in our cellular memory, all of the shifts that humanity has been through before programmed into our bodies. But never before has the playing field been so wide.

This is thrilling and sometimes intimidating.

We live on a planet of duality and duality will continue to be the experience as we move into a greater sense of personal power, and through that, community connection.

We have been taught for so many years to disconnect from each other, to disconnect from ourselves, to stay small, to fear lack, to want more. External teachings that have kept us trapped as a group in a cycle of wanting, needing, feeling loneliness, feeling loss, feeling separation.

This is how we have been, but we are changing.

And while the journey from separation to greater oneness may sound ideal, it can be a rocky ride.

It can be intense on the system it can move you fast into places in yourself that you have never before experienced. And this, for so many of us, has been happening more and more in rapid fashion in recent years.

So for those of you to whom this is familiar, 2013 will bring a little more of that, but mostly, a great deal of expansion and life.

But be aware that most around you are going to be going through this push inside themselves into greater feeling. And depending on how well they are able to navigate and support themselves through that journey, it will directly affect the way they act out or react.

Remember, everything is energy.

So the more you are able to embody your center when around others, you offer a new ceiling to the room. You offer a new way of being. And it is a way of inner being that you have birthed through receiving all of the highest aspects of teachings and examples that you have seen and felt over the years.

But you are bringing these aspects into the body and merging them with your unique personality, your unique soul, your unique energy field.

And as you do that, you become more. You become one. You become whole.

Don’t be surprised if isolation and loneliness show up on that journey, for in order to become whole, you have to let go of any idea of separation or isolation.

So much of our teaching over the last century has been designed to keep us in place – so many of our systems in the last century have been designed to keep us in place.

For those of you that are aware of this, there is no victimhood in this experience. It simply is what it is.

And understand that those in power are losing power. Those who have had power over others are being as rebalanced as the rest of us right now.

So the new world truly is going to be one of community – one where who you are and what you have to contribute is vital for the future of life on Planet Earth.

So in 2013 more than ever, be mindful of where you place your attention and where you place your focus.

Are you focusing on the fear put out through our news? Are you focusing on the violence so celebrated in our popular culture? How do the fear and the violence make you feel?

Notice this, and ask yourself why you need that external focus to move fear or adrenaline through your system. It is a pattern of behavior that we have been given and that has encouraged. It helps us to disconnect to focus on such things.

And now, it is harder than ever to be disconnected.

Disconnected behaviors have cost our Earth, just as disconnected behaviors have cost our individual growth. And when our individual growth is challenged, our world growth is challenged.

This is why so many in recent years have felt the call to change who they are, their beliefs, the ways they treat their body. And this wave will keep growing.

And many of you are already leaders of the new Earth.

It is not always going to be easy. As much as positivity about our future is vital; so too is reality.

The resources on our planet cannot sustain us in the way they have been. And while we will adapt, it is us working as a community in the areas that we feel most passionately about as individuals that will create this tapestry of change.

So, it will not work to sit at home and wait for others to create changes you are frustrated about not seeing.

Some of the wisest words we were ever given by another human being were, “Be the change you want to see.”

Being a victim is uncomfortable. It is not a fun place to be. It is not an expansive place to be. And we are being a victim when we point the finger and blame others.

Blame and anger at one another will slow us down. If you do not like what those around you are doing, be the balance to that behavior by focusing your energy on the opposite. And through that, you will be an example.

We are all connected and we pick up on each other’s energies. As much as we have been a society trained to use words, and allow our minds to often lead, it is not true that the words of others are what affect us. What is true is that the energy of others affects us, and the words are but the calling card for the energy and the representation of it.

You know this to be true. For when you walk into a room, you do not need to have a conversation with somebody on the other side of the room to know that there is something about them that you are attracted to.

Energy speaks; and energy will continue to speak, loudly, on our planet – but, so too will action and community joining forces be required for this planetary shift.

And the wonderful news is, when you give yourself to giving back to our planet and working to bring the change that you wish to see, for the Earth and for the people and the creatures on the Earth, you will come alive. You will become more alive than you have ever experienced. Your sensory body will enjoy the present moment like never before.

We, as a group, have been encouraged to deaden our senses for a very long time. That is not the fault of your neighbor. There is no original person to blame for this. It is simply what we have walked through.

And while there are choices, always, being made on Earth for each of us, there is also a destiny. And this time has been destined.

This is time of great change. And we, the human beings who are living here right now, are part of choosing how far we want that change to go.

Responsibility as an energy is high among many of you. Remember, you are but one person and you cannot take responsibility for what you see going on around you that brings you sadness or, that makes you angry. But you can take responsibility for what you as one person can do to change what you are seeing around you.

This is a process of becoming which I am describing. And depending on where you are in that process, you will either be feeling alive and ready or tired and releasing many aspects of your old personality and your old beliefs, which can be uncomfortable.

Understand that the energies on our planet are ramping up faster and faster all of the time. This affects us too.

So surrender to what your body asks for. Surrender to taking yourself to bed in the middle of the day if that’s what you need and you are able to do.

Start to trust the body and its senses as you come back to the body, which has been encouraged to desensitize. It is that de-sensitivity that has allowed so many of us to stay blind to what was going on around us.

The last few years have illuminated many truths – about life, energy and spirit, and about the powers that be in our world and the systems that we have been oppressed by, as much as supported by.

Blame and anger slow you down and they are simply part of a grief process.

If you need to feel these aspects to move them out of your systems, for you have been carrying them, either because they are what you experienced or were given in early life, or you yourself are prone to directing your energy in this way, by all means, go through that process. But don’t use it in the world, for then it will just recycle anger, blame, judgment, energies that do not promote life; but instead hold energies of death.

Anger as an energy movement is sometimes part of us as human beings. But anger as a force that we use upon others just recycles more and more oppression and fear.

Sensitives, know your boundaries. Many of us have worked on these the last few years so that we are strong and ready for the birth of this new world which we will contribute toward.

But if you feel too sensitive or too raw, focus on your body. Help your body through its traumas, give it the space and quiet you need until you start to feel stronger. Then you will re-ground yourself and it will be easier for you to take your place.

The coming two to three years, in terms of your own experience of your heart, your life, your senses, your understanding of the bigger picture of the web of life and how we experience life, will be full of wonder and new experiences.

But there will also be the experience of watching your old house dismantled, being packed up, in some cases, being demolished.

This takes time to adjust to.

So, more than anything, be kind to yourself.

Much of what we were taught in society was designed to make us hard on ourselves. Whether that judgment is on your appearance, your ways of being, or what you think you are not good at.

Recognize all of those ideas are illusions that we have been fed. But when they combine with emotions, those illusions play out inside us as very real.

So if you make but one commitment for 2013, agree to be kinder to and on yourself.

I assure you, if you were given a life sentence of one or two more weeks to live, you would soon start to be kinder on yourself, and open your senses, so that in your final breath of life you would really breathe and experience what it is this planetary experience has to offer us.

Be kind to yourselves and be kind to community.

For in community, our strength lies.

In community, our power lies. And this web of life will take the Earth and our people to a new plane of existence.
