In 2006, President Vladimir Putin and the Russian people used their private money to send a gift to Americans on the 5^th anniversary of 9/11, in 2006.   This gift, a 100 foot Tear Drop Monument, was an expression of sadness for the 3000 who lost their lives on 9/11 and a “monument to the struggle against world terrorism.” The names of all 3000, including 26 Russians, are engraved in alphabetical order on the wall around the monument.

Today, 8/18/15, many Americans are asking, “Why were we not told of this gift from Russia?”

As one who has been called “a Conspiracy Theorist” since the events on 9/11/2001, I feel that Americans were not told because we are taught that Russia in “an enemy.” What enemy gives such an empathic gift? What enemy people contribute private funds for this gift to a nation that considers them “enemies?”  To tell the American people would be to “confuse”them.   Once enemies meet face-to-face, they will no longer kill each other and the Dark Cabal planned to instigate World War III.

However, our loving Mother/Father God and the Council of Heaven had other plans. We are witnessing the Divine Plan unfolding!

For me, the story began on July 27, 2014. I quote from a blog article I wrote describing a facebook friend, Heather Mac, and my intuitive journey. My twin flame, Uriel, guided me.

Although thousands, perhaps millions, have dedicated their lives to co-creating the New Golden Age on Planet Earth, I have written this article in the hope that we will henceforth peer beneath what appears to be happening on our planet and intuitively perceive the underlying path. Ask yourself: “what is really happening here?” After an objective look at Presidents Obama and Putin, we can comprehend that what we hear and read in the mainstream media consists of cabal propaganda and attempts to control our behavior by convincing us we have enemies around every corner.

Thankfully, Obama and Putin have been courageous leaders, adept strategists, and intuitively led by Spirit to guide the world along the path to the New Golden Age.

We are soon to learn the many ways in which the CONSCIOUSNESS OF ONE can manifest. For example, our multidimensional selves can be living parallel lives or be present in more than one location at the same time. As a result, many Ascended Masters and members of our Galactic Family now walk among us. Some Ascended Masters have incarnated as the Higher Self of some in order to offer a greater degree of assistance to those working in the Light. According to several channels, Sananda is working very closely with President Obama.

According to the prophecies of Nostradamus, July 27, 2014 was a very significant day, although I’m not sure either of us knew it at the time. A friend, Heather Mac, and I experienced information being revealed relating to the Kalki Avatar.  Neither she nor I intended the computer search into which we were guided.

The morning’s revelations began when I clicked on facebook and this video was the first thing I saw. The heading someone had placed on the video was “love, tenderness, softness … a matchless man.”

It reminded me of Putin’s love of animals and how that love is written on his face when he is with them.

I spent a week researching Putin’s esoteric astrological birth chart, looking for examples in his life that illustrated each of the Sabian symbols activated in his chart. Sitting in his auric field, I could feel the love energy in his being. I experienced him as a Love Being. [xxi]

 The next revelation came in the form of this photo. The symbol on the flag behind President Putin caught Heather’s attention.

It is the Kalki Avatar… Maitrya … Mehdi … Rider on a White Horse.

Corrine Heline, in her New Age Bible Interpretation, Vol.VI, states the horse represents the mind linked to the desire nature. White is the color of transmutation. Regeneration is always typified by a kingly person going as a conqueror and to conquer.

 Keep in mind that sacred texts are written in symbolic language. When we read the surface words, we find a extremely violent God depicted with the many gory battles in which God took one side or another. When we seek the hidden wisdom within our sacred texts, a God of Love shines forth. The surface battles symbolize the inner battles we fight with our desire nature.

The Kalki Avatar comes to lead our planet to peace … to Truth. The fighting men depicted with the Kalki Avator symbolize the facets of our lower nature that we need to transmute … to regenerate in order to ascend to higher dimensions.

Archangel Michael carries his Sword of Truth. Archangel Michael is not killing a human being … the picture symbolizes the use of the Sword of Truth to rid the world of all that has caused suffering and pain.

“I stated that in 2014, a cosmic power described as ‘Kalki Avatar ‘in Hindu scriptures, ‘Mehdi ‘in Muslim scriptures, ‘Rider on White Horse’ in Christian scriptures, and ‘Maitrya’ in Buddhist scriptures would emerge to save humanity. All this would happen before 27th July 2014, when His appearance will be known to all.” [xxii]

 Were Heather and I intuitively led on our search for the meaning of the symbol on the Russian flag behind President Putin taking place on July 27, 2014 as a message that Ascended Master Maitreya has now moved into closer relationship with President Putin to assist in leading our world to peace? During the last year or so, we have certainly seen that Putin has no plans to assist in creating a WWIII. We now know that “It is common knowledge inside the Beltway that the current US Administration (USAD) has been resisting numerous creative and heavy-handed manipulations by the COL WZs, Israelis and BCC officials to become drawn into new major air and ground wars in Syria, Iran, the Ukraine and now Iraq (again)…. [xxiii] Putin is also familiar with these “numerous creative and heavy-handed manipulations.”

Catholic Resources states: “The belief in a Kalki avatar who will come to restore peace to the world is alive in countries throughout the world. While many still await his descent to earth, many other believers have faith that he is already here on earth.” [xxiv]

Many Earth humans expected 2012 to be a momentous year in terms of Earth and her inhabitants ascending to a higher dimension of consciousness. Because we have for thousands of years lived on the plane of duality where we have tended to see all facets of life as either black or white, with no in between gray, we were disappointed that nothing appeared to change.

However, as we stand in 2015 and look back, much has changed! For the 1^st time, Americans have undeniable proof that the MSM and our secret government have not been honest with us. The Teardrop presents irrefutable evidence. No longer can Americans hide behind phrases like Conspiracy Theory rather than seek the Truth. The Teardrop is concrete evidence, standing 100 feet tall on American soil and with engraved evidence that it was a gift from Russia to the American people in memory of 9/11. NOTE BY NANCY: It’s that time of year again … This article is for those who continue to cling to the official story of 9/11.

 Learning the Truth about 9/11 is essential in order to understand the past 13+ years during which the life of the United States as a nation and the daily lives of millions of Americans have been adversely impacted by tragedy, deprivation, and fear of terrorists kept alive by numerous false flags events. All have their foundation in the lies told to us about the events of 9/11/01. As we explained in “Limited hangouts: Kevin Ryan, A&E911 and the Journal of 9/11 Studies”, the Pentagon serves as a litmus test for those who profess to be dedicated to exposing falsehoods and revealing truths about 9/11.

By that standard, the Journal of 9/11 Studies does not measure up, because articles published there by Dr. Frank Legge, by Legge with Warren Stutt, and by Dr. John D. Wyndham on the Pentagon are intellectually indefensible.

They attempt to demonstrate that a Boeing 757, designed as “Flight 77″, hit the building and caused the death of 125 Pentagon personnel as well as its passengers and crew.  But no passengers or crew died in a plane that did not crash.

FOR THE YOUNG ONES WHO MISSED SEEING TRUE JOURNALISM IN ACTION!

White House reporter Sarah McClendon, who covered every president since Franklin D. Roosevelt and was known for shouting questions at most of them, , died Tuesday (1/8/03) at 92. McClendon wrote often about treatment of veterans, government secrecy and other issues.

For over half a century, presidents had found themselves confronted by her questions — often shouted — about treatment of veterans, government secrecy and other issues.

“She was one of the greatest newspaperwomen Washington ever saw,” said Helen Thomas, who has covered the White House for decades and is currently a columnist for Hearst newspapers.

“She walked in where angels fear to tread,” Thomas said. “She had guts, she asked the questions that should have been asked, and she asked questions for people who had no voice.” She said McClendon “made the veins stand out” on President Eisenhower’s forehead.

President Clinton sometimes seemed amused by McClendon.

“All of us who called on her in news conferences did so with a mixture of respect and fear, I suspect, because we would never quite know what she might say,” Clinton said in a statement. “I couldn’t help but admire her spirit.”

For her part, McClendon said it was her duty to be aggressive with the nation’s leaders.

“Citizen journalist is a mission I took for myself. It offers the best opportunity to serve one’s country, the people and the public interest,” McClendon wrote in her 1996 book, Mr. President, Mr. President!

“It has been a privilege to have lived this life,” she added. “I cannot wait to get out of bed each morning and start living it some more.”

Deep down I ‘know’ that what’s going on right now with the situation evolving around Ukraine is part of a major global shift in power, politicking, negotiations, currency and energy exchange.

Which is why I’ve been trying to put the various pieces of this intricate and, on the surface at least, disjointed jigsaw puzzle together over the past few days.

So this is a selection of specific excerpts and video links which tie together what many people may believe are seemingly disconnected subjects – Ukraine, the US, Russia, the Galactics, Disclosure, oil and gas, the IMF, Cyprus, Syria, the global currency shift and – yes – 9/11. It’s the big picture that I’m ‘seeing’ – and, more importantly, feeling – with regards what’s going down, up, above, below, inside, outside, in-between and around Ukraine right now.

But as you’ll see, and I as always suspected, these incidents and topics are indeed inextricably linked, and have been for some time, even before September 11, 2001 –  or even 1991, as you’ll see…

Remember, like several other countries (including the currently strife-torn Turkey), Ukraine sits right on the border between what is regarded as East and West; it’s also the ”line’ that defines Europe and Asia. There are no coincidences. This is both symbolic and literal. Ukraine is linked to significant events in the past, the present and the future.

Since that story, a video has emerged on both YouTube and on the mainstream MSN network purportedly showing what appears to be a giant cigar-shaped (Andromedan?) ship said to be hovering over the city of Korosten in the northern part of Ukraine. It was apparently filmed in broad daylight on Thursday, March 6, 2014. Yes, it seems the Galactics are observing what’s happening and, even in doing so, are playing a role in what is happening in Ukraine right now.

When it comes to Russia, the Galactics have long and strong ties: Russia has been playing a major role in validating the existence of our star brothers and sisters, especially since the break up of the former Soviet Union.

One of the reasons Vladimir Putin – who was a little known KGB Colonel who rose quickly in the Yeltsin administration – is in all probability being helped by the Galactics is discussed by Exopolitics writer Michael E Salia who has been delving in to what many believe is the link between what’s going on around the world that’s related to the Ukraine situation and Russia’s ‘official’ disclosure program.

Salia has looked back on events which began in the 1990s to seek the truth as to whether Putin’s Russia is running its own official disclosure program by continually allowing leaks of information about extraterrestrial life into the public domain.

“As the Soviet Union collapsed in December 1991, and 15 independent states emerged, the Soviet KGB dissolved and in the process lost control over a vast collection of files. Many of these leaked KGB files concerned the formerly Soviet era taboo subjects of UFOs and extraterrestrial life. The motivation for many KGB officers in leaking these files was largely monetary. A number of western media outlets were willing to pay large sums for information from Soviet era archives concerning UFOs and extraterrestrial life.”

As history shows, this resulted in a number of documentaries being made,  including the respected 1998 eight-part series The Secret KGB UFO Files, ironically made by former James Bond star Roger Moore.

But there were many other ground-breaking documentaries based on Russian UFO revelations, including UFO Disclosure in Russia. (If you haven’t  seen  theses two, do check then out via the links at the end.)

Meanwhile, as Michael Salia points out:

“Under President Boris Yeltsin, whether by historical accident or deliberate state policy, an exopolitics agenda was being quietly implemented. With permission by Russian authorities, Soviet era UFO files were being leaked to independent researchers and film crews revealing the truth about alien life visiting our world.”

President Putin has played a role in Russia leading the way on Disclosure.

On March 26 2014, it will be 14 years to the day that Vladimir Putin first became Russia’s President. In case you forgot, like me…he served as Prime Minister of Russia from 1999 to 2000, as President from 2000 to 2008, as Prime Minister again from 2008 to 2012 and began his current term as Russian President on May 7, 2012.

Throughout this time, directly or tacitly, he certainly appears to have continued Yeltsin’s original disclosure agenda, as Salia confirms:

“Senior officials in the Russian Federation have been allowed to come forward on national TV to offer their frank assessment on the subject of extraterrestrial life visiting Earth. One of these officials was Kirsan Ilyumzhinov, the sitting Governor of the Russian Republic of Kalmykia, the only Buddhist region in Europe. In an extraordinary television interview conducted in May 2010, Ilyumzhinov claimed that in 1997 he was taken from his penthouse apartment on board an extraterrestrial vehicle. Ilyumzhinov claims that the extraterrestrials he met were humanoid and gave him a tour of their ship, and even took him to another world.

The fact there was no censorship of any of this and an obvious unwritten allowance for Ilyumzhinovs interview to take place, indicates that Putin did not appear to mind this sort of ‘extraterrestrial existence’ information being made public – and well beyond the Russian borders.

Dimitry Medvedev

Then, as Scalia recalls, after Putin was re-elected President in 2012, his predecessor, Dimitry Medvedev, who is now Russia’s Prime Minister (yes they seemingly ‘swapped’ roles!) gave a very, very ‘disclosing’ interview.

“After completing an on-air interview with five television reporters on December 7, 2012, Medvedev continued to respond to reporters and made some off-air comments without appearing to realize that the microphone was still on. He was then asked by one reporter if “the president is handed secret files on aliens when he receives the briefcase needed to activate Russia’s nuclear arsenal,” Medvedev responded:

Along with the briefcase with nuclear codes, the president of the country is given a special ‘top secret’ folder. This folder in its entirety contains information about aliens who visited our planet… Along with this, you are given a report of the absolutely secret special service that exercises control over aliens on the territory of our country… I will not tell you how many of them are among us because it may cause panic.

“Just over a month after his startling on-camera admission, Medvedev opened the 2013 World Economic Forum held in Davos, Switzerland, January 23-27. An 80-page analysis of 50 risks for the next 10 years had been distributed to attendees. The Global Risks 2013 report is lengthy list of prognostications of what world leaders need to plan for to avoid “systemic shocks and catastrophic events”.

“Among the list are five ‘X’ factors that according to the report, “no country alone can prevent.” One of the X factors was the discovery of extraterrestrial life.

“In understanding why the US and its Western allies are trying to encircle, pressure and intimidate the Russian Federation, we need to appreciate that this is the means by which Putin’s exopolitics agenda can be stopped. If Russia continues to allow senior officials to reveal the truth about extraterrestrial life and to leak Soviet era UFO files, this threatens a carefully developed and enforced policy of over seven decades of international secrecy.

“While the international media depicts Western democracies led by the US as free and open societies, the reality is that when it comes to the issue of extraterrestrial life, the West is anything but free and open. In contrast, the Russian Federation is far more forthcoming when it comes to the issue of alien visitation to our planet.’

And, just as I’ve been saying, Salia brings everything back to the current Ukraine situation in his summary:

“Unfortunately, the Ukraine is being used a pawn in an internationally orchestrated effort to weaken and intimidate the Russian Federation so it can be easily pressured to fall in line with the dictates of the international power elite on issues such as extraterrestrial secrecy.

“Putin understands this and that is why he proactively intervened in the Ukraine to defend Russian interests in this strategically vital nation. In allowing an exopolitics agenda implemented by his predecessor, Boris Yeltsin, to continue, President Vladimir Putin, and his chief ally Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, are doing humanity a great service.”

Personally, I wholeheartedly agree. But the bigger picture is even more of a greater service to humanity…

Meanwhile, back on the ground, amid much talk of the current global financials situation, there is much discussion of global currency resets, financial system resets and gold and silver backed currency.

According to reports, Russian officials are now pushing for the International Monetary Fund (IMF) to move ahead with planned reforms without the United States, which could mean the loss of the U.S. veto over major decisions at the global lender, sources said. Reuters reported:

“Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov brought up the idea at a meeting of top finance officials from the Group of 20 nations in Sydney late last month, two G20 sources told Reuters this week.

“The failure of the U.S. Congress to approve IMF funding has held up reforms agreed in 2010 that would double the Fund’s resources and give more say to emerging markets like China.

“The United States is the only country that holds a controlling share of IMF votes, meaning its approval is necessary for any major decision to go forward.

“Moving ahead on reforms without Washington would likely require complicated changes to the IMF’s rules. But the discussions show the level of frustration within the G20 with the Obama administration’s inability to win the needed congressional support.

“A third source would not confirm it was Russia that brought up the issue, but said the G20 generally agreed to give the United States until the April meetings of the IMF and World Bank before taking more aggressive measures, a point confirmed by one of the other sources. All three sources spoke on condition of anonymity.

“‘It was agreed that in the absence of progress by the United States on the 2010 package by the April meeting of the IMF and G20, that there will be formulated a list of ‘bad options,’ which will allow to move forward in this matter, excluding the opinions of the United States,” the third source said.

“For a year, the Obama administration has been trying to get Congress to approve a shift of some $63 billion from an IMF crisis fund to its general accounts in order to make good on its 2010 commitment.

“The U.S. Treasury is now seeking to attach the funding to a financial aid package for Ukraine that is under consideration in Congress. It argues the reforms would allow crisis-hit countries like Ukraine to borrow more money from the IMF.”

Financial commentator Jim Willie maintains that what’s going on in Ukraine will see the end of the US dollar.

His theory revolves around gas and oil profits and trading currencies and a key player is the Russian-owned Gazprom, the largest extractor of natural gas and one of the largest companies in the world. Its headquarters are in the Cheryomushki District of Moscow.

Willie’s theory is that this has been a very carefully planned and methodically-implemented scheme over a long time by the West (read: the cabal and the US-Anglo petro-dollar beneficiaries) with the intention to dampen, and even nullify, Russian and Chinese moves to change the world oil/gas/currency status quo.

He says categorically that this plan was the real reason behind last year’s raid on the ordinary every day citizen bank accounts of Cyprus where many Russians now live or have their savings.

The Cyprus banking drama and the cries for going to war in Syria – via a ‘chemical weapons’ fear campaign – as well as the current situation in Ukraine, are all linked, he says.

“First was the attack against Russian Gazprom in Cyprus. It was a hidden attack made to look like a bank confiscation event. Notice no bank account confiscations outside the small but important island nation. The entire Russian banking clearance system had been done through Cyprus. Also, Russia was making significant transactions to purchase Gold bullion using Cyprus as clearing house for the purchases. Second was the attack against Russian Gazprom in Syria, another complicated event. The US had used the Libyan Embassy as a weapons running facility (major diplomatic violation), after which the US lost Egypt as a transfer station on the weapons running.

“The false flag attack in Syria was made to look like a chemical weapons event. However, the Saudis were the guilty party. The motive by the US was to block the advance of Russian Gazprom pipelines, which are to connect to the vast Iran supply centers. Iran has far more oil & gas than Iraq. In fact, Iran is the linchpin nation, which will throw its support toward Russia. Iran will push the Nat Gas Coop certain to eclipse Saudi Arabia and the loud gaggle of OPEC members. With the Russian Gazprom, together Iran and the Nat Gas Coop will usher in the Petro-Yuan Standard and bury the Petro-Dollar, the price set by Russia, the contracts set in Shanghai. Thus the Saudis will be expendable, and their Gold in London to be totally stolen.

“Move to the present. Third was the attack against Russia Gazprom in Ukraine, done by the CIA and its partner security agents from the small ally nation on the South East Med corner. The old game of destabilization, popular uprising, bank thefts, and now data files stolen has been put into action. The theft of significant funds in Ukraine has only started, funds gone to Swiss banks. The full betrayal will be seen soon. The US & UK have a lunatic plan to corral the Ukraine pipelines and possibly the vast farmlands of Ukraine.

“The wrong-footed plan will backfire, when Putin cuts off the natgas supply to Europe, when Putin demands a new type of energy supply payment structure, and when Putin engineers certain other steps. They might execute a Nat Gas Coop double in price, much like the OPEC event in 1973. Witness the upcoming Birth of the Eurasian Trade Zone, the birth pangs heard in Ukraine. The United States and Great Britain will not be included. The Eurasian Trade Zone will span 14 time zones and will settle in gold.”

Willie also states clearly that this will spell the end for the US Dollar as the global reserve banking standard, ushering in a new financial standard – gold-backed currencies.

“The reverberation will be soon seen as the pending demise of the de facto Petro-Dollar Standard, dictated by crude oil sales in USD terms. It will also be soon seen as the end of the UST Bond as the global reserve standard in banking systems. Notice for over two years, the primary buyer of US Govt debt (and its refunded rollover) has been the US Federal Reserve via bond monetization, an absolute heresy to central banking. Hyper monetary inflation cannot stand as fixed policy.

“The world has responded by constructing an alternative to trade settlement. The forum has been the BRICS conferences and the G-20 Meetings of finance ministers. The US & UK will gradually be excluded from both forums, a process well along. Even traditional allies like Japan are buying gold in high volume, with suppressed low ball data so far. This is game over for the US Dollar, the direct victim of Ukraine backlash.”

Additionally, one must also remember the critical link between the September 11, 2001 attacks on the World Trade Center and the cabal’s manufactured disappearance of vast quantities of gold, stored in the vaults below World Trade Center 7 –  the ‘miraculously falling’ building – which was said to have had a major role to play on September 12, 2001; had it all still been there.

But, as we know, in that pivotal moment, it all simply vanished and our world changed….in a direction it would never have taken if not for that very world-changing ‘moment’.

Here’s what financial markets analyst, Bix Weir had to say yesterday (March 8) as part of his latest update, titled  Gold And Silver Are The Most Important Geopolitical Assets In The World!!

“They (gold and silver) are the barometer of the viability of all un-backed fiat money. They are the canary in the coal mine.

“The United States of America has believed for almost 40 years that if you control the barometer and the canary you control the global economic system.

“Larry Summers, the father of Behavioral Economics, started the massive exaggeration of this philosophy in the early 1980′s, working for Ronald Regan, and it has been in hyper-drive ever since. Rig the gold and silver prices with massive derivatives and you can do anything you want on the monetary front…or the geopolitical front.”

As Weir pints out, the problem today is that many people now know what is going on – as he says: “At least the awake Sheeple know- even if they cannot join all the dots together, especially in relation to the current Ukraine situation and, more importantly President Putin and Russia.

“Putin is especially keyed in so these “economic sanctions” Obama is imposing on Russia are absolutely useless. Putin and his economic advisers are laughing hysterically at the Obama Administration’s antics!

“There are 8 days left until Crimea votes on their Independence from the Ukraine. If the vote is allowed to happen there’s a 99% chance it will pass as most of Crimea wants to be back in Mother Russia’s arms. Putin wants this too as he was around in the 1990′s when the US destroyed Russia by implementing Project Hammer.”

Weir cites a revealing 5- page document entitled  Collateral Damage: U.S. Covert Operations and the Terrorist Attacks on September 11 2001, this section of which deals with Project Hammer:

…What the public record suggests is that with the beginning of the first Bush Presidency in 1989, George H.W. Bush initiated a program of covert economic warfare to bring about the collapse of the Soviet Union. The name of this program appears to be Project Hammer, a previously reported, multi-billion dollar covert operation, ‘third world investment program’ whose investments remain shielded.

This program consisted of four major covert operations including:

1) Theft of the Soviet treasury
2) Currency destabilization of the Ruble
3) Funding of the KGB Generals’ August 1991 coup against Gorbachev
4) Takeover of the key energy and defense industries in the Soviet Union.

…The covert securities used to accomplish the original national security objective of ending the Cold War ended up in the vaults of the brokers in the World Trade Center, and were destroyed on September 11, 2001. They came due for settlement and clearing on September 12. The federal Agency investigating these bonds – The Office of Naval Intelligence – was in the section of the Pentagon that was destroyed on September 11.

This document, Collateral Damage, is the REAL report on 911 as it details who was involved, why it was done and how they got away with it. Further, I have good reason to believe this document was written by the US Office of Naval Intelligence itself and it was NOT just another “911 Truther” putting the pieces together.”

Collateral Damage: U.S. Covert Operations and the Terrorist Attacks on September 11 2001

On September 11, 2001 the definition of National Security changed for most U.S. citizens. For an entire post war generation, “National Security” meant protection from nuclear attack. On that day, Americans redefined that threat. On September 11, 2001 three hijacked airliners (Stephen: This ’cause’ is now widely disputed) hit three separate buildings with such precision and skill that many observers believe those flights were controlled by something other than the poorly trained hijackers in the cockpits. This report contends that not only were the buildings targets, but that specific offices within each building were the designated targets. These offices unknowingly held information which if exposed, subsequently would expose a national security secret of unimaginable magnitude. Protecting that secret was the motivation for the September 11th attacks. This report is about that national security secret: its origins and impact.

The intent of the report is to provide a context for understanding the events of September 11th rather than to define exactly what happened that day.

Initially, it is difficult to see a pattern to the destruction of September 11^th other than the total destruction of the World Trade Center, a segment of the Pentagon, four commercial aircraft and the loss of 2,993 lives. However, if the perceived objective of the attack is re-defined from its commonly suggested ‘symbolic’ designation as either ‘a terrorist attack’ or a ‘new Pearl Harbor,’ and one begins by looking at it as purely a crime with specific objectives(as opposed to a political action), there is a compelling logic to the pattern of destruction. This article provides research into the early claims by Dick Eastman, Tom Flocco, V.K. Durham and Karl Schwarz that the September11th attacks were meant as a cover-up for financial crimes being investigated by the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI), whose offices in the Pentagon were destroyed on September 11th.

After six years of research, this report presents corroborating evidence which supports their claims, and proposes a new rationale for the September 11th attacks. In doing so, many of the anomalies – or inconvenient facts surrounding this event – take on a meaning that is consistent with the claims of Eastman et al.

The hypothesis of this report is: the attacks of September 11th were intended to cover-up the clearing of $240 billion dollars in securities covertly created in September 1991 to fund a covert economic war against the Soviet Union, during which ‘unknown’ western investors bought up much of the Soviet industry, with a focus on oil and gas. The attacks of September 11^th also served to derail multiple Federal investigations away from crimes associated with the 1991 covert operation. In doing so, the attacks were justified under the cardinal rule of intelligence: “protect your resources” and consistent with a modus operandi of sacrificing lives for a greater cause. The case for detailed targeting of the attacks begins with analysis of the attack on the Pentagon.

After one concludes that the targeting of the ONI office in the Pentagon was not random – and that information is presented later – one then must ask: is it possible that the planes that hit the World Trade Center, and the bombs reported by various witnesses to have been set off inside the buildings 1, 6 and 7 and the basement of the Towers, were deliberately located to support the execution of a crime of mind-boggling proportions? In considering that question, a pattern emerges.

For the crimes alleged by Eastman, Flocco, Durham and Schwarz to be successful, the vault in the basement of the World Trade Center, and its contents – less than a billion in gold, but hundreds of billions of dollars of government securities – had to be destroyed. A critical mass of brokers from the major government security brokerages in the Twin Towers had to be eliminated to create chaos in the government securities market. A situation needed to be created wherein $240 billion dollars of covert securities could be electronically “cleared” without anyone asking questions- which happened when the Federal Reserve declared an emergency and invoked its “emergency powers.” that very afternoon. The ongoing Federal investigations into the crimes funded by those securities needed to be ended or disrupted by destroying evidence in Buildings 6, 7 and 1.

Finally, one has to understand and demonstrate the inconceivable: that $240 billion in covert, and possibly illegal government funding could have been and were created in September of 1991. Filling in the last piece of the puzzle requires understanding 50 years of history of key financial organizations in the United States, understanding how U.S. Intelligence became a key source of their off-balance sheet accounts, and why this was sanctioned by every President since Truman. With that, a pattern of motivation is defined which allows government leaders and intelligence operatives to ‘rationalize’ a decision to cause the death 3,000 citizens.

Coincidentally (again, is it?), Ukraine became an independent country in 1991…

So, when we  look at all the bits of this complex puzzle above, and see how they interlock and overlap, we see the bigger picture that many of us are currently ‘feeling’ about the Ukraine situation – one which appears to have had its foundations in 1991, resulted in 9/11, and continues to this day.

I expect Ukraine may contain one of the major plot changes, if not the final one, in what is a highly organised, highly strategic, covert, tumultuous and world-changing saga.

Above all, it shows us that – just like the even ‘bigger’ picture – everything is connected in some way, at this and every moment in time.

Which leads me to add: one of the Ukraine capital Kiev’s most famous, historical and eye-catching landmarks is the resplendent, gold-domed monastery, above.. It’s name? St Michael’s. I doubt that’s any coincidence either.
