Allow the circle to symbolize Earth humans’ actual brain power.  On average, we use only 10% (the red) of our brain power.

Allow the circle to symbolize Earth humans’ potential conscious mind.  On average, we are conscious of only 6% (the green) of what our limited brain power usage can make available to us.

Needless to say, Earth humans function at a very low level when we consider our true capacity as human beings made in the image of our Creator God.  Why?

The Genesis story explains in symbolic terms.  We chose to eat the forbidden fruit from the tree of knowledge of good and evil.  God warned us that if we ate of this fruit, we would surely die.  The above graph illustrates the way in which we died—we began to function on a much lower level than we had previously known.  We left the paradise of the Garden of Eden in order to experience life on the 3^rd dimensional plane of duality—good and evil.

We have journeyed for thousands of years on this plane.  The Universal Law—We reap whatsoever we sow—continued to be in effect.  Therefore, as we sowed negative karma, we created the necessity of having to return to the plane of duality in order to reap the results of our negative behavior.  For eons, we have lived on the wheel of karma—returning again and again until we learned to live lifetimes in which we sowed enough good karma to balance the negative sown in previous incarnations.[i]

Now, in 2012, we come to the end of the cycle of Earth’s plane of duality.  This magnificent being, Gaia or Mother Earth, will no longer house the plane of duality.[ii]  She has chosen to ascend and once more become a planet on which the Garden of Eden characterizes her existence.  We Earth humans have the opportunity to ascend with her to the higher dimensions from which we came.  However, the Universal Law of freewill is still in effect.

No one is required to ascend until they wish to do so.   Those who do not want to ascend in 2012 will be lovingly taken to another planet within the Cosmos where they can continue to grow and learn on a plane of duality.  There is no divine judgment or punishment for choosing not to ascend in 2012.  All Earth humans will eventually ascend at the point in time each chooses.  The only requirement is that 51% of the negative karma accumulated has been balanced.  At that point the individual has crossed the line into being more Light than darkness and the Law of Grace dissolves the remaining negative karma.[iii]

During these remaining 9 months of 2012, Earth humans will be shocked to learn how much we do not know.  For that reason, each of us will best manage our own adjustment period by beginning immediately to explore outside our traditional way of thinking.  To cling to plane of duality beliefs or doctrines is to stand in your own way and make the rest of this year more difficult for yourself.

Heretofore, we have attempted to live cooperatively on this planet by recognizing that every individual has decided what truth is for him/herself.  We frequently use the phrases my truth or your truth.  We have decided what truth is for ourselves with the 10% of our brain power that we use and the 6% of our conscious awareness of the life around us.  For the most part, we are dead to the far greater life that exists in our cosmos.  For this reason, we know little, if any, of The Truth.

In this same manner, all sacred texts and all religions were written or formulated using 10% of our human brain power and 6% of potential human conscious awareness.[iv]  We have lived and created our present planetary societies, religions, governments, educational systems, and scientific endeavors with this same very low level of functioning.   In comparison to our galactic family’s level of functioning, we are barbaric.

The present turmoil on planet Earth is evidence that Earth humans are coming back to life, resurrecting from the dead.   Our conscious awareness is expanding.  We are realizing that truths formulated in our dead state come no where near unveiling The Truth of the cosmos in which we live.  We have created a god in our own image with the propensity to take revenge, to punish, to require blood sacrifices, to be unpredictable in meting out rewards and punishment, and to go to war and kill entire populations—including women and children.  Our present world mirrors the concept of god we have codified within our sacred texts and religions.  We have yet to awaken to The Truth that Creator God is Spirit—the Spirit of Unconditional Love.

A God of Unconditional Love can BE nothing else … can THINK nothing else …  can DO nothing else … can SEE nothing else.  Creator God, omnipresent  throughout the Cosmos, is Absolute Unconditional Love.  There are no exceptions.

How do we know what we do not know?  How do we learn The Truth?

The kingdom of God is within us.

Meditate on the above circle … seek to understand how little of our true selves we use.  Allow the circle to symbolize the Cosmos in which “we live and more and have our being” within the loving energy of omnipresent Creator God or the Source of All That Is.

Allow the circle to symbolize who we truly are as child gods of our Heavenly Father/Mother God.  We are far greater beings than we suspect.  We possess within ourselves all we need to color the entire circle:  red to symbolize activation of the remaining 90% of our brain power … green to symbolize expansion of our conscious awareness to the point of acquiring full consciousness.  At that point we will have ascended to higher dimensions of existence where we live consciously within the energy of Unconditional Love.  Where we, too, offer unconditional love to all others.

The Truth can only be known as we open ourselves to expand into all that we truly are!  Then the plane of duality’s your truth and my truth become meaningless.  There is only The One Truth that far exceeds any semblance to truth we have formulated on the plane of duality.

The One Truth – We are One With All That Is!

DO YOU WANT TO BE MADE WELL?

Scripture:  John 5:1-5, 14

       “After this there was a festival of the Jews, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem.  Now in Jerusalem by the Sheep Gate there is a pool, called in Hebrew Bethesda, which has five porticoes.  In these lay many invalids—blind, lame, and paralyzed.  One man was there who had been ill for thirty-eight years.  When Jesus saw him lying there and knew that he had been there a long time, he said to him, ‘Do you want to be made well?’  The sick man answered him, ‘Sir, I have no one to put me into the pool when the water is stirred up; and while I am making my way, someone else steps down ahead of me.’  Jesus said to him, ‘Stand up, take your mat and walk.’  At once the man was made well, and he took up his mat and began to walk.

Later Jesus found him in the temple and said to him, ‘See, you have been made well!  Do not sin any more, so that nothing worse happens to you.’”

SETTING:  The setting for this story is Bethesda, a pool in Jerusalem with five porticoes, or porches.  The sick lie around this pool waiting for the angel of the Lord to appear and stir up the water.  They believe that the first person to step into the water, after the angel has stirred it, will be healed.

In Hebrew, Bethesda means “house of healing.”  Metaphysically, Bethesda symbolizes that point in our conscious awareness when we begin to feel Spirit flowing through us, cleansing us of our impurities.  Metaphysically, the five porches represent our five earth plane senses.

Thus the setting reveals that the sick lying on the porches are still attuned to their five senses, rather than to the ever-active healing power of God residing within them.  There are several ways in which their thoughts are imprisoning them in this pattern of dis-ease.

1.   They are waiting.  Anytime we orient our lives into a mode of “waiting,” that is what we create—waiting.

1. They are waiting for something outside themselves to appear and heal them.
2. They believe in limitation.  Only one person will be healed—the one who is first to step into the stirred waters.

4.  At least some of them view themselves as victim.  “I have no one to lift me into the water.”

You and I also sit around the pool of Bethesda.  How recently have you said, “I am waiting until …” in reference to a major goal in your life?  To what person or event outside of yourself are you looking for healing? … for that feeling of completeness? … for the courage to move forward with your life?  What factors in your life do you view as limiting your possibilities?  In what ways do you consider yourself to be a victim? … a victim of lack? … a victim of habit patterns? … a victim of illness?

JESUS APPEARS AT BETHESDA:  The physical location of  the story reveals an opportunity for each of us to life our consciousness to higher levels.  Jesus symbolizes the healing power of God dwelling within each of us.  Jesus chooses to speak to a man who has been ill for 38 years.  In numerology, 38 reduces to the number vibration of 11, telling us that this man is now approaching self-mastery.  He is ready to be healed by his own indwelling God presence.  He is ready to lift his conscious awareness above the physical plane of his five senses.  He is ready to be made well.

JESUS ASKS:  “DO YOU WANT TO BE MADE WELL?”

This is an extremely important question that each of us must ask of ourselves:  “Am I  ready to be made well by my indwelling God presence?”  Until we are ready to be healed, healing can actually be disruptive to the soul’s progress – or – healing will not occur because dis-ease contains a pay-off for us that is greater than the perceived pay-off of a healing.  For example:  A person who uses illness to gain the attention and caring of others may find the possibility of a healing to be frightening.  If so, this person will resist the healing.  Or, if a particular dis-ease is healed, with no shift in the consciousness level of the patient, another dis-ease will soon manifest.  All true healing is founded upon a change in consciousness—a turning to the God within.  An affirmative answer to Jesus’ question, “Do you want to be made well?” is therefore essential.

THE MAN ANSWERS JESUS according to his sense perception, which renders him a victim:  “I have no one to put me into the pool.”  Viewing life through his five senses, the man sees himself as helpless in the face of deprivation and limitation.  Though he is ready to be healed, he is not yet aware of the healing power lying latent within himself.  But Spirit is stirring within him.  Jesus’ question meets a receptive soul, open to the possibility of healing.

Are you open and receptive to divine order unfolding in your life?  Are you ready to be healed of the error thought, painful emotion, or physical dis-ease that holds you prisoner to life as seen through the five senses?

JESUS DOES NOTHING; INSTEAD, HE SPEAKS THE WORDS OF HEALING BY THROWING THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ACTION BACK ON THE MAN:  “Stand up, take your mat and walk.”  The man is healed as he takes action.  A tremendous shift in consciousness had to take place in order for a man who has waited by the pool for 38 years to stand up and walk in obedience to Jesus’ command.  No longer is he waiting … no longer is he allowing thoughts of deprivation and limitation to imprison him in a diseased body … no longer is he expecting someone or something outside himself to perform the healing … no longer does he consider himself to be victim.  He takes action in response to an inner urging of Spirit.  He, like each of us, has the inner power to respond to Spirit by taking physical plane action in the very areas that have heretofore held him prisoner.  He has believed himself to be unable to walk—he gets up and walks.

In what areas of life do you believe yourself to be powerless to take affirmative action?  Your indwelling God presence would have you know that you have the power to “get up and walk.”

In the case of physical healing, Charles Fillmore (co-founder of the Unity Movement) reminds us that physiology describes the blood corpuscles as little batteries, each with a negative and a positive pole.  If these batteries are filled with the positive life force, they constantly electrify the body.  But if, through the power of our thoughts and words, we affirm the negative or our dis-ease, we rob these batteries of their natural electrifying energy.  We slow down their vitality by giving them an element of negation.  To hold negative thoughts in the mind is to stamp negation on the body.  To demonstrate perfect health, we must plant the knowledge of that perfection in our minds and body.  We must be attuned to the constant influx of Spirit establishing equilibrium within our bodies, independently of the traditional healing modalities of our culture.  Those persons waiting around the Pool of Bethesda were imprisoned by their faith in a traditional healing modality outside themselves—the stirring of the waters by an angel.

Lest anyone misunderstand, neither the Bible, Fillmore, nor I are recommending ignoring traditional medicine.  We are stating that the true source of all healing is within us in the form of our indwelling God presence.  It is as we attune consciously to this presence of Spirit that we are truly empowered to stand up, take our mat, and walk as a person healed of all dis-ease.

LATER THAT DAY, JESUS FOUND THE HEALED MAN IN THE TEMPLE.  Jesus cautioned him, “See, you have been made well!  Do not sin any more, so that nothing worse happens to you.”

Fillmore defines sin as “wrong thinking,” the belief in two powers—good and evil.  When Jesus warns the man not to sin any more, he is encouraging him not to allow himself to resume giving attention to the negative, not to once more focus on thoughts of limitation or dis-ease.

Then Jesus makes a curious statement, “so that nothing worse happens to you.”  In essence, Jesus is saying to the man, “if being healed after 38 years of negative thinking does not transform your conscious awareness, then something even more traumatic will be required to get your attention.  The same problem will repeat itself until we allow the Christ Consciousness to heal us completely—to move us beyond any tendency to revert to negative thinking or to be imprisoned by beliefs based on a perception of life through our five senses.

As we seek healing, we are to concentrate upon the flowing of the Spirit throughout our bodies, our minds, our emotions, and our lives.  We are to remember that through the power of God all things are made right and good.  We are to recall that God is Love, God is Good, and that God is all that is.  There is only one power in the universe.  All else is illusion, based on wrong thinking.  Belief in this One Power is our true source of healing and transformation into the Christed individual we are all to become.  Then, we too will possess the capacity to stand up, take up our mat, and walk as Christed beings!

       There is much confusion regarding this Planet we call Earth.  The majority of us have grown up thinking in terms of Earth simply being the planet on which we live.  That Earth is a living, breathing, changing entity seldom, if ever, crosses our mind.  We are too busy taking from Earth, mistreating Earth, and demonstrating total disregard for Earth’s well-being.

At the same time, we expect Earth to provide for us—when we plant a seed, we expect it to grow and blossom into its characteristic fruit.  We expect Earth to provide plenty of fresh water for us to drink … plenty of fuels to keep us warm and allow us to travel.  When there are earthquakes, storms, or volcanic eruptions, we blame “Mother Nature.”  We jokingly say, “Mother Nature is showing us who is boss.”

Earth humans have it all wrong.  Instead, Planet Earth is a magnificent being named Gaia.  According to numerology, Gaia’s Destiny Number is 9—the humanitarian, whose goal is perfection.  Gaia cannot be limited to a small group of friends.  Her philosophy is to inspire many.  Gaia is willing to sacrifice self for her cause, is extremely idealistic, and enjoys people from all walks of life.  Gaia is compassionate, wanting only to advance the human race.  Her nature is to serve.  As a Destiny Number 9, Gaia has evolved to the point of choosing to ascend during this lifetime (or cycle).

Like all of us, Gaia came from the heart of Source, First Cause, the overarching Creator of All Things.  She came forth as an individualized Being.  With our limited eyesight, we view her as a planet.  She is, instead, a tremendous being—one of multitudes in our Milky Way Galaxy.

At some stage in Gaia’s lifestream, she volunteered to become a Prison Planet, where lifestreams that needed a place to awaken to their true identity as sparks of Source could live and grow.  Gaia, as a Destiny Number 9, sacrificed her own well-being in order to grant Earth humans the opportunity to mature spiritually.  Her compassionate nature continues to give us food and drink while we rampage her being, rip her apart with our violence, throw trash in her face, and repeatedly inflict all types of abuse upon her with no sense of remorse.

Now, the time has come for Gaia to take advantage of her opportunity to ascend.  In order to do so, Gaia must restore her being to her original perfection.  Gaia has called for assistance from the Realms of Spirit in charge of those incarnating as planets.  She has gained Divine Permission to ascend at the end of this cycle and to proceed with whatever it takes for her to prepare for her ascension.

For decades, Gaia and her spokespersons have urged humanity to awaken and choose to ascend with her.  She has patiently waited, while we run to and fro mindless of her service to us.  Our disregard for Gaia is gross, in every sense of the word.  She gifts us with the fragrance of flowers … sturdy trees to shade us … cooling streams in which to wade.  We trash her … stifle her with miles upon miles of cement … draw her blood (oil) and create wars to possess it.

Now, the deadline approaches.  Gaia will ascend on or around December 21, 2012.  In order to do so, she must complete her own purification process.  She wants to do this with love and in fact, much purification has taken place through the service of Lightworkers.  Just as a boil on the skin of Earth humans can heal only after the puss has been removed, so Gaia must be healed of her boils.  Earth humans vomit when sick—a mini-explosion brings forth that which sickens us.  So Gaia must vomit through her earthquakes and volcanic eruptions.  Earth humans cleanse the body with water; storms cleanse Gaia’s atmosphere and body.  We use fire to purify gold; Gaia is forced to use physical fire to purify her surface.  I say forced because the Violet Transmuting Flame consumes the negative and changes it into positive without the need to be destructive at the same time.  But so few Earth humans have awakened to the need to assist Gaia in her purification process by using the Transmuting Flame that she is forced to rely on physical fire.

Earth humans look at the natural events and call them Mother Nature.  Little do we know that our own negative actions and thoughts, our utter disregard for Gaia’s well being have created the storms, earthquakes, and volcanic eruptions.  Scientists think they can present scientific reasons, but all they know are explanations of how Gaia’s physical being reacts to Earth humans’ behavior.   Ascended planets are not troubled by earthquakes, storms, or eruptions because there is no negativity present.  Below is Lord Maha Chohan’s description of the Divine Being named Uranus, an ascended planet.

        “Their atmosphere is perfect.  The moisture does not come in rainfall, but by a coarse substance that comes through what is similar to your earth.  The body structure itself of Uranus is a beautiful green instead of brown.  The moisture comes through the porous substance, fills their lakes, rivers, and cisterns, and fills the atmosphere with the necessary moisture.  The water is aquamarine; the landed surface is a darker green; the verdure and growth variegated in color.  That is determined mostly by the Aura of the individuals who represent the unit of people residing in certain localities.  The continental Devas affect the entire contour and over-all color of the various continents.  The great planetary Silent Watcher governs and controls the entire Uranium Aura in the atmosphere.”  —A.D.K. To contrast, let’s see how Gaia is suffering.

Ascended Master St. Germain – 1952

        “The end of the Cosmic Cycle for the Earth to emit enough Light to be sustained as a planet in this solar system was to be in 1926.  Since the Earth, known as the Dark Star, was not emitting Light, therefore would have been destroyed by the dark forces engulfing it.  However, Cosmic Beings secured a dispensation which enabled Them to withhold the dark forces sufficiently to give the Ascended Master St. Germain an opportunity to try out His new presentation and application of the Law….  The I AM Activity was the beginning of the Teaching for the New Age as the old or occult law was set aside.  Tremendous service was rendered through it for mankind, the Earth and all who were able to accept and apply the Law as given in the Teaching.

[Sadly, the leader of this movement asked for his ascension because of the viciousness with which he was attacked by those who sought to discredit him] ….

[Since much that was required had not yet been done, in the early 1950’s, the Master Morya and St. Germain were able to secure a dispensation to extend the time for another 20-year period. —the Editor of Law of Life & Teachings By Divine Beings]”

Ascended Master Kuthumi – 1954

“When Lord Maitreya began to design the world religion with the Ascended Master St. Germain for His Seventh Ray cycle, They had to take into consideration, first, the amount of eternal Light the planet Earth and its people were required to give forth by Cosmic Law or be dissolved; second, the capacity of the ten billion souls to receive and understand the deeper instruction given.  This was no easy task because the climax of the 14,000 year cycle should have been reached and every lifestream already developed to the status of a Christ under the Sixth Ray, the mastery as expressed through the Master Jesus.

Then as the Seventh Ray comes in and the ceremonial activity is developed, the entire evolution should have been ready to participate in the glorious cooperation between the visible Angelic Host, the Divine Men and Women, and the shining Elemental kingdom.”

Gaia requested to put an end to her service to Earth humans and to ascend.  Her request was granted and she is scheduled for ascension in December 2012.  She deeply desires to take Earth humans with her into the ascended state, but should we choose to continue in our present violent, thoughtless, negative behavior, Gaia will have to leave us behind.  She is scheduled to move forward in the Milky Way Galaxy and in our own Solar System to the position now occupied by Venus, the Divine Being of Love.  No negativity can exist in Venus’ location.

Ascended Master Morya describes life on Venus – 1962

“The life on Venus is under the direction of a great Hierarchy of perfected Men and Women, called The Lords of the Flame.  They are the embodiment of wisdom and of love.  There is but one language, one state, one race, one purpose.  There is no disease, no crime, no army nor navy nor any instrument of force, for physical violence and unbalance are unknown.  Every citizen of this world Estate contributes his talents freely to the common cause for 15 short years, between the ages of 20 and 35.  Before this time, all are educated by the State according to their particular talents and the interests of the individual citizen

       The citizen of Venus after being educated by the State is permitted to utilize his talents and gifts during the period of world benefit for the good of the entire citizenry.  After the years of service, each is allowed to pursue such spiritual and cultural studies as his nature may choose.

       Old age and disintegration are unknown, because there is no inharmony.”      

Thus in order to qualify to ascend with Gaia to Venus’ old location, Earth humans must be willing to live life in a perfected environment.  That means all negative behavior must cease, be transmuted, and balanced with service to others.

What is happening in the cosmos that means Gaia’s ascension?

Ascended Lady Master Venus – 1954

“As the Cosmic motion and in-breathing of the Central Sun draws the lesser Sun towards Itself, so in like manner the seven Suns are drawing their planets from the periphery of their system.  The planet Venus which is fourth in our system will move one position closer to our Sun becoming the third planet revolving around Krishna and Sophia.  So your Sun will draw Mercury within the Electronic Belt, and the Earth will become the third planet revolving around Helios and Vesta.

       Right below Venus is the Earth in your system.  We are preparing the Earth and its people so that the vibratory action of the position and orbit which We leave may be comfortable and they enjoy the radiation of Love and Wisdom which We leave as our heritage to your planet.  So too, are you preparing for when Earth moves closer to the Sun, Mars moves into your present orbit.”

 

There are many ascended beings working with Gaia and her Earth humans to prepare us for ascension; however, it is up to each of us to make the choice to ascend.  Those who desire ascension must get busy preparing for it.  Those who choose to remain in Earth’s present location in the Solar System will continue in their spiritual evolution on Mars or some other planet with which their level of consciousness finds resonance.

Each planet moves forward in its entirety because that planet is the form into which a Divine Being incarnated, just like you and I are Divine Beings incarnated in human bodies.  When we ascend, we will do so in our entirety.  It is called the mystic marriage—our lower self achieves a higher consciousness level in resonance with our Higher Self (the second figure).

We are then capable of living on the 5^th dimension or on an ascended planet.

May we come to appreciate the tremendous service of Love Gaia has rendered with the intention that Earth humans would awaken to their true identities as Divine Beings!  May we all awaken to the glorious opportunity available to us—to ascend en masse with Gaia, our Mother Earth!

LAW OF LIFE & TEACHINGS BY DIVINE BEINGS

       Earth’s spiritual evolution takes place within a framework of numerous cycles, one of which is the 2000 years cycle dominated by one of the seven Rays as it expresses through a particular zodiac sign energy.  For the past 2000 years, Earth has evolved under the influence of the 6^th Ray, with Ascended Master Jesus serving as Chohan.  The 6^th Ray has ruled during the Piscean Age and is characterized by devotion to religious creeds and idealism as it is portrayed by becoming a martyr.  All forms of self-annihilation, suicide, terrorism have characterized humanity’s  misunderstanding of the 6^th Ray energy.

Jesus, as Chohan of the 6^th Ray, incarnated at the beginning of the Piscean Age to demonstrate the soul level expression of this Ray.  He taught:  “The one who believes in me will also do the works that I do and, in fact, will do greater works than these because I am going to the Father.”  (John 14:12)  Jesus wanted humanity to follow his example, not worship him as the one who will save us from our lower selves and its mistakes.  He sought to teach us how to prepare for ascension to a higher level of consciousness so that we would be ready for life characterized by the 7^th Ray and the New Aquarian Age.  (See the article entitled “Ascension” at:

The 6^th Ray manifests on the soul level as the devotion that holds family together, stimulates humanitarian endeavors, and produces dedicated individuals like Mother Teresa and Francis of Assisi.  It is the inspiring force behind the principles of love, goodness, purity of heart, and selfless service.  To integrate the 6^th Ray means to work for the good of all by transforming exclusion into inclusion through acts based on love and wisdom.

The symbol for the Piscean Age has been The Fish.  Jesus demonstrated the Piscean Age with his feeding of fish to the multitudes.  He called his disciples fishers of men.

       Now, it is time for humanity to begin functioning on the 7^th Ray as it expresses through the energy of Aquarius.  Ascended Master St. Germain and his Twin Flame, Portia (Goddess of Justice) serve together in the Office of Chohan of the 7^th Ray.

The 7^th Ray function during this New Aquarian Age is to bring forth the Spirit in all matter … that humanity awaken to the fact that Spirit indwells all of creation … to work with all things in recognition that we are working with Spirit.  For example:  humanity’s awakening to the healing properties of crystals and that as we use them, we are working with Spirit.  The 7^th Ray is the Ray of the Alchemist—the process of changes that turn lead into gold.  We function on the 7^th Ray as we seek to re-unite our personality with our Soul and fulfill the life mission of the Soul.

The 7^th Ray works to change those forms, both mental and physical, that no longer serve the Divine Plan for Earth’s evolution.  The Soul level response to the 7^th Ray is to work to transform our earthly society—to create heaven on Earth.  Jesus taught us to pray “Thy Will be done on Earth as It is in heaven.”  In this New Aquarian Age, we are to ascend to 5^th dimensional consciousness … to work on the Soul level with the purpose of bringing all things on Earth into alignment with the Divine Will and Plan.  Humanity will be re-united with our Twin Flames and work together on the ascension mission.

The symbol for Aquarius is The Waterbearer who pours out to the planet water that quenches all thirst.  Jesus foretold the Aquarian Age when he instructed his disciples: “Go into the city, and a man carrying a jar of water will meet you; follow him.”  (Mark 14:13)  Jesus’ disciples were all Jewish; they knew that men did not carry water.  Jesus had described a scene they would not see during the Piscean Age.  Jesus came to teach humanity (apart from all religions) how to prepare for ascension in the Aquarian Age.

       It is informative to know of the Coronation of St. Germain that took place on May 1, 1954, for it illustrates life on higher dimensions—the type of life we will experience once we ascend and are working cooperatively with the Ascended Masters and our Galactic Family.

“You will be privileged to join in an activity through your service.  It occurs once in every 2,000 years.  It is the actual Coronation and investment of the Chohan of the Seventh Ray as active Director of the Cosmic current for the new dispensation which will flow now in increasing intensity as His ceremonial Ray takes hold in the consciousness of mankind.  This ceremony will take place in a Cosmic outpouring on the first of May.  The first of May is the anniversary of the Ascension of beloved Saint Germain, and it was chosen at His request because of the sweet memories of May Day which He has known in many ages, not only in Europe but in Asia and in earlier continental experiences as well.  The public Coronation at inner levels of a Chohan brings Visitors from every galaxy belonging to this entire universal scheme.  Even now the doors are opened and These tremendous Beings are entering into the atmosphere of Earth.”

“I Am privileged among all the Sons and Daughters of Heaven to have the opportunity of bringing to fruition the full harvest of all the ages of spiritual service in which millions of lifestreams engaged.  The individual who places the final harvest of an evolution upon the screen of life receives undue homage, for many do not think back to the countless numbers of consciousnesses that contributed to the final Victory.  I Am merely the capstone placed at the apex of the spiritual pyramid.  This pyramid was built out of the energies and vital life of countless men and women who served the cause of God through the centuries and who gave themselves without reservation to fulfilling His Divine Plan.

On the eve of this great Ceremony, which will engage the attention and energies of all the Members of Our Spiritual Hierarchy, My heart is filled with gratitude and humility for the honor of accepting the Crown of Authority as Directing Consciousness for the incoming cycle.  The diversity of activity connected with the investment of certain powers in a lifestream, even in the world of form, wise investment of more than ordinary powers requires a deep understanding and an illumined consciousness that those powers may be used always to expand the sphere of influence of God-good and in every manner aid the evolution of the planet and its people.

Although I have been the Chohan of the Seventh Ray for many years, I had not yet become the Cosmic Representative of the new cycle, because the final vibrations of the Sixth Ray were still active in the atmosphere of the planet Earth.

For almost 100 years after the Ascension of My physical body, I prepared to be invested with the power and authority as the Chohan of the Seventh Ray.  I prepared to be invested with the Cosmic Authority as the directing Consciousness of the new cycle of time.  All progress is in graded radiation, graded application and preparation of consciousness.

During My last earth life, I was privileged to come into contact with many Masters, some of Whom were already Ascended, others of Whom were highly developed and evolved.  Through Their assistance I was able to use the applications given and prepare Myself to be free from the necessity of rebirth.  At the close of that earth life, I went into Transylvania and there on the 1^st of May, passed into the Ascended Master Realm.  My personal Ascension was completed in 1684, but the assumption of My Office as Chohan of the Seventh Ray was completed late in the 18^th century, after My service to the Cause of Freedom in America and at the Court of France.  When I assumed office as a Chohan, it was no longer possible for Me to use My vital energy in the visitations, such as I had made to the crowned heads of Europe.  Until this time, I had certain liberty to utilize My energies in endeavoring to form a United States of Europe and to persuade certain students of the occult and metaphysical laws that if they would cooperate with the Hierarchy, a universal brotherhood could be established without bloodshed.  With the exception of My endeavors through Napoleon Bonaparte, I no longer gave any personal service to the European governmental circles and My service to mankind became Cosmic.”

Nancy’s Note: Many have been taught to fear the occult.  Occult means hidden from view, supernatural.  In truth, knowledge of the occult or metaphysical laws allows each human being to realize his/her sovereignty as a Son/Daughter of God.  Jesus taught:  “So have no fear of them; for nothing is covered up that will not be uncovered, and nothing secret that will not become known.”  (Matthew 10:26)  As we make this transition from the Piscean to the Aquarian Age, we are witnessing the truth of Jesus’ statement—at all levels of life.  The occult is no longer hidden.  Instead the occult reveals the means whereby humanity once more comprehends his/her individual sovereignty as a Son/Daughter of God.

Ascended Master St. Germain continues:

“It was at the time when beloved Kwan Yin turned over to Me the authority as Chohan that I retired from active service in the world of form.

During the Theosophical era, beloved Brothers Morya and Kuthumi invested Their energies instead and I built those energies so that when I came forth and My energy again began to flow, My more personal association with mankind would begin again in a renewed and powerful activity.  (That was in the I AM Activity in the 1930’s.)

I shall always remember the Ceremony in which I received the Crown as Chohan of the Seventh Ray from the beloved Kwan Yin.  I considered in My heart if I could ever hope to embody the mercy, the compassion and the love of such a Being as Kwan Yin, half hoping that I might not have to assume that responsibility after so short a preparation at inner levels.

In regard to the use of the Sacred Fire of Transmutation, one of the major impressions which have differentiated Her activity from Mine seems to be that She taught the use of the Flame of Mercy as a power of transmutation in the changing of the quality of energy; whereas the presentation of the Violet Flame as brought forth more recently emphasized the consuming of discord.  This is apt to bring into the consciousness and the mind of many a feeling of a vacuum and a lack.  I Am hoping that through the pressure of Kwan Yin’s interest, We can in some way convey to the consciousness of new people particularly, that this Flame is not only a consuming activity of impurity, but it is also a transmuting and changing of the quality of energy into perfection.  This process leaves them with the same energy which previously distressed them, but now constructively vibrating at a rate which becomes a store of merit within their hands and use.  Much of the fear that enters the consciousness of new students with regard to the use of the Violet Flame, rises from the word consuming.  Often as I sat with Kwan Yin, She used the words mercy, compassion, and transmutation giving the emphasis to the purification in the aspect of the Flame and in the change of the actual quality of the energy.

It is now again the time to assume another vestment.  I assumed the vestment as the Chohan of the Seventh Ray, and now I assume the Cosmic Vestment as the Director of this great incoming cycle of 2,000 years, which closes the major cycle of 14,000 years as well.  I have lived but to serve life.  I have lived but to set it free.  Now is the hour of My opportunity.

Centuries ago I hoped and wished for an earthly crown [as Francis Bacon, secret son of the Queen of England].  I had a vision of a united brotherhood of Europe.  Through circumstance, mercy and the wisdom of the law I did not receive that crown.  Now I Am about to receive a Cosmic Crown and in the greater wisdom and maturity of My consciousness, I find that even now I feel I Am not ready.  One does not lightly assume the responsibility for the evolution of an entire planet, all its peoples, all the Angels and all the Elementals.  I stand in that position today.  I stand requiring the love and the friendship of embodied spirits.  I certainly have the love, companionship, friendship and support in Heaven of the most exquisite Beings of Light and perfection, for which I Am eternally grateful.

They are weaving the garlands for the great Temples.  The Coronation train of this exquisite vestment will be over 40 feet in length.  The Crown I will receive from the beloved Jesus, because as Prince of Peace of the sixth dispensation it has been in His keeping for the past 2,000 years.  The Scepter of Authority I will receive from Sanat Kumara.  It will truly be a day to remember, a day when I shall offer Myself again to Life and to Freedom.

I thank you for your interest in the Cause of Freedom, for investing your energies in that Freedom through the centuries, not only in this embodiment, but you have rallied around that banner of Freedom in almost every era and every age that you have lived.  Now as we enter the door of a new day, I shall remember those of you who have stood by Me, and you shall be part of that Spiritual Court that lives forever.  There are memories woven deep into My heart for the personal and universal associations.  Those memories are sweet.  They are the bonds that bind Heaven and Earth.  They are the ties that keep the God-free yet hovering around the planet reluctant to enjoy Heaven’s bliss while any portion of life is in shadow.”

 

Ascended Master Morya – May 1, 1954

“The Sixth Ray completed its service January 1, 1954, and allowing for a certain time of overlapping energies, the Seventh Ray officially began its Cosmic outpouring on May 1, 1954.  The activity from 1930 to 1954 was a period of preparatory activity.

The Crown which symbolizes this Authority came to Earth with the first mankind to embody, upon the head of Archangel Michael, and every 2,000 years since then it has been transferred to the authority of the succeeding Ray.  Thus, in 14,000 years, the seven presiding Chohans would wear it 2,000 years.

Because of the fact that the consciousness of many embodied lifestreams blocks out at too high levels, just as you yourselves go to sleep if the atmosphere becomes too highly charged, or you would perhaps faint were you to have a tremendous visitation from a Member of the Hierarchy.  Because of this it was requested that the Coronation of St. Germain should be at the lowest of the perfected levels; so that as many people in the etheric bodies as possible could witness this activity and bring it back into their outer world, and retain it in the awakened consciousness of participating in the choruses, hallelujahs and some in the vow.  What an individual receives in the etheric consciousness is much more a part of his outer world than that which he would receive in his Christ Self, Causal Body or his Electronic Body.  That is why the ceremony is not performed in the heart of the Sun….  We are endeavoring to lower the perfection of the higher Realms as much as We can, from Sphere to Sphere.  That is My particular service in the universe.  Bringing it down into the Seventh Realm is comparatively easy.  It is the responsibility of Our beloved Chohan, Our beloved Master Whom We honor tonight, to lower it from the Seventh Realm into the world of form.  That will require the assistance of every One of Us willing to put Our shoulders to the wheel, for the resistance only comes when We reach contact with the human consciousness.  But the enacting of this Coronation in the etheric realm and then the added tremendous opportunity which you have made possible of re-enacting it in the physical appearance world at the same time, will anchor the truth, anchor the acceptance of this Master, His Love and His Light and His works into the physical substance of Earth, into the mental and emotional bodies of the people as well as into their etheric envelope [body].  That is the importance of having unascended lifestreams willing to participate in Cosmic Pageantry and Cosmic Drama.  It is the fulfilling of the decree that you have said for centuries within the Lord’s Prayer, “Thy will be done on Earth as it is being done in heaven.”  Tonight in heaven the great Master St. Germain is receiving the Authority to proceed through the next 2,000 year period as the Cosmic activity of the Ceremonial Ray of Transmutation.  Tonight in the city of Philadelphia, through the physical bodies of unascended beings, the Master St. Germain is being given the Authority to proceed in the physical appearance world in like manner.  It is a magnificent thing!  How We watch, how kindly, how carefully We watch all of your preparation.  How many of Us stood by your side as you earnestly endeavored to prepare this room, to prepare this throne, to prepare this crown, to secure this scepter and this sword, to bring forth these floral tributes, to bring forth these crosses representative of the Electronic Pattern of the Master We honor.  To bring forth on your persons as much of beauty as possible to honor this blessed Friend of Light.  Sometimes you think because in the world of form commendation is not always forthcoming, that which you do is not seen, and yet that which you do, these little simple things done in love are the things that build for you crowns for eternity.

It seems that the days are filled with ideas and new endeavors in Heaven and on Earth, forming opportunities that arise from spontaneous souls, enthusiasms that come out of blessed hearts and provide occasions when We can merge spiritual and human energies to the furthering of Cosmic Causes.  Today We are again blessed and benefited by such a Cosmic merger; not for 14,000 years has a ceremony of Cosmic Coronation in Heaven been celebrated at the same instant by embodied lifestreams; not for 14,000 years has the veil of maya been thin enough for the outer consciousness of individuals yet in garments of flesh, to perceive the truths of the inner and mystic ceremonies with sufficient clarity, faith, confidence and trust to put into action in the physical appearance world the necessary activities to complement the inner occasion.  When men and women yet a part of the earth life are able to join consciously in the activities of the Kingdom, shows how thin the veil of maya has become, you see then what the Violet Flame and Ray and your activities over this past 20-year period has done; also the Transmission Flame activities.  To make an atmosphere in which lifestreams could even conceive of the possibility of entering into a conscious service and communion with Those of Us Who are now in the Light of Heaven.

In Shamballa tonight, One of the greatest Friends of Earth is receiving His due reward.  An individual Who has had such faith, such confidence in mankind for so many centuries, that even the Karmic Board stands in amazement at His constancy, His trust and His belief of the ultimate goodness of His brothers and sisters and those whom He lived to serve.  Tonight every heart in Heaven, every Angel, every Elemental, every Cosmic Being and Devic Lord, is happy beyond words to give honor to the new King, to the great Being Who is Freedom to this Earth and all upon it.  Ah, hearts are happy for the personal happiness.  For Those of Us Who stood by His side, Who have seen His successes and His failures, Who have seen the earnestness and the sweetness of His personal presence, Who have looked into the beautiful softness of His eyes and Who have known the dreams and the visions that He endeavored to share with mankind often so beautifully, We are truly grateful tonight that He shall receive cosmically this Crown.

We are truly grateful, for Our life energies, that in any small measure may have made possible the sustaining of this endeavor, the achievement of which seemed due to failure, to the point where it could be crowned with success.  We are grateful indeed that you, the handful within this room, have responded to His heart, who have followed the vibrations of His very Self and who have walked the waters not in vain.  For all of you, We are so eternally grateful.

Beloved Kwan Yin, 14,000 years ago, received a similar Coronation, received a similar Crown, and acted in the capacity of the Chohan of the Seventh Ray, through all those long ages until the beloved St. Germain was ready.  At that time in Peking, seven individuals were conscious of the Coronation.  Tonight in Peking again that great Retreat is opened (for the month) and the Transmission Flame is honored there.  You in Philadelphia pick up the vibration of that early age and you now, many more in number, re-enact the Coronation of the new and beautiful King.  He Who will reign in the full authority is vested within the Violet Ray to change the quality of energy to make all things right.  In the age which is past, in the age which is now closing, people were for the most part able to adore and love God, worship Him and receive a certain amount of mastery and peace in such worship.  But the day into which We enter, man comes to maturity and works with the Source, each one wielding that Flame of Transmutation, in the authority which this night begins to pulsate through the Earth.  It naturally finds its mutual pulsation through the student body.”

THE CORONATION OF ST. GERMAIN

“The procession started over the bridge at 6:00 P.M. E.S.T., into the glorious Golden City of Shamballa.  The Seven mighty Elohim began the procession, followed by Sanat Kumara Himself as the presiding Hierarch and Lord of the World.  Sanat Kumara wearing all of the garments of authority, The Bishop miter upon His Head and the Staff of Authority in His hand; followed by the beloved Gautama Buddha, who will, of course, in the coming ages succeed Him.  Then followed beloved Lord Maitreya, also in the Office of the Cosmic Christ and carrying the Scepter of Dominion and Power which will be given into the hands of St. Germain as a symbol of the transfer of the Authority from the Sixth Ray to the Seventh.  Following then came the mighty Archangels with Their beloved Complements [Twin Flames] and the Members of Their Court.  Following Them came the Members of the various Kingdoms, the beloved Mahan Chohan and the Elemental kingdom, the Great Beings Who represent the four elements to the planet Earth.  Lord Zadkiel preceding St. Germain with Holy Amethyst, His Complement upon His arm.  Beloved Master Jesus, Who will transfer from His own consciousness and from His own hands the Crown of Light and Authority, wears the golden robe of His Office encrusted with the beautiful white Dove which was prepared for Him by the Ladies of Mary, which is exquisitely beautiful and which matches the highlights of His beautiful shining hair.  With Him walked the beloved Mary, and many of the visitors from other galaxies.  Those Who have come from other stars and planets, representatives from the Great Central Sun, the superior Suns of our system, Helios and Vesta Themselves coming in Persons, and many Individuals, Consciousnesses, Beings, Devas and Cosmic Lords, Whose Names would mean nothing to you in the outer, but Whose exquisite brilliance, beauty and Light are definitely adding to the atmosphere of the Earth in which you live and move.  The music accompanying that exquisite procession is beyond words to describe.  Some of the exquisite choruses of Handel’s Messiah sung in the beauty of their own natural expression in higher Realms are carried by the Celestial Choirs, by the Archangels, by the Seraphic Choir which has exquisite overtones, and the entire City is surrounded by millions and millions of Angelic Beings Who are drawn like bees to the flower, by the radiation, by the incense which is the Light and happiness of the gathering and by the desire to participate in anything which is worship of God.

The disembodied lifestreams who are applying for the opportunity to re-embody have been drawn all together and they are standing in the atmosphere over the central Temple in the hope that at the crowning of the beloved St. Germain, when He gives opportunity for the granting of special requests as the initial pulsation of His mighty Ray flows forth, that they presenting themselves through a spokesman may receive the permission to bring into embodiment from their ranks those who will serve this great Court, this great King, this great St. Germain and this great new era.  The lifetimes of those who have turned their attention to the Retreat at Peking which is close enough to the Gobi to be within the magnetic pull of Shamballa, have also joined the group of silent witnesses.  Every soul whose body is asleep this moment is within the atmosphere as well.  Some in a rather somnambulistic state, some not even knowing that they are blessed in the comparative safety of their own rooms and homes.  But through their bodies is passing just like water those beautiful iridescent rays of light that look like mother of pearl; they change in color as each group of the procession reaches the heart of the Temple, because the predominant characteristic of the group of worshipers as they enter the Temple and take their places, forms the atmosphere around the entire City.  It is arranged that beloved St. Germain and the Goddess of Justice, Who wears a soft lilac similar to your chiffon or georgette and Who walks on the arm of St. Germain, it is the wish and desire that They come last so that the great central Hall is completely occupied.  Sanat Kumara is upon the High Throne, at the back of the Altar, which no one ever takes but Himself.  Below and right in front of Him is the raised dais, the Throne for the Master St. Germain and by his side the chair for His beloved Complement the Goddess of Justice.  Standing at the right is the beloved Master Jesus, in the most exquisite gold cloth smiling graciously waiting with an exquisite Angelic Being by His side holding the Crown of Authority.  At the other side is the beloved Maha Chohan, so happy, so proud of His precious Son, holding within His hand the Sword, symbolic of action, and which He himself will give.  The Holy Spirit representing action and Light vitalizing whichever Ray is going forth at any given time.  The Scepter is within the hand of the beloved Lord Maitreya Who will at the time of the ceremony pass it into the hand of beloved St. Germain.

The beloved St. Germain looks so exquisite with a magnificent train carried by the beautiful Angelic Host.  He has entered the doorway of Shamballa proper.  The music ceases for a moment and the entire group of Masters including beloved Sanat Kumara rise.  As They stand, it is a beautiful picture.  Beloved St. Germain and beloved Goddess of Justice, arm in arm stand in the doorway at the threshold of a new era.  An era of Freedom, an era when all His hopes, all His Visions will be fulfilled.  Then as they begin the long and solemn march down the center of that exquisite Temple, upon the large and beautifully designed purple carpet, the beloved Master Jesus, Sanat Kumara and the Maha Chohan are preparing to receive Him to that Throne from whence He will govern well the planet Earth and all peoples, all Elementals and Angels for 2,000 years.  The Throne to which He will receive you, each one, when your work is done, when you lay down these garments of flesh and return Home.

As He receives first His Crown, the great Choir sings the anthem (the spiritual words to the tune God Save the King), you too join in that anthem of love to St. Germain, and in the physical appearance world the same great activities will be manifest through the hearts of faith and love in Philadelphia.

As you sang that song, beloved Master Jesus placed the Crown upon the head of the Master St. Germain, and with it conferred the Power and Authority for the next 2,000 years to the Master, the Friend of eternal Freedom.  Then Sanat Kumara, stepping to the front of the Throne of Light, and from Him He received into His hands the Scepter of Dominion and Power (Rod of Power).  Then the magnetic power flowing through each succeeding Ray during the 2,000 years of Cosmic action, Lord Maitreya takes that activity and places It in the hand of the Master, so that all of the Powers and Ecstacies of the Sun, of the Archangels, of the Devas, of the Cosmos are focused from this moment henceforth through the Violet Ray, through the Ray of Freedom and through the beloved St. Germain and His representatives.  His Cosmic King, Lord Sanat Kumara, then stepping back, makes a place for St. Germain and the Maha Chohan Who is garbed in all the glorious majesty and dignity of those robes of an oriental potentate, with the golden topas on the turban and on the forefinger.  He gives to Him the symbolic Sword (representing the power of the Holy Spirit to activate the particular Ray blessing the Earth with all the life at His command).  All the energy that comes to this planet passes through His Body and is then diversified through every channel.  This energy of the Holy Spirit, He gives into the keeping of the Master St. Germain to energize and vitalize the era of Freedom.  First through those who represent Him in the world of form and then through those who will come and join Him in the New Day.

As this is completed, beloved St. Germain Himself stands and He receives the first acclamation of all the Hosts of heaven, the acclamation of absolute silence, and His head is bowed in prayer to the God that made all.  Then the Choir again sings the exquisite anthem of praise to the new Authority in St. Germain.  (Students sang America.)

Your song did truly rise and join with that of Those privileged to stand in the visible presence of this great Friend of yours and of Mine.  The first Official act which He performed after acknowledgment of God and the Hierarchy is the raising of the Crown and placing it upon the head of His own beloved Goddess, even as you have presented Her so kindly here.  Then begins the procession and the offering of feality, of every Member of the Brotherhood in ordered rank, before the new King.  The Beings that represent the three Kingdoms, each One giving a gift of Himself, a gift of some particular energy that has not previously been used or drawn forth.  As you, the first group of unascended beings, are so privileged to stand before the Throne in homage, will you remember silently to make a gift of some action or restraint of action in your personal life and make of that a permanent trust between you and St. Germain as your goal to Him.  At the completion of your allegiance and dedication, as you send your voices forth asking for service for mankind, so will Those above make the petition for the mercies that the Seventh Ray alone can give.  (The procession of homage at inner levels took 12 hours.  Some unascended beings also participated in their inner bodies.)”

 

THE DIVINE PLAN FOR THE NEXT 2,000 YEARS

St. Germain – May 15, 1954

“At the moment when that Crown of Light was placed upon My head, at the moment that Cosmic Coronation took place, from the mighty consciousness of the Silent Watcher Herself there was poured into My consciousness (symbolized by the crown), the fullness of the Divine Pattern, Plan and Vision for the next 2,000 year period which it is My privilege to develop.  For one instant I saw the beauty of the Temple worship, the beauty of the land where sickness, disease and death would be unknown, the beauty of continents that have yet not risen from the sea, the beauty of each of you, and many others who still sleep, their souls resting in a temporary inertia, the beauty of a planet where men and women in Freedom’s robe each one a king or a queen in his or her own right, and children princesses and princes of the Sacred Fire developed and matured without knowing age or sorrow, where such a thing as tears is no longer known.

I saw the seventh root race and its sub-races growing and developing, the bodies of each looking like Lord Maitreya or the Master Jesus in mighty perfection, the women looking like Goddesses.  All of this flashing before My vision and then having to restrain My energies, seeing the slow course of human events, the heavy Earth groaning on its axis, My blessed chelas, the hope of the world, each of them holding yet so tightly within his feelings the karma and the chains of the ages, and having in patience to know one day this shall not be.  My heart would rush forward, I would like to say to the men and women of Earth:  “Courage!  Freedom come.  Courage for Freedom shall not leave you until you are the fullness of your God design.”  Instead I speak through the hearts of you (the students) and you in turn through feeling, through lips, through radiation shall be My message, through you in Freedom’s robes, for I have no others.  In all the world the new crowned King has yet no subjects but yourselves.  Yet rich I Am beyond all the reckoning that even one, even one on this sad star should lift the consciousness and sense the vision of Freedom and share it, share it while yet the shoulders carry the burden of personal karma.”

“For millions of years Sanat Kumara has remained as Lord of the World.  Through the powers of Divine Love, He began to stir the soul-light among those still belonging to Earth’s evolution.  These individuals were magnetized by His Presence and visited Shamballa often, first in their finer bodies at night and between embodiments and later in their physical vehicles.”

“When Sanat Kumara came to Earth the axis had already bent to about 45 degrees.  The nature kingdom gave notice that it would no longer produce for mankind so filled with discord and lack of appreciation of its services and harvests.  However, disaster was avoided by the tremendous release of Sanat Kumara’s Divine Love, and the three Kumaras Who came with Him, as well as the loving assistance from those 100 lifestreams who preceded Them and prepared Shamballa.”

“Sanat Kumara’s coming brought to the Earth a new hope for redemption, with an assurance from the Cosmic Law that, for an indeterminate time, the life and sustenance of the planet would be provided through His sacrifice and in the hope that Sanat Kumara and His Helpers might evolve a way and means of securing the interest of the souls of men in learning to draw and radiate the Light required to keep the planet in the solar system.

Out of His own life energy, Sanat Kumara pledged the Cosmic Law to radiate the amount of Light required to warrant the investment of the energies of both the Sun and the Directors of the Elemental kingdom in providing a sustained planetary home for the recalcitrant evolution.

A way and means had then to be devised whereby the natural children of Earth and their pledged guardian Spirits might be awakened to their own responsibility in creating an Aura of Light for their planet, which would satisfy the demands of the Cosmic Law and allow Sanat Kumara to return to His own Star Venus, where his beloved Twin Ray, Who had promised to sustain His service during his exile, awaits Him.”

“Sanat Kumara has to be released.  His work is well done.  His Love even the Masters Themselves can scarcely comprehend, and His patience!  When He has looked upon the sleeping race, all potential Light bearers choosing to slumber on while He gives of His maximum radiation to keep the Earth which is their home in the system, not for a century or two, but for millions of years.  This small, revolving orb is not more than a speck of dust in this galaxy, and its Light, if snuffed out, would scarcely make a flicker in the radiance of the solar system.  Yet it is the planetary home of ten billion of lifestreams who could only find mastery if the Earth were sustained as their cradle.

When you each one, have attained the Ascension and stand free in blazing Light, you will stand there only because Sanat Kumara believed enough in your Light and life to do for you what you should have done for yourself for millions of years.  If He had not given so selflessly of His Light, the evolution would have passed into the second death and as an individual consciousness you would have been no more.  Is not that a debt to be paid best by becoming wherever you are, a focus for the expansion of the Light through every soul you contact?

You are paying for your own life in your service to Him.  You are paying for your immortality all down through the aeons of time that have not yet been unfurled when you will have being because of His Love.  Every sunrise, the perfume of flowers, the warmth of friends and loved ones, you enjoy because you have life which is the gift of His patience and His service in sustaining your obligations to life.

Lemuria was an age of tremendous illumination and perfection.  On Atlantis, thousands of lifestreams were able to emit Light, to precipitate, to levitate.  Angels and Masters walked visibly by the side of unascended beings.  Sanat Kumara, in hope seeing the close of His exile, thinking of Venus.  His heart burning with Love for His Home, the Sacred Fire visible upon the Altars, sickness, death and desolation wiped out; and Sanat Kumara folding His garments about Him ready to let the dust of the Earth fall from His presence – and then – back through the centuries fell the race; back into exile went Sanat Kumara.

What consciousness would stand, at the fall of every Golden Age, before the Karmic Board and say, “I renew My vow, I shall remain, they will yet arise, they will yet emit Light?”  The Karmic Board more than once counseled Him to linger no longer, that the mercy of the Law had exhausted itself, that Divine Justice would no longer accept a sacrifice of such tremendous proportions, of Love without parallel.  But quietly and firmly He said, “I shall remain.”

Then the Light of Venus dimmed in His eye and the thought of Home receded from His sweet consciousness lest the very pull of that Love would weaken His resolve.  I have stood on Venus, by the side of Sanat Kumara’s Beloved, I have seen Her filled with increasing hope as the hour of His exile neared completion.  Then, I have seen Her turn and walk back into the City of the Sun, with Her shoulders squared and Her eyes facing the heart of the Presence, another million years doing the work of others.  That is Love.  That is what fires Me with enthusiasm, with determination to find among the sons and daughters of men some who would love as Venus has.  That is the inspiration that brought Me to the side of Saint Germain when He stood among the lack of fulfillment of His last endeavor.  That is the fire that took Me into the very Presence of Helios and Vesta Themselves to ask for an opportunity to reach those chelas who had served with Me in many a tight corner through the ages.  That is the fire that beat within My heart as I stood before the great Maha Chohan and in the face of His question made Me say, “I believe I can find men and women to hold the bridge, to fan the dying embers of Truth, to stir the souls of men and to set this God Being free.

I am a man of determination and purpose.  It is the Will of God that the men and women of Earth give forth the Light to make this star shine.

Sanat Kumara came more than four million years ago, it was said.

The personal sacrifice of beloved Lady Master Venus in releasing Sanat Kumara and assuming the double service, is equally commendable as that of Sanat Kumara, Who came to Earth and remained in hopes of mankind developing to a point of emitting enough Light so that He might return.  Thus was Earth enabled to remain in the solar system through the ages.”

 

Lady Master Venus – 1954

To you who have promised beloved Sanat Kumara the glory and freedom to return to our system and our Star (Venus) I bring the gratitude of One Who has served alone and Who has endeavored to represent to our people the vibratory action of both My Beloved and Myself.  It is the request of our people that I bring to you on their behalf, our gratitude for your interest in Earth’s evolution and your service of weaving out of the energies of your own life that Light which pays the ransom for the Earth and allows Him the freedom to ascend upon your Love to His natural estate.”

 

Ascended Master Saint Germain – 1952

“When the planet Earth reached the point of such density that the Cosmic Law chose to vote it back into nothingness, it was the intercession of Sanat Kumara and the volunteers from Venus who secured the dispensation, allowing more time for the lifestreams belonging to the Earth to fulfill their individual and collective destinies by learning to emit, sustain and expand self-consciously Light, harmony and Love.

To this end, Sanat Kumara formed the nucleus of the Great White Brotherhood, the guardian Band of the human race, and its Members were composed of great Intelligences Who has volunteered to become radiating centers of Light until the Light Presence within each man was awakened and enabled to fulfill its own destiny in this regard.

This Great White Brotherhood held the first Council at Shamballa many hundreds of thousands of years ago.  They joined together around a glorious Golden Table, symbolic of the Sun, and each of Them represented a quality of the Godhead.  Sanat Kumara, Himself, was the presiding Master, and through Him was formulated the Plan by which mankind of Earth was to be spiritually stimulated, awakened, interested and ultimately enrolled in this Spiritual Order.  To each member, He gave certain responsibilities, according to the nature of the individual Being, and these delegated powers became the directing and motivating power of the life Intelligence so blessed.  Rhythmically, the Lord of the World called together this Council, and each reported on the expansion of the service in his particular channel.  All rejoiced in every development which brought the purpose of the Brotherhood to greater manifestation, but none interfered with the specific services of the other, and all were always under the loving directions of the Lord of the World, Who is the supreme authority for the work of the Brotherhood and all those who choose to abide within its Aura and serve its purpose.”

“It was necessary to devise a way and means of teaching and training the people of Earth how to expand their own sparks of Divinity and become Lords of the Flame, so they could illumine the planet without the assistance of Beings of other planets and stars.  By establishing the Spiritual Order of Divine Beings, the Great White Brotherhood, Sanat Kumara and His Council prepared for this.  The service of these Beings was to protect, guide, interest and teach the people of Earth, and eventually draw them into the Brotherhood so as to assume responsibilities and positions held by volunteer Beings from other planets and stars.”

“The Great White Brotherhood, a united inner group, is made up of intelligent, living Beings Who have made the sacrifice of postponing Their own spiritual evolution to remain in the atmosphere of Earth ministering to a mankind that is not even interested in an endeavor whereby they might attain their own eternal Freedom.  These events and places are real.”

“The Spiritual Hierarchy, which is made up of Ascended Beings Who have consciously offered to renounce the joy of freedom of service at higher levels in order to help mankind to finish its evolutionary journey, are all specialists along some particular line of spiritual service and endeavor.  They are Divine Beings, Who under the training, direction, and guidance of Sanat Kumara chose to forswear Nirvana to help set the Earth and its evolutions free.

Without the Hierarchy the Earth would long since have passed into oblivion, the electrons which compose it returned to the universe, and the souls depending upon it for existence snuffed out like candles before the wind.”

“Of the Great White Brotherhood the Lord of the World (at this time was Sanat Kumara) is the absolute authority for this Earth.  It is composed of God free Beings, Devas, Angels, and all the majestic Beings at inner levels, Who in voluntary relinquishment of God freedom on other planets, and individuals when they attained the Ascension stood before the Karmic Board and offered to remain in exile to serve mankind of Earth, until every consciousness was again awakened to Truth and restored to the God estate.”

Maha Chohan – 1952

“The Cosmic Law required that, as soon as possible, a Spiritual Order be evolved from the Earth people, who would be the teachers and guardians of their own people, thus enabling the Cosmic exiles to return to the natural Sphere of their own activity and Light.  However, no lifestream who had its inception through the Earth planet seemed to pick up this vibration, but completing its round of evolution and gaining the Ascension without contributing in any manner to the succeeding races.

Sanat Kumara and the beloved Beings on Venus interceded on behalf of the Earth and its evolving mankind, and offered to enter into the orbit of the Earth, its atmosphere, and its people’s karma, with the sole purpose and intent of creating from among the human race itself a governing council and directive body composed of voluntary members of the race who would interest and increase its membership by the exertion of their own initiative.  Thus, Sanat Kumara’s first service to life, after His entrance into the Earth’s atmosphere, was to set up a skeleton of this Spiritual Order which is known in the world today as the Great White Brotherhood.  There were none of the human race among its members; it was composed entirely of these same guardian Beings, the Archangels and Devic Hosts.

The tremendous impetus of Sanat Kumara’s Love, and the magnetic pull of His Heart Flame were all that He had to work with in stirring the souls of men, and drawing, not by force or argument, but by the invisible and yet resistless power of His Love, the sleeping spiritual senses of some members of the race.  It was an entirely impersonal activity in which He engaged for many centuries, and neither He nor those who worked with Him allowed Themselves to designate any particular lifestream as a potential, giving the opportunity to respond, equally to each soul.

The first two souls to so respond were the Beings known as Lord Guatama Buddha and Lord Maitreya.  So from this small beginning, The Great White Brotherhood has grown in strength and numbers through the centuries until almost all of the Cosmic guardians and spiritual protectors have had their places taken by the dedicated men and women of the human race.

The Great White Brotherhood works on the same premise and with the same powers of magnetic Love and impersonal benediction, and the response of the spirit and the soul from within itself is the only passport into active membership.

Those who represent the Brotherhood in the world of men may take example from its Cosmic Founder and its Members, and becoming such a magnetic power of Love Divine, they will find drawn to them those whom the Father has called and who will remain, not because of personal allegiance, but because of the affinity of the soul Light with the spiritual essence which is the Brotherhood’s nature in the universe.”

 

Sanat Kumara’s Release From His Exile

Ascended Master Morya – 1955

“How shall I put into the words the Joyful News that is My pleasure, privilege and honor to impart to you?  Sanat Kumara has been released from His exile of the ages!

This decision by the Cosmic Law came as a complete surprise to all but a very few of the Celestial Hierarchy, and it was My sweet privilege and honor to be invited to present the Scroll announcing His Cosmic Freedom to Him as He stood rapt in deep meditation within the Flame upon the Altar.  After its reception, He remained for a long while gazing in profound contemplation at the gift of Freedom within His hands, while the expression of joy and gratitude on the faces of the entire multitude, as they were made aware of its contents through My words or presentation, was beautiful to behold.

The Lord (Buddha) Gautama, Who has been preparing Himself through long ages for this hour, now advanced slowly toward the Flame, and Sanat Kumara, from His position within It, removed the Crown from His head and placed it gently upon the head of Lord Gautama, Who knelt to receive it with hands reverently crossed upon His breast in an attitude of humility and grace.

Sanat Kumara then stepped forth from the Flame, and standing by the side of Lord Gautama blessed and thanked the multitude present and all life for His release, and expressed the desire to remain in Shamballa as Regent until the expiration of the time set by the Cosmic Law for His stay on Earth a few years ago.  The Lord Gautama will rule as Lord of the World from this night forth.

It was a tremendous and surprising climax to a most eventful evening, and I Am sure that every lifestream in that vast assembly was grateful to God for the privilege of witnessing a Cosmic Event unparalleled in all evolutional history.”

 

Sanat Kumara’s Return to Venus

Lord Michael – 1956

“After many ages, it is My honor and privilege to re-open My Retreat for the great purpose of forming the platform, forming the impetus and actual momentum of energy upon which the Lord of the World (Sanat Kumara) shall ascend to His Home – Venus.  However, Sanat Kumara will remain in the atmosphere of Earth as Regent until the time allotted Him by Cosmic Law expires, with the exceptions of visits to Venus.

At Shamballa are the beautiful Temples representing the seven Rays, the central pool in which play the magnificent Flame fountains, and the beautiful Temple of Sanat Kumara overlooking the whole.

From within this Temple, Sanat Kumara reigned since coming to Earth millions of years ago.  Over this Temple has always flown the Banner or Standard of Sanat Kumara, which is the planet Venus surrounded with the laurel wreath on a deep purple field.  Tonight, when the Standard is lowered for the first time since His coming, the Standard of Lord Gautama will be raised (it is the planet Earth surrounded with the colors of the Causal Body, on a gold field).

Every Hierarch and every Ascended Being, as well as every Retreat, has a Standard or Flag.

The Beings present at Shamballa are lined up on either side of the central pool almost a hundred deep, each with His flag.  Also the walk from the Temple to the end of the Bridge across the sapphire sea is massed with Beings.  As Sanat Kumara’s Standard is slowly lowered, all of the Standards are dipped in recognition, love and gratitude for the service it represents.  Then, almost with the same action, the gold Standard of Lord Gautama ascends.

Lord Sanat Kumara was in a pure, unadorned white robe with no vestments.  Lord Gautama wore the royal purple robe and the Crown and Scepter.  Lord Maitreya was at His side also in a royal purple robe of authority, with Miter and Staff.

Lords Sanat Kumara, Gautama, and Maitreya then walked over the Bridge and disappeared in a blaze of Light.  The next moment They were standing at the great doors of My Retreat at Banff in the Canadian Rockies.

The final ceremony of the transition of power from Sanat Kumara to Gautama, as well as Sanat Kumara’s departure for Venus takes place at My Retreat.  Sanat Kumara addressed the Spiritual Hierarchy and expressed His gratitude for answering His heart call and forming the Great White Brotherhood, in order to forward the Cause of God upon the planet Earth; also for the privilege of serving Earth and being permitted to share in its redemption and victory.

The two great Hierarchs approach each other from either side of the Altar, Their Causal Bodies blazing out like great fans (identical in size) in all the glorious colors of the Rays.  Then They approach each other until They meet within the Flame on the Altar where They become One, at which moment there is a tremendous flash of Light, followed by an expansion of the Flame which passes through the entire atmosphere of Earth.  At that precise moment, the Causal Body of Sanat Kumara is withdrawn from the body of Earth, while that of Lord Gautama enfolds it in Its embrace.  The Causal Body of Sanat Kumara becomes the aureole encompassing Him and His entourage on the journey to Venus.  So that it might be said that His return to Venus was accomplished on the energies of the Earth people, the students sang the song to Sanat Kumara.

The transition to His own beloved Star and Those who accompanied  Him was accomplished by Sanat Kumara in a beautiful chariot fashioned out of etheric substance by the visualizing process of chelas on the earth plane who were aware that this transition would take place within a specified period of time.  The actual journey was accomplished with the speed of light and almost immediately They had arrived within the orbit of Venus.  In the meantime, the Lady Venus, with Her retinue, had come out to meet Her Lord.  As the two companies approached each other, Sanat Kumara descended from His chariot and, in the simple white robe He had donned when He transferred the robes of State to Lord Gautama, He went forward alone to meet His Queen.  The Lady Venus also came forward unaccompanied and as those  two Great Beings greeted each other with outstretched hands, the Light of Their Causal Bodies encompassed Them and They were lost to the sight of the watching multitude for a moment.

Then the atmosphere was filled with the music and song of the Angelic Choir and the voices of the people of Venus were heard as they sang the Song of Welcome to their beloved King, the same song they sang as He departed from them so many aeons ago, but now rendered in the joyous tones of happiness.

Sanat Kumara and His beloved Venus now repair to the great Temple where, with all Their people, They give praise and thanks for His joyful and victorious return, and for the successful accomplishment of His mission of Love.

For the present, it has been arranged that the activity of Lord Gautama and Lord Maitreya will be combined, because the service of the Lord of the World is to generate enough Light to keep the planet in the solar system, and Lord Maitreya’s gift is to take the activity of the ceremony wherever possible because Lord Gautama is not inclined that way.  It will be a three-fold activity which will be magnificent , Gautama holding the Light, the Peace and the Illumination; Sanat Kumara as Counselor and Regent; and Lord Maitreya as the Head and Heart of the Brotherhood in practically all ceremonial service.  Tonight, Gautama has, for the occasion, adorned Himself with the Crown, Cape and Scepter.

 

Maha Chohan – 1956

“There has been tremendous increase in the vibratory action of the planet Venus since the return of Its Lord within Its Aura.  There is also a noticeable advance in the vibration of this planet also since the Lord Gautama’s assumption of the office of Lord of the World.  This may be explained by the fact that Lord Gautama’s evolutionary victory was accomplished entirely on this planet, whereas Sanat Kumara was a Lord of the Flame in Its entirety at the time He came to Shamballa to take up His residence there as Lord of the World.

It has not yet been revealed how long the Cosmic Law will accept the sacrifice of Lord Gautama’s willingness to carry the responsibility of holding the Light single-handedly, as it were, for a recalcitrant race of people, the majority of whom are not even award of His existence.”

The Law of Life & Teachings By Divine Beings

       During the Golden Ages of eons past, glorious Temples and Retreats existed on the surface of Earth.  However, as Earth humans chose to create the violent—violent in word, thought, and action—world in which we now live, the physical plane vibrations became too low for the Temples and Retreats to remain on Earth’s surface.  They now exist on the etheric plane surrounding Earth.

These magnificent Temples and Retreats are still available for Earth humans during sleep and meditation.   

We all go to at least one of these Temples each year on New Year’s Eve.  I insert a description of the New Year’s Eve Ceremony in the Temple of Karma, located on the etheric plane.

Lord Maha Chohan – December 7, 1952

“One of the most beautiful activities connected with the closing of the yearly cycle is the mystic ceremony whereby the Lords of Karma close the individual Book of Life for every lifestream in embodiment upon the Earth during the 12-month period that has passed.

 

       This ceremonial takes place on the last evening of the old year in the Great Temple of Karma located within the Etheric Belt.  [Later the ceremony was moved to the Teton Retreat.]  It is a particular service for embodied individuals and, although it includes those who had any portion of embodiment within the year, it does not include the discarnates or those who have not had an active earth experience for one hour or so during the 12 months.  This is the merciful Office of the Karmic Board and is performed in order to allow the lifestreams of the race to be freed from a portion of the errors and mistakes of the past year made, not so much through willful disobedience to the Law as through lack of discernment, discretion and discrimination.  In other words, the mitigation of evil effects relate only to those whose causes are motivated with no evil intent but which, nevertheless, ofttimes produce unnecessary confusion and distress in their wake.

 

       Almost a quarter of the karmic legacy of the race is caused through blundering rather than willful disobedience of the unseen or manifest Law, and the mercy of the Karmic Board, from the beginning of mankind’s experiment with the Law of Cause and Effect, has always allowed, at the close of the year, this merciful melting away of the karmic punishments due to this laxity, which accounts for the lightness with which individuals enter the New Year—filled with hope, resolutions and a strongly embedded desire to improve upon their nature, character, and manifest expression.

 

       There are nearly four billion souls who come under this beneficient mercy of the Karmic Board during this ceremonial.  Each lifestream, from the ignorant savage to the most elect and select student, passes through the Halls of Karma and his load is lightened according to the intent of his motives during the past 12 months.  Thus, all are enabled to enter joyously into the New Year Councils and receive the greatest possible benefit from the directive energies of the Master Beings Who set up the Keynote for the coming year.

 

       After the Lords of Karma have measured the Light of the lifestreams, each one is then placed within the ceremonial Fire of purification which is projected and sustained under the direction of the beloved Master Saint Germain with the help and sustenance of the Angelic Kingdom and the Initiates who are educated in the direction and sustenance of the Sacred Fire in Its purifying aspect.  Thus, consciously or unconsciously, every lifestream upon the planet tastes and experiences within his own body the purifying action of the Seventh Ray at the close of each year, and the soul and the inner bodies step forth from this purification with a greater opportunity for progress and less accumulation of a binding nature.  It must be understood that each lifestream receives the ultimate amount of mercy and grace that his own merit for the past year has allowed him.  This is the Comfort and Mercy extended by the Creator….”

“There are no words to describe the compassion of that Forgiving Love of the Cosmic Christ into which the soul of every lifestream upon the planet were consciously drawn that their karma might be lessened, and that they may step forth into the pulsation of the New Year with a new opportunity to find mercy, and through mercy, peace.

 

       The Great Audience Chamber [at the Teton Retreat] was completely decorated in all the variegated tones of the Purple Ray, from the most delicate pink violet and blue violet to the rich deep purples which represent the most concentrated essence of that Flame of Mercy, Forgiveness, and Compassion.  The velvet chair backs and cushions were all a royal purple, embroidered in gold, and Masters and visiting Guests wore robes of the varying degrees of the purple color tone representative of Their particular activity in connection with the Flame of Mercy.

 

       A moment or two before the Ceremony commenced the Lords of Karma took Their places in the atmosphere above the high Altar.  They also wore Their Robes of State, with seven-pointed Crowns upon Their heads richly encrusted with diamonds and amethysts.

 

       The Silent Watcher standing with Arcturus high in the atmosphere above the mountain, bathed the entire locality in the substance of the Violet Light which flowed from His Luminous Body like a beautiful garment of the finest of chiffon that has yet a softly luminous quality in its gentle radiance.

 

       The Master Saint Germain, at the moment of the invocation, charged into the atmosphere directly in front of the Altar (before which he stood) a flash of Flame from His heart, head, and hand.  This became the initial impulse for the Flame of Mercy through which the mankind of Earth then did pass.  From the center of this Flame petals unfolded, until a great Lotus Flower was formed, its purple petals extending the full width of the side platform.  This beautiful Thought-Form was at first transparent, made of a gossamer substance, but which continued to intensify and condense until it formed at last a fairly wide pathway which could be observed by the Lords of Karma Who were facing the audience, as well as by the audience itself.  This beautiful Lotus pathway was suspended in the atmosphere by a gently curved band of purple Light which was anchored through the Violet archways at each end of the platform.

 

       The Goddess of Justice, as Spokesman for the Lords of Karma, then began to call the roll of mankind.  As their names were called, they passed through the archway of violets up onto this pathway of Purple Flame, accompanied by their Sponsors (if they were conscious chelas) and by their Guardian Angels it they were among the masses.

 

       As each one stood for a moment in the very heart of the Lotus Flame, the motive which prompted the creation of the karma for the passing year was examined, and as much of that karma was wiped away as the motive within the consciousness allowed.

 

       A steady stream of souls thus proceeded across this Flaming Pathway of Mercy and down the further side joining the Assembly, if they were students of Light, or returning to their various homes if they were not yet awakened to the inner life….  The mass of the people is passed through speedily, but the students of Light receive individual attention and assistance.

 

       After the completion of this exquisite Ceremony, the Lotus Flame was expanded out over the entire Assembly and then, through Their cooperative endeavor, it flowed outward and covered the entire Earth with Its merciful and forgiving radiance.

 

       After the completion of this purifying activity, mankind is prepared to receive the impetus of the Spirit Who is to ensoul the coming year, and the Thought-Form which will be the directing Intelligence.

 

       May each and every one of you experience in your feelings the uplifting grace and the joyous release which the participation in this exquisite Ceremony of Compassion and Mercy imparts….

       As we prepare for ascension in 2012, purification is essential.  At this stage in 2011, we are experiencing a variety of physical conditions due to the multiple changes taking place because our bodies are becoming more crystalline.  Many of these conditions will last for a short while, then, disappear.  If some persist, you may choose to be evaluated by a medical professional.

The physical body is surrounded by the Purple Transmuting Flame

       You may use the Purple Transmuting Flame during meditation and/or during sleep.  Archangel Zadkiel is in charge of the etheric Temple of Purification.  “The Blue Danube” by Strauss is attuned to the vibrations within the Temple of Purification.

Before going to sleep:  Call to Archangel Zadkiel to take you to the Temple of Purification for transmutation according to your Highest Good.  There your etheric, emotional, and lower mental bodies will be cleansing under the supervision of Archangel Zadkiel and his priests and priestesses.

According to Master Morya in The Law of Life, the Temple of Purification is a very large circular building, created out of pure amethysts.  Its dome is crowned with a life-size golden figure of Archaii Amethyst, about seven feet in height.  An altar, located in the center of the Temple, is also built of pure amethysts.  On the altar burns a Focus of the Violet Flame, attended to by the priests and priestesses, who “invoke, sustain and project this purifying essence of Violet Flame into the atmosphere of Earth.”

In Meditation:  First of all, don’t be concerned if you do not see with your inner eye (the Third Eye Chakra) what you are visualizing.  Not seeing does not mean the action requested is not taking place.  Think of an electric fan – once turned on, you cannot see the spokes, but you can feel the energy in the form of cooling air coming forth.  It is the same with work being done on the etheric plane.

Visualize yourself entering a circular Temple ………… accompanied by Archangel Zadkiel ………  As you enter, look around…………..  The walls of the sanctuary are made of pure amethyst ……………….

Though there are no light fixtures, the Temple is filled with a soft, glowing light that seems to enfold you with love ………………..  You are welcome here…………………………..

A low altar, also made of pure amethyst, sits in the center of the sanctuary ……………….  A Purple Transmuting Flame is cradled on this altar ……………  Archangel Zadkiel invites you to sit on one of the white cushions placed around the altar………….

You have come to this temple to be purified by the flame …………  to be healed by the music ………….. and the loving presence of Archangel Zadkiel ………………. He will direct the purification process, so sit comfortably and listen to the music …………………………

FOLLOWING OUR INDIVIDUAL ROAD MAP TO ASCENSION

NOTE BY NANCY:  Little did we know in 2011 just how long it would take to achieve the critical level of mass awakening that would enable us to make the required evolutionary leap in our ascension process.  Finally, in Fall 2014, we are beginning to awaken in great numbers.  I am reposting this article as it seems even more relevant to today’s life within the very intense energies of Light and Love now flooding our planet.

FOLLOWING OUR INDIVIDUAL ROAD MAP TO ASCENSION

       Life is eternal for the Soul—no beginning, no ending.  Many Souls choose to explore the various dimensions of life, rather than remain in the heavenly realms.  Those of us presently residing on Earth made that choice.  During our explorations, we made mistakes that require correction—karma that necessitates transmuting into positive energy.  In order for us to achieve ascension into the higher dimensions, these mistakes must be resolved on Earth plane.

As a result, when preparing for another physical incarnation, we and our spiritual mentors construct a Road Map to guide our Soul along its chosen path.  This Road Map also involves contracting with additional Souls to play particular roles in the forthcoming incarnation.  These Soul contracts are created to ensure that we accomplish the goals upon which we are basing our future physical plane life.

The first step in creating this Road Map is determining our goals regarding the lessons we want to learn, how we desire to transmute old mistakes/karma, and our ultimate mission.  Every Road Map is created for success—if we allow that success to unfold within our lives.  We are not permitted to take on more challenges than we can successfully overcome—if we choose to do so.  However, once we incarnate and find the challenges we chose for ourselves too difficult, we are always free to wait until the next incarnation or the next.  Life is eternal and we are free to take as long as we choose incarnating on the plane of duality.

The second step is selecting our future parents based on:  their willingness to play that parental role and their capacity to provide the type of early childhood experiences our Soul requires in order to learn our lessons, transmute our karma, and prepare for our Soul’s mission.  Many of us choose difficult childhoods as one means of accomplishing our ultimate Soul goal.  We contract with those future parents to play the needed roles.  Most often the roles the parents agree to play are also connected to their own Road Maps and to the goals they plan to achieve.  Life is an intimately woven tapestry of many colors.

The third step is choosing and contracting with the meaningful others with whom we will share some stage of our incarnation.  These persons will play the role of grandparent,   sibling, spouse, teacher/mentor, close friend, professional partner, and our own children.  The selected persons are located at the most beneficial points on our Road Map.  For example:  the spouse with whom we have contracted will appear in our lives at the appropriate time for us to gain the most benefit from the reunion.  (Remember our Soul knew he/she was coming.)

Here, we must recognize that the most benefit does not necessarily feel good.  Instead, that spouse is appearing at the appropriate time in order to fulfill the contract we created before incarnation.  At the point of meeting in the physical, we have the opportunity to decide whether or not our Souls continue to need the previously contracted experiences … we may have already matured past requiring the circumstances involved … we always have the freewill choice to break the contract.

This freewill choice to break the contract is available regarding all facets of our Road Map to Ascension.  For example:  Our Soul may incarnate via the selected parents only to realize that the desired environment does not exist.  The Soul has approximately two years from birth onto the physical plane to determine whether to stay or to leave.  The decision to leave is the basis for many early childhood so-called deaths.  That Soul may choose the same parents at a later stage and find the environment ripe for Soul growth.

The important factor to remember is that our Soul chooses physical incarnation for specific Soul growth purposes.  We did not incarnate on a whim … we are not accidents … we are not robots that require the same treatment for all.  Instead, this incarnation is filled with Soul meaning … our Soul rejoices when we successfully overcome a challenge … our Soul celebrates when we meet and recognize a major destination point on our Road Map.  On the other hand, our Soul cares little about the amount of money we earn or how high on the social ladder we climb.  Success is achieving Soul growth.

Most Souls utilize, often subconsciously, the first 28-30 years of incarnation to resolve many of the challenges on their Road Map.  Then, around this 1^st Saturn Return stage of life, our Road Map indicates a time to pause and reflect upon how we choose to live out the remainder of this incarnation.  This pause is usually highlighted on our Road Map by sudden changes, such as the desire to move, to change vocations, or the death of a loved one.  It can be a time of restlessness … a time of wanting to sweep the decks clean and start over.  For this reason, many who marry young divorce around the ages of 28 to 30 yrs.  Many decide the friends with whom they have heretofore associated are not compatible with the next stage on their Road Map.  It is a growth stage intended to result in significant change …a stage for personal evaluation in light of our Soul’s ultimate goal.

After the 1^st Saturn Return years, many follow their Road Map in a much more conscious manner.  We recognize that we desire our lives to count as making a difference in the world … that we are to be the Pilot of our lives, rather than allowing our selves to be tossed to and fro by those around us and by the world of events.  We seek self-empowerment, self-love, self-fulfillment.

Our planet is now quickly changing … we as a planet of people have the unprecedented opportunity to ascend—while in our physical bodies—to a higher dimension of consciousness.  This opportunity comes as Planet Earth prepares to ascend—to shed its former title of Prison Planet and become an Ascended Planet.  We, who are incarnated on Planet Earth may move forward with our Mother Earth if we so choose.  We, who have been imprisoned within the illusion of the plane of duality, may now ascend into the full consciousness that exists on the 5^th dimension.  Whereas now, we Earth humans use roughly 10% of our brain power, we may then ascend into usage of our full consciousness.

Evolving into full consciousness entails many new experiences.  The old, familiar world no longer works; it is collapsing and will be forgotten.  The challenges that have heretofore appeared to some as insurmountable will simply melt away.  In their place, a new Earth will emerge.  A new way of life will surprise us!

At the moment, we walk between two worlds.  Following our Road Map requires increased attentive focus on our intuitive insights.  If we listen to our Soul’s guidance, rather than to the ways of the collapsing world, we find walking our Road Map surprising, exciting, and constantly enlarging our conscious awareness.  We are becoming aware of other dimensions and how our Road Map interfaces with those higher planes of consciousness.  This newly emerging world requires some adjustment.

Whereas, heretofore, the majority of our relationships have involved varying degrees of karma, we are now meeting persons who belong to our Soul family.  These relationships feel pure, easy, and compatible.  Deep unconditional love characterizes Soul family.  The 5^th dimension is not hung up on love = sex of one form or another, as we Earth humans are.  All is unconditional love on the 5^th dimension.  As we meet our Soul family, we have to adjust to the love that is present regardless of the age or gender of that Soul family member.

Another adjustment required is learning to pay attention to synchronic symbols, persons, messages, gifts—however the message is relayed to us by Spirit.  Earth humans listen to what we can hear with our ears and see with our physical eyes.  We tend to ignore messages from our Soul … messages that are directing us according to our Road Map.  For example:  As a teenager, I knew intuitively that I was to attend college.  I heard with my physical ears when my father told me there was no money for college.  I saw with my physical eyes that the way to attend college was to be accepted and pay the tuition.  I heard my Soul instructing me to go to college.  Had I listened to the sounds and sights of the physical plane, I would not have attended college.  But, I chose to listen to the intuitive messages from my Soul.  I wrote the college of my choice and explained that I had no money, but wanted to attend college on faith.  I was accepted.  Now for the money.

My minister knew of my desire.  When a friend of his told him he wanted to send a student to college—all expenses paid—my minister gave him my name.  This dear man paid for my freshman year.  He not only paid my expenses, but would periodically send me extra money with a note that I might like to buy a gift for a friend.  His generosity illustrates well how Divine Order unfolds in our lives when we listen to our Soul, rather than to the world.  His sudden death also reminds us that our Road Map may not be dependent upon a single source to assist us in  achieving our Soul’s goals.  We must be flexible and not easily discouraged.

Another adjustment involves learning to stand alone, as an empowered individual.  Our 3^rd dimensional world teaches us to think and act in accordance with tribal folkways, beliefs, and acceptable behavior:  this is the way I am suppose to believe; this is the way I am suppose to act.  Failure to follow tribal beliefs and laws can mean excommunication.  Tribal can mean any group with which we choose to associate.

When we begin to walk between two worlds, we can feel incongruent within the familiar 3^rd dimensional world.  We begin to feel energies that the tribe does not feel or, at least, will not admit feeling.  We may be tagged as “losing it,” “touched,” or as “no longer credible professionally.”  The chains holding us within the status quo are heavy … many dare not attempt to step outside the tribal box.  Yet, the more the cosmic energies propel us toward ascension, the harder it is to pretend to be content in the tribal box.  As one friend recently phrased it:  We have been touched by Mother Father God Consciousness.  Ascension requires that we leave behind all that would hold us back.  Our Road Map was planned with this in mind.

Following our Road Map will alert us to the alternatives.  In 2011, it is probable that we have never dreamed of some of our alternatives because they do not presently exist in our visible world.  We tend to forget that our Soul, in conjunction with our spiritual mentors, planned for an entire incarnation.  This can mean that following our Road Map entails making one or more abrupt 90 degree turns … it can mean that we take action with one goal in mind and end up pursuing a very different one.

Life in 2011 is filled to overflowing with change.  We are evolving into an ascended being … we are creating a new Earth and moving forward within our Milky Way Galaxy.  The one facet of life on which we can absolutely depend is that our willingness to follow our individual Road Map to ascension will attract all that we need in order to do so.  Our task is to be alert … follow our intuitive guidance regardless of how incongruent it appears with physical plane reality … and to remember that we are evolving into the All Good.  Our Road Map does not mislead us … we simply must trust as we make our way around the curves.

Our Souls planned our individual Road Map to ensure our freewill opportunity to achieve ascension!  Godspeed to all!

THE INTERFACING OF DIMENSIONS AS WE PROCEED TOWARD ASCENSION

The Interfacing of Dimensions As We Proceed Toward Ascension

       The majority of Earth humans approach the 2011-2012 ascension process with a concept of life and relationships that characterizes our daily lives on the 3^rd dimension.  We orient our lives around societal laws and religions created by fallible human beings.  Although Earth humans have received teachings from Ascended Masters, we very quickly misconstrued them to a point of non-recognition. We most often understand life through the 3^rd dimensional physical senses—we believe what we can see, touch, hear, smell, taste, or intellectually perceive.  This severely restricts our comprehension of life, life’s meaning, and our true selves.

The 3^rd dimension is the plane of duality—the plane on which we learn life’s lessons by experiencing both good and evil, light and darkness.  It is the plane of illusions … a temporary plane on which we live through the karma of our own making.

Heretofore, Planet Earth’s 3^rd dimension has served as our schoolhouse; it has granted us the opportunity to balance the negative karma we have incurred during our numerous lives of residing on this plane of duality.

While living on the 3^rd dimension, we have forgotten who we truly are and that the only way to comprehend Truth is through the Higher or Intuitive Mind.  The Intuitive Mind is our gateway to the higher dimensions.

Through the years, many Earth residents have awakened to the 4^th dimension—the emotional plane.  Metaphysicians call the 4^th dimension the astral plane; the Catholic Church refers to this 4^th dimension as purgatory.  At this point in Earth time, most souls depart the physical body and return to the astral plane level with which their degree of spiritual maturity finds resonance.

Astral plane levels range from the very negative hellish regions to the very beautiful.  The one characteristic that relates to all levels of the astral plane is that purification is the goal.  Souls reside on the astral plane until there is no negativity remaining in their auric field.  This means that Earth humans can contact and be contacted by souls living on the astral plane.  In fact, this soul contact is the means by which we have gained knowledge of the astral plane.

We have only to search the internet to find examples of Earth humans’ communication with souls on the astral plane through near death experiences, channeling, séances, and a variety of divination techniques.  Many of our loved ones and spirit guides reside on the upper levels of the astral plane, where negativity has been largely transmuted.  A part of the purification process while on the astral plane is service to others.

For example:  A group of former physical plane doctors may choose to serve from the astral plane by assisting members of a meditative healing group residing on the 3^rd dimension.  This joint effort is an interfacing of the 3^rd and 4^th dimensions.  Communication is telepathic.  Healing techniques vary from psychic surgery – to – members holding the light while the astral plane doctors work on the patient’s etheric body – to energetic healing that often involves a physical plane modality in combination with the guidance of the doctors.

Another type of interfacing with the 4^th dimension can involve assisting earthbound souls to move toward the light.  The TV show “Ghost Whisperer” illustrates this well.

A very comforting, but often ignored or ridiculed, means of interfacing with the 4^th dimension is the capacity to telepathically communicate with our loved ones who have recently shed the physical body.  Especially while in grieving, we are vulnerable and open.  This openness can result in feeling the presence of our loved ones, receiving telepathic messages, and clairvoyant sightings.

Young children may have what our 3^rd dimensional world calls an imaginary playmate.  In Truth, this is simply another example of dimensional interfacing—one child is in physical incarnation, the other remains on the astral plane, but within close proximity.  Deep love/friendship for each other would be the connecting force.  Soul contracts may also involve the reunion of these playmates at some point in the present incarnation.

For the most part, our 3^rd dimensional society treats the above examples with a mixture of disbelief, laughter, bullying, and outright accusations of insanity.  Peer pressure holds us in line with a culture that functions on the basis of humanity not knowing its true identity, inner power, or innate skills.

As a result of our lack of knowledge, the interfacing of 3^rd and 4^th dimensions may involve negative, even frightening contact between souls that are lost in a maze of negativity and ignorance of their true identities.  The 3^rd dimension entertainment media thrives on presenting this lower type contact with the 4^th dimension.  For whatever reason, many persons enjoy being frightened via horror movies.  They seem to convince themselves that the stories are not real and cannot be real.  At the very least, having this negative, often extremely violent, energy penetrate our auric fields is of no benefit and can be harmful.  The only reason anyone would choose to deliberately allow this lower energy entrance into the auric field would be lack of knowledge that we are individual temples of God, far greater than we know.

Another facet of this interfacing with the 4^th dimension is the attunement to spiritual guides residing on the upper levels of the astral plane.  Many who meditate to achieve this attunement tend to do so through the solar plexus chakra, located near the navel.  It is easy to make contact with the astral plane when meditating through the solar plexus.  Much good exists on the upper levels of the astral plane and many souls residing there desire to serve humanity.  Although this contact with service-to-others souls can be very helpful, it is not the ultimate toward which we need to aim.

The astral plane can also be a plane of illusions; various degrees of negativity are present.  Thus the degree of helpfulness found there will depend upon the spiritual maturity of each soul.  Earth humans need to demand that only those who work in the Light make contact with them.  Otherwise, many may be fooled into thinking a “spirit guide” is spiritually capable of serving in that capacity, when the reverse may be true.

Ego plays a huge role here.  Our ego thrives on receiving attention, respect, even honor for being one who is capable of attuning to other dimensions of reality.  The ego will trip us every time.  It sets us up for being used by lower entities who will lie to us and to the ones we may very sincerely desire to help.

Holistic growth—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual—is required in order to raise our consciousness to the 5^th dimension and above.  We cannot skip stages in spiritual growth.  We have to do the self-disciplined work … we have to purify … we have to stand up and walk as one who is healed by Spirit … we have to learn who we truly are.  Holistic growth allows us to communicate telepathically with the 5^th dimension and to channel through the crown chakra into our heart’s sanctuary.  We then speak from the heart with love.

Interfacing 3^rd with 4^th dimension has become fairly commonplace within the last century.  Many have adjusted to the truth of life after death, reincarnation as a means to balance our negative karma, and the possibility of telepathic communication with those residing on the astral plane.

It is as the 5^th dimension begins to interface with our present stance as spirit beings, preparing to ascend en masse with Mother Earth, that the unanswered questions appear.  2011 – 2012 and beyond present us with a growth process for which we have no precedent.

All of us residing on Earth, and planets throughout the cosmos, descended from the heart of Creator God into individualized form.  We all have experienced the realms of unspeakable love and beauty—that realm is our true home.  Throughout eons of time, some of us chose involution into slower vibrations.  We wanted to experiment … to experience life in a variety of settings and on numerous planets.  Many continued the involutionary process until we reached the density of the 3^rd dimension.  It is important to keep in mind that our souls descended to this level by freewill choice.  We did not originate here.  However, we did create negative karma that must be balanced on either the 3^rd or 4^th dimensions in order to ascend to the higher realms.

Humanity is now engaged in the process of evolving upward … in climbing Jacob’s ladder to the higher dimensions from which we descended.  As we climb the ladder upward, we gradually become attuned to the 4^th dimension, then the 5^th dimension.  As we do so, we encounter the necessity to live within two worlds.

This living within two worlds (or two dimensions) is the part for which we have no precedence.  Heretofore, those souls who chose to involute into the 3^rd dimension have lived on that plane until they left the physical body for the 4^th dimension through a process we call death.  There was very little simultaneous conscious awareness of the two dimensions.  For those aware of both dimensions, it was not that hard to adjust to the differences because both contain the very loving and the very lost souls.

As we gain attunement to the 5^th dimension while residing physically on the 3rd, the differences are staggering and the adjustment much more challenging.  No negativity can exist on the 5^th dimension, while negativity is rampant on the 3^rd.  What we consider love on the 3^rd dimension is tainted with distortions:  selfish love, possessive love, needy love, sexual love, co-dependent love … on and on.  What we call unconditional love on the 3^rd dimension is better defined as acceptance of the loved one and his/her foibles, with no attempt to change.

On the 5^th dimension and above, love is unconditional.  5^th dimension re-introduces us to life characterized by pure love.  Who we are as unique expressions of God energy is totally accepted, appreciated, and encouraged.  Competition is non-existent; there are no losers.

A recent meditative vision opened my awareness to life on the 5^th dimension with a depth that I am still attempting to fathom.  As you can read in my article entitled “A Twin Flame Story,” my Twin Flame and I have worked together during my present incarnation for the past fifteen years.  As I explain in the article, he chose to incarnate on Earth very few times, while I have done so numerous times.  Our home base for this stage of our evolution is the planet Venus, a 5^th dimensional planet.   I was somewhat consciously familiar with life on Venus just by being associated with my Twin Flame.  Nevertheless, this meditative vision left me without words to adequately describe it.

In this vision, I was standing on a hill amidst indescribably beautiful iridescent colors that seem to float in the air.  I looked down to see a little girl … I was holding her hand.  We both saw a male figure appear at the bottom of the hill and recognized him.  Hand in hand, we gleefully ran down the hill and into the arms of Uriel (my Twin Flame, not the Archangel Uriel).  In that moment I knew that we were a family unit.  The love energy enfolding us was that of ecstasy with no prickly buts about it.  There was absolutely no fear of this love ever fading or disappearing.  This love was eternal and we knew it.  Uriel and I gazed upon our little girl and rejoiced.  Father, mother, and child … a cosmic triangle.

A cosmic triangle … all three sides of a triangle are equal.  On the 5^th dimension, children are honored and given every opportunity to unfold into a lovely, unique flower without scars.

One way in which we are presently witnessing the interfacing of 3^rd dimension with 5^th dimension is through the extraordinary children coming to us.  We call them star children, indigo children, crystal children … they are coming to assist Earth humans to ascend to the 5^th dimension.  They arrive with the knowledge of how to live in two worlds.  For us, the task can be more challenging.

Once we have tasted the pure, unconditional love of the 5^th dimension, life on the 3^rd dimension appears colorless.  Nothing here can compare.  Still, we must carry on with our 3^rd dimensional responsibilities.

While residing on 3^rd dimension, the majority of our relationships are determined by karma and the soul’s contract.  We are playing roles for each other that enable us to balance karma and to provide a learning environment.  For this reason, most relationships are challenging in one way or another.  Attuned only to the 3^rd dimension, we accept these challenges as facts of life and hopefully learn to work positively with them.

In 2011, it is especially important to heal all types of relationships to the best of our ability.  We cannot move forward carrying residual karma with us.  Of course, we cannot force others to seek healing.  We must do our part and release the situation.  In this way, we cleanse our own energy field.  As we do so, we will attract members of our soul family with whom we can joyfully move forward to the 5^th dimension.

As soul families attract each other, a major question arises regarding the meeting of our Twin Flame while we are married.  I speak to this briefly in my article “A Twin Flame Story.”  Since writing that article, a married friend met her Twin Flame in a dream.  He resides on the 5^th dimension.  She reports the experience of such intense unconditional love and total acceptance of who she is has transformed her 3^rd dimensional marriage.  Now she lives within the energy of her Twin Flame’s total, loving acceptance.  She has released the energetic chains she had wrapped around her husband and he is free.  He is a different person—much happier and more thoughtful of her.  She, too, is happier.  Their marriage continues.

Twin Flames are two parts of the same soul.  Even though we may spend few physical incarnations together, there is a subconscious yearning for our other half.  This subconscious yearning is often converted into energetic chains which we tie around our partner.  We expect our partner to fulfill a yearning that can only be filled by our Twin Flame.  The result is a love with all types of strings attached.

How will we cope with the interfacing of 5^th dimension with our 3^rd dimensional lives and relationships?  I know intuitively that I was given the vision of Uriel, our child, and me so that I would raise this question in my writings.  This child is the soul of a close friend of mine.  So now I not only know the joy of working with my Twin Flame, but also having a friend with whom I have shared a 5^th dimensional family unit.  This is the type of friends we will increasingly meet as we move into 2012 and ascension to the 5^th dimension.

We are moving beyond karmic relationships.  If you are married or in a committed partnership, both you and your partner have a Twin Flame.  As we meet our soul family, it is important to remember that the goal is not to create additional karma by the manner in which we handle the interfacing of karmic 3^rd dimensional relationships with our 5^th dimensional ones.  All persons possess a soul family.  It will be up to each of us to lovingly move forward into reunion with our Twin Flame and soul family.

The reward is an indescribable love that stimulates us to be all that we can be.  As one Twin Flame grows in spiritual maturity, the other Twin Flame is positively impacted.  I cannot imagine willfully choosing any action that would adversely affect my Twin Flame.

Reunion with Twin Flames is a part of the ascension process.  At this point, the majority of Twin Flames reside on different dimensions and planets.  The full consciousness that will be ours in the very near future will bring Twin Flames and soul families together in ways that are loving and create pain for no one.  Full consciousness and the 5^th dimension are beyond pain.

Our future is very bright as we climb Jacob’s ladder from 3^rd … to 4^th … then 5^th dimension!

PART I – HAVE I LIVED BEFORE?

Often first impressions and initial experiences upon meeting an individual are based in past life memories.  We can choose how we want to respond to these initial reactions.  An instant dislike of the person can indicate a soul memory that needs to be resolved.  The two of you may have come together—according to perfect divine timing—to heal a former relationship.  On the other hand, an immediate gut-level feeling, like “I don’t trust this person,” may be your soul’s warning to “be watchful as you deal with him.”  It is up to you to discern the difference, perhaps by simply withholding judgment until the two of you are better acquainted.

Two excellent introductory books are the story of Edgar Cayce’s life, There Is A River and Gina Cerminara’s book entitled Many Mansions.  Cayce’s carefully documented clairvoyant readings number in the thousands.  They are housed in the library of the Association for Research and Enlightenment in Virginia Beach, Virginia.  After twenty-two years of giving readings for medical diagnosis, Cayce surprises himself by tapping into a past life of his subject.⁴⁶ From then on the readings are filled with the accounts of past life influences upon the medical and life conditions of his subjects.

As depicted in the Cayce readings, reincarnation is a means by which humanity evolves spiritually.  The Bible teaches us, in the allegorical story of Adam and Eve, that humanity chose to turn away from God.⁴⁷ In doing so, we began our descent into materiality and corruption.  Soon we forgot our true identities as children of God, created in the image and likeness of God.  The Christian narrative introduces the man Jesus as the Saviour, the one who can show us the way out of our spiritual darkness into the divine light of God.  In his Sermon on the Mount, Jesus commands us, “Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect.”⁴⁸ In an effort to fulfill this commandment, the individual soul repeatedly incarnates into a physical body.  In the spiritual gospel of John, Jesus explains, “The one who believes in me will also do the works that I do and, in fact, will do greater works than these, because I am going to the Father.“⁴⁹ No one need point out to us that we, at this stage in our spiritual evolution, are unable to perform the works of Jesus.

Reincarnation is the means by which the soul evolves into the perfected state and acquires the knowledge of universal law necessary to “do the works” Jesus does.  Reincarnation is God’s grace manifesting in our lives. God’s grace giving us a second chance throughout eternity. Eternal life is just that: eternal, everlasting, without beginning or ending.  Our souls move back and forth between the world of spirit and the world of physical matter.  Once we evolve past the need to incarnate into physical bodies, we continue our spiritual evolution on higher dimensions of existence.

According to the Cayce readings, our physical body, emotions, and mental attitudes often reflect past life thought and behavioral patterns.  The universal law of cause and effect rules all of life, including humanity’s.  The apostle Paul explains this law:  “Do not be deceived; God is not mocked, for you reap whatever you sow. If you sow to your own flesh, you will reap corruption from the flesh; but if you sow to the Spirit, you will reap eternal life from the Spirit.”⁵⁰ What we sow in the present life will be what we reap in the following incarnations.  For example:  My friend and I allowed unforgiven anger to be sown in our former life’s relationship.  When we meet in this present life, we immediately tap into the residual emotions from the previous life; we reap the harvest of anger we sowed.  This “reaping” need not be a permanent condition.  The grace of forgiveness is always available.  My friend and I can, through our freewill choice to do so, transform the initial anger into resumption of a lasting friendship.

Cayce’s readings are filled with examples of reaping what has been sown in previous lives.  An individual suffering from severe asthma is told, “You cannot press the life out of others without seeming at times to have it pressed out of oneself.”  A deaf person hears this admonition:  “Then do not close your ears again to those who plead for aid.”  This subject was a nobleman at the time of the French Revolution.⁵¹ The universal law of cause and effect can manifest itself in any number of ways.

The word karma is closely associated with the concept of reincarnation.  Karma is what we have sown and are now reaping. As long as we incarnate on Earth, each of us is both sowing and reaping karma.  Karma is a neutral word.  Our behavioral choices determine whether we reap positive or negative karma.  At this stage in human spiritual evolution, the majority of us are reaping both negative and positive.  A word of caution is needed.  We cannot outwardly observe the life conditions of another person and think we know what they are reaping.

While still in spirit, our souls prepare for the next physical incarnation by determining the best way for us to learn the lessons set aside for the particular sojourn on Earth.  For example, a soul may choose to be born blind, not because it has been blind to the needs of others in a previous life, but in order to ensure the development of the intuitive self.  In this case, blindness is not the harvest of past negative behavior.  It is the freewill choice of a soul intent on advancing to a higher level of spiritual wisdom.  Jesus gives us excellent advice when he urges, “Do not judge, and you will not be judged.”⁵²

As part of the preparation process, a soul chooses to incarnate into the family with whom it feels its purposes can best be met.  A soul desiring a profession in music may choose a family attuned to the benefits of a musical education.  Two or more souls may plan to assist each other in accomplishing their soul purposes.  One soul may incarnate as a mentally challenged child in order to facilitate the parents’ lesson in loving unselfishly.  Once more we see the need to withhold judgment.  The mentally challenged child is not reaping a negative effect.  Neither are the parents reaping the results of sinful behavior.  Instead, the child is participating in an act of selfless service.  The parents chose the lesson of unselfish love for the present incarnation; the child volunteered to tutor the parents.  In so doing, the child’s soul is also benefiting.  The list of possibilities or purposes behind physical incarnation is endless.  “Do not judge, and you will not be judged.”

Negative karma very often appears within the arena of close personal relationships.  The Cayce readings seem to infer that a soul’s indifference to human suffering in one lifetime will bring suffering to the individual in a future life.  One of his readings illustrates this fact. A father places his little girl in a Catholic home.  The baby was born premature and hydrocephalic.  His wife died a few days after giving birth.  Wanting to know his previous relationship with his daughter, the father requests a reading from Cayce.  He is told, “In the experience before this you could have helped and you didn’t.  You’d better help in the present.”⁵³

“Why don’t we remember our past lives?” I wonder.

Actually we do.  The fact of reincarnation reveals itself throughout our everyday lives.  We simply must be open to seeing and accepting it.  The child prodigy, love at first sight, immediate antagonism, a compelling sexual attraction, the “I feel like I have known you all my life” sensation, déjà vu experiences, phobias, and seemingly unfounded fears—all can be signals of reincarnation.

Continuity of consciousness, while in the physical body, would be overwhelming for the majority of humanity.  As we are born into the physical plane, we mercifully forget much of what we know.  Our soul decides upon specific goals for the particular incarnation.  To have our minds filled to overflowing with memories of all past lives would be to defeat ourselves before we get started.

A light flashes on in my mind.

“Astrology speaks to the soul’s purpose. Why can it not be interpreted to reveal the lessons our soul would like for us to learn in the present incarnation? Can I see indications of past life memories now affecting the individual?”

My quest for spiritual understanding is becoming even more exhilarating.

The science of astrology is practiced on a variety of levels.  Mundane astrology speaks to the everyday affairs of humanity with little or no attention being paid to the deeper significance of our daily lives.  Most often mundane astrology is interpreted for the future in the form of predictions.

Esoteric astrology deals with the spiritual implications of the predominant thought and emotional patterns of an individual.  Esoteric astrology offers answers to many of our “why?” questions in terms of the spiritual growth needing to take place during this incarnation.  Our role in the cosmic plan can be seen through esoteric astrology.

The Wise Men, depicted in the second chapter of the gospel of Matthew, are cosmic astrologers.  Cosmic astrology is a reading of the heavens in order to predict major cosmic events.  We can see examples of cosmic astrology in the Bible.  The birth of Jesus is one such event.  “In the time of King Herod, after Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judea, wise men from the East came to Jerusalem, asking, ‘Where is the child who has been born king of the Jews?  For we observed his star at its rising, and have come to pay him homage.”⁵⁴ Near the end of Jesus’ incarnation, he makes reference to cosmic astrology.  In response to his disciples’ questions about his return to Earth, Jesus explains, “There will be signs in the sun, the moon, and the stars.”⁵⁵

Reincarnation is the foundation upon which esoteric astrology is interpreted.  As I state earlier, reincarnation is the means by which humanity evolves into the perfected state of a child of God.  In our brief look at the readings of Edgar Cayce, we see how our behaviors in one lifetime have impact upon a future lifetime.  Esoteric astrology reveals the ways in which past lives influence the present one.  For example, a client says to me, “Even as a small child, I have always felt I had to be the parent instead of the child.”  Her present life is filled with resentment over this fact.  An esoteric interpretation of this client’s birth chart reveals Saturn in the fourth house.  Saturn often assumes the role of a good parent in our lives.  It insists that we learn a particular soul lesson, just as a good parent requires the child to do homework for school.  The individual’s Saturn is retrograde indicating the tendency to bring an emotional overload from past lives into the present.  It also reveals the likelihood of responsibilities within the childhood home.  The fourth house reveals our psychological constitution and the relationship with mother.  With Saturn retrograde in the fourth house and ruling her Capricorn Ascendant, my client will assume the role of parent from the birth process on, with motivational factors based in past lives.  Even though the mother’s psychological makeup plays into this behavior, tremendous emotional release results from knowing the basis for her parental feelings comes from past lives.  Forgiveness in the present is made easier, thereby transcending the need to reap the results of her resentment in a future life.  She can now choose to sow the seeds of forgiveness.  With this new insight, my client may also choose whether or not to continue assuming the parental role in personal relationships.

Once more questions plague my mind.

“Why does our Western culture choose to ignore the valuable contributions the concept of reincarnation can make in our understanding of life?”

“Why is the Church so hesitant to give credence to a belief in reincarnation?”

One reason is that Christian historians have failed to give reincarnation its rightful place in Church history. As in the case of astrology, Western Christian historians have simply not reported the role of reincarnation. With the dawn of the New Age of Aquarius, ancient books are being translated into English. The layperson can now catch glimpses into what really happened.

The Encyclopedia of Religion concludes an article on reincarnation by affirming that the concepts of reincarnation and karma have done more to shape the whole of Asian thought than any other.⁵⁶ Ancient Greece, India, and Egypt have well developed belief systems centering around reincarnation.  Pythagoras, Empedocles, Plato, Plotinus, and their followers teach reincarnation.⁵⁷ Pythagoras, Empedocles, and Plato predate the Christian era.  Plotinus lives and teaches between 205-270 C.E., as a contemporary of the Christian Church Fathers.  He is not alone in his beliefs concerning reincarnation.

The vast majority of Christians dismiss the above information with a question for which they seek no answer.  What do ancient Greek, Indian, and Egyptian philosophies have to do with Christianity?  A brief study of the world map provides an answer.  Palestine is in close proximity to each of these countries.  Trade routes between Palestine, Greece, India, and Egypt are numerous, allowing a constant exchange of products and ideas with these nations.  Most of us know the Old Testament account of the Hebrew sojourn in Egypt and of the apostle Paul’s journey to Athens, Greece.⁵⁸ Are we also aware that India, as a part of the Persian Empire under whose rule Palestine lived, is mentioned in the Old Testament book of Esther?⁵⁹ Archaeological digs have unearthed vases, carnelian beads, and seals that attest to the trade with India dated as far back as 2500-2200 B.C.E.  An Aramaic (the language of Jesus) inscription from the third century B.C.E. illustrates the contact between India and the biblical lands.⁶⁰

Christianity originates in the Middle East. It grows out of the Jewish religion based in Palestine.  The milieu of both the Old and New Testaments is this intermingling of Greek, Egyptian, and Indian beliefs and customs.  To these, we can add the influence of Persia, Syria, and Italy (all of which periodically rule Palestine during biblical times).  Reincarnation is a widely accepted belief throughout the thousands of years represented in the Bible.  It is naïve to believe the concepts of karma and reincarnation, which “have done more than any other belief to shape the whole of Asian thought” are not known and accepted among the people of the Bible.

Josephus, the first century Jewish historian and contemporary of the Apostle Paul (37-100 C.E.), verifies the presence of a belief in reincarnation within the Jewish community.  He describes three philosophical sects among the Jews of the first century C.E.: the Sadducees, Pharisees, and Essenes.

The Pharisees teach reincarnation for the good souls only:  “They say that all souls are incorruptible; but that the souls of good men are only removed into other bodies, but that the souls of bad men are subject to eternal punishment.“⁶¹

The Essenes teach pre-existence of the soul:  “For their doctrine is this: ‘That bodies are corruptible, and that the matter they are made of is not permanent; but that the souls are immortal, and continue for ever; and that they come out of the most subtile air, and are united to their bodies as in prisons, into which they are drawn by a certain natural enticement; but that when they are set free from the bonds of the flesh, they then, are released from a long bondage, rejoice and mount upward.’”⁶² A belief in the pre-existence of souls is the foundation of reincarnation.  Many scholars are convinced, for three reasons, that the Essenes accept reincarnation.  First, they have high regard for the Jewish Kabala, in which reincarnation is taught as a basic belief.  The earliest known Jews to call themselves Kabalists are the Tanaiim who reside in Jerusalem during the early third century B.C.E.  Second, the Essenes come under the influence of Buddhist monks who travel, in great numbers, throughout the Middle East during the centuries before Jesus’ birth.  Reincarnation is basic to Buddhism.  Third, the Essenes’ doctrines and communal practices reflect a knowledge of the Pythagoreans, who are reincarnationists.⁶³ Thus we find two of the three Jewish sects with which Jesus is familiar accept reincarnation.  We also know that the apostle Paul is a Pharisee, and thus a believer in reincarnation for the good souls only.⁶⁴

“So why does the Western Church consider a belief in reincarnation heretical?

My frustration with the church is growing. Daily, in my rehabilitation counseling career, I confront the need to provide meaningful services to my clients.  I watch as they persist in self-destructive behavior, partly because their church cannot assist them in putting together the tangled pieces of life’s puzzle.  The belief in reincarnation is like removing the lid from a pot of boiling water—it lets the steam out.  No longer is the steam screaming to be released from the small confines of one lifetime.  Knowing that we have lived before and will live again releases a tremendous amount of bottled up emotional energy.

The belief in only one physical life does more to distort our perceptions concerning life, God, and each other than any other concept.  Failure in a career means failure for life:  “There will be no other opportunity.”  Failure to meet a suitable mate cuts deeply into the self-esteem of the individual:  “No one has loved me enough to marry me.”  The loss of a mate through divorce or death can be devastating:  “I’ll never be happy again.”  The brilliant young person killed in an automobile accident:  “His only chance at life is cut short.”  The person born with a debilitating physical condition has no other alternative than to believe, “God made me like this.” Homosexual and transvestite persons are faced with the same conclusion.  Consider what this says about God to the afflicted one.  God is a God who loves some people and hates others.  Think about what this says to the individual about herself.  “God has to hate me; otherwise, why would God create me this way?”

These tragic conclusions are the result of believing in only one physical lifetime.  We are forced to blame God.  No other choice exists.  We may try to come up with options, but buried in the depths of our being is an ugly demon who continually whispers, “God hates you; God created you different, requiring you to suffer.”  God as Creator is the bottom line for the majority of humanity.  Thus, God is to blame.

The church has thus far been unable to provide therapeutic alternatives to these disastrous life experiences and deductions.  Openness to the science of astrology and the natural laws of reincarnation will allow the church to truly spread the gospel of God’s love.  The church can then offer the healing balm of questions satisfactorily answered.

“Why? Why? Why? Why put band-aids on our sores when the church can offer healing?”  The answer can be found, at least in part, through a study of the early church ecumenical councils.

Jesus incarnates into a very cosmopolitan environment.  His public teachings are simple and straightforward.  However, after his crucifixion, resurrection, and ascension, his followers find themselves in a defensive position.

The disciples face a multitude of questions from the diverse peoples living within the Roman empire.  “Why choose to follow a common criminal?  After all, the Roman government put Jesus to death.”  Their answers vary, according to their understanding of Jesus.  As the years go by, various teachers develop their own explanations and groups of followers.

Jesus’ good news, “the Kingdom of God is within you,”⁶⁵ is quickly shoved backstage and replaced with theories concerning the identity of Jesus.  Listen to the apostle Paul’s reaction when some of his followers turn to another teacher:  “I am astonished that you are so quick deserting the one who called you in the grace of Christ and are turning to a different gospel—not that there is another gospel, but there are some who are confusing you and want to pervert the gospel of Christ.”⁶⁶

Paul’s reaction to differences is the exact opposite we see in Jesus’ response.  “John said to him, ‘Teacher, we saw someone casting out demons in your name, and we tried to stop him, because he was not following us.’  But Jesus said, ‘Do not stop him; for no one who does a deed of power in my name will be able soon afterwards to speak evil of me.   Whoever is not against us is for us.’”⁶⁷ Within the sphere of God’s love, there is room for variation.

Many of the Church Fathers follow the example of Paul, instead of Jesus.  They disagree vehemently.  All sorts of human motives cloud the issues.  Their ultimate goal, according to Irenaeus, Bishop of Lyons, is “the real Church has one and the same faith everywhere in the world.“⁶⁸ Found in Irenaeus’ Selections from the Work Against Heresies, this quote and the book’s title speak volumes.

Church historians and I can only surmise why Paul and the Church Fathers are so insistent upon one and the same faith.  Actually the word faith is misleading.  The controversies and heresies concern doctrines.  The above quote sheds more light on the Ecumenical Councils if translated, “the real Church has one and the same doctrine everywhere in the world.”  Whatever the reason, the negative results have been numerous.

One of the most negative repercussions of attempting to have one and the same doctrine everywhere in the world is the church’s declaration of heresy whenever a scholar, minister, or teacher disagrees with the standard doctrine.  To be judged a heretic is a sentence of excommunication from the church, loss of teaching position in a church affiliated institution, or loss of job as a minister or priest.  For hundreds of years, the sentence for heresy can also be death by burning at the stake.  Thousands of writings are burned, or otherwise destroyed, when the author is declared a heretic.  Remember the word heresy simply means a point of view that differs from “the one and same doctrine.”

The early Church Fathers are particularly vigilant in their search for heresies.  As they strive to create a worldwide church with one and the same doctrine, persons with differing beliefs are ruthlessly condemned.  Among those groups declared heretics are the Christian Gnostics, all of whom are reincarnationists.⁶⁹ Some scholars are convinced that the Christian Gnostics are the descendants from the original followers of Jesus and the inheritors of Jesus’ secret teachings.⁷⁰ In Mark 4:11, Jesus confirms a secret message given only to his closest disciples. When the disciples ask Jesus why he speaks to the crowds of people in parables, he answers, “To you has been given the secret [or mystery] of the kingdom of God, but for those outside, everything comes in parables.” All open display of Christian Gnosticism is suppressed by both popes and emperors, often by inflicting the death penalty.  Gnosticism is forced underground.⁷¹ Of the thousands of actual writings by the early Gnostic Christians, few survive the destructive zeal of those who condemn them as heresy.⁷²

Individuals are also included in the relentless search for heretics.  Origen (185-254 C.E.) is a most influential Christian thinker.  Saint Jerome declares Origen to be “the greatest teacher of the Church after the apostles.”  Saint Gregory of Nyssa calls him, “the prince of Christian learning in the third century.“⁷³ Origen teaches pre-existence of souls and reincarnation.  In 553 C.E., the Fifth Ecumenical Council condemns Origen and his teachings as heretical:

“If anyone does not anathematize Arius, Eunomius, Macedonius, Apollinarius, Nestorius, Eutyches, and Origen, as well as their heretical books, and also all other heretics who have already been condemned and anathematized by the holy, catholic, and apostolic church and by the four holy synods which have already been mentioned, and also all those who have thought or now think in the same way as the aforesaid heretics and who persist in their error even to death: let him be anathema.”⁷⁴

Anathema, as defined by Webster, is a “curse solemnly pronounced by ecclesiastical authority and accompanied by excommunication.”

In this way (and I give only two examples) the church stifles belief in reincarnation, just as it condemns the use of astrology during the late 15^th century.  Although believers in both reincarnation and astrology continue throughout history, only as the New Aquarian Age dawns does this ageless wisdom gain open recognition.

Will the traditional church re-consider?  Will the traditional layperson permit and encourage its ministers to recognize these valuable explanations of a God of love?

These are questions only time can answer.  Meanwhile I encourage those of you who are restless and seeking deeper meaning in life to read for yourselves.  Do not take my word or anyone else’s word.  Search out the original text for yourselves.  Listen to your heart.  Allow your intuitive mind to lead you into Truth.  Prove for yourself that God truly is love.

Have I lived before?  For me the evidence is overwhelmingly in favor of “yes.”
