It’s such a gift for me to be able to connect with you in this way again.

The month of October starts off with a powerful Total Lunar Eclipse, occurring on the 8th, that will highlight the relationships in our lives.

These energies are giving us the opportunity to look at our relationships from a higher level. They are calling us to ask important questions, such as:

Are these relationships operating from a space of integrity, honesty and mutual respect?

Are we allowing ourselves to speak our truth in a kind, loving and productive way, without intending to dim our light or the light of others in the process?

Is it time to move on from certain belief systems, people, places and experiences that no longer feel to be in resonance with where we are in our lives?

And could it be time to align with new ideas, people, places and experiences that support and are in harmony with the kind of reality we desire?

The answers to these questions and much more will reveal themselves as we move through this upcoming Total Lunar Eclipse.

Listening

In all of our relationships, the art of listening can be a powerful beneficial practice. It can help us receive greater clarity as to whether or not certain relationships are meant to continue in our lives.

When we truly listen, we move out of a reactive mode and into an observer mode. The observer aspect of ourselves simply collects the information it receives and processes it with ease.

Then, without attachment, it decides whether or not a certain experience we are having is in resonance with our higher path or not.

When we come to a point where we are not quite sure what to make of certain relationships in our lives, all that’s asked of us is to listen. First and foremost, we are asked to listen to our intuition.

Then it’s important to listen to the words, actions and intentions the other person is trying to share with us.

Have you ever experienced the following: You are speaking to a friend or a loved one, and as they are talking, you’re mentally preparing what you’re going to say next, without fully hearing what they have to say?

When this happens, it creates a block in communication. It may even create some misunderstandings. When we allow ourselves to truly listen, those blocks dissolve. The path is then cleared for us to know whether or not the relationship is meant to continue.

Opening to a New Consciousness

In the days surrounding October 13th, a new energy cycle will begin that will bring more stability to our lives. This stability will continue to anchor itself throughout the year, until it is clearly felt in our lives and in the world.

Right now, there doesn’t seem to be much stability going on in the collective, so this new energy cycle will make a great impact.

One of the bigger themes that will emerge from this new energy cycle is a greater focus on the well-being of the planet. Nature is speaking loudly to us, leaving no room for second-guessing her messages. We’ll see many solutions come to light in the area of climate change, as well as in the advancement of both personal and global freedom.

The world is waking up. The comfort we found in the discomforts we have all been experiencing is just not working anymore.

What do I mean by this?

There’s a level of comfort that comes with choosing to look the other way when it comes to things that may compromise our well-being. But by looking the other way, we have allowed a select few to make decisions for us all regarding how we experience our lives.

This has GREATLY compromised our well-being, and now there is no longer any false comfort to be found in giving our power away. This is actually a clear indicator that a powerful breakthrough IS happening, and that nothing can stop the shift that’s unfolding.

The Rectification

As we move forward, many things will be rectified in our lives and in the world that once felt to be going in the opposite direction from what we desired.

You see, we’re in a time of instant manifestation, where there is abundant opportunity for things to turn around quickly for the greater good of all.

In our personal lives, we may see this rectification show up in a relationship, a career opportunity, or simply a shift in our awareness. And in the world at large, we can pretty much see it everywhere.

Each one of us has the ability to support the rectification process and actually help it move along more quickly. We do this is by uniting together consistently through group meditation, intention and prayer.

There’s something very powerful that occurs when two or more gather in love. In fact, during the 1987 Harmonic Convergence, millions of people around the world came together at the same time and visualized the world uniting as one family.

Soon after, the Berlin Wall came down, as the consciousness of humanity began rising.

A global love gathering is happening again. This time it’s even larger, and will continue to grow and grow, until it simply cannot be brushed aside any longer.

Nothing can hold us back now, or move us in a direction that is not aligned with the natural flow of life. That’s why the world has begun to feel so different.

On October 23rd, we will move through a Partial Solar Eclipse, which promotes big personal and planetary transformations.

This eclipse will be supporting us by anchoring a deeper sense of spiritual awareness. Around this time, we may find ourselves wanting to spend more time in nature, meditation, prayer or inner reflection, practicing yoga or acts of kindness, or similar spiritual practices.

This is a time of great shifts and rising awareness for both Earth and humanity. There is a phrase you may be hearing increasingly now, as we journey through these amazing changes: “We will do this together, and we will do it with love.”

Thank you for allowing me to connect with you today.

As the seasons gently begin to change, there’s an energetic momentum that’s building again. Can you feel it?

Individuals sometimes internalize this sort of momentum as anxiety. Just know that you’re not alone, and that many people around the world are also feeling the same way.

Anxiety occurs when we attach fear to the energy of excitement or anticipation. But the moment we drop the fear, the anxiety instantly turns into excitement, which for most people is a much more enjoyable vibration.

An Eventful Summer

This summer has been quite eventful, with all the global shifts that have been happening.

We’ve seen such radical changes occur before our very eyes, and these changes are just a glimpse of what is about to unfold in the months to come.

There were so many changes that occurred this summer, both on a personal and a global scale, that many of us are still processing it all. If we think back to the months of April or May, it becomes clear as to how much we’ve all shifted.

We could go through all of the examples that highlight how much change has taken place within and all around us, but I usually like to simplify the process by simply checking in with how I feel.

I do this by asking myself the following questions:

Do I feel like I’m the same person now that I was a few months ago?

Do I feel the world is the same now as it was a few months ago?

When I ask myself these questions, I notice just how rapidly everything is changing. Even just five or ten years ago, change seemed to manifest much more slowly.

Now, it seems as if things are changing minute by minute. It’s quite exciting, when we choose to drop the fears the mind has created around change.

As we enter the first few weeks of September, we will have the opportunity to process and integrate everything that has occurred this summer. This will help us to find our footing again, and to feel more grounded.

Laser-Focused Intention

Although the first half of 2014 has brought with it lots of change and transformation, those changes were delivered in quite a scattered way.

When we entered the half-way point in June, the changes taking place hit an all-time high, in terms of how scattered and seemingly out of control they were.

Many were feeling an up and down roller coaster effect because of how the new, higher energies were affecting them.

Over the past few weeks, those scattered energies began to unify. There is now a more positively focused intent rising up within the collective consciousness.

This focused intention will be with us for the rest of the year. It will allow us to accomplish far more, both in our personal lives and in the collective, with far more ease.

If there’s an idea, project or opportunity that you have been sitting on for a while, now is the time to go for it! Just make sure it’s something that feels joyous, expansive and in alignment with your higher path.

If it does, then that is your confirmation to go ahead and move forward with it. The electricity in the air is in full support of the manifestation of your greatest visions!

The positive focus that will be with us now as we move forward will also help us accomplish even greater things globally. The new projects may range from creating new ways to anchor greater balance and peace in certain regions of the world to rolling out new inventions and technologies that serve to empower humanity, to everything in between.

Whatever those progressions might be, they will all occur more quickly now, due to our focused intentions to birth new ideas at a new, higher level.

The Greatest Power

We often hear that the greatest power in the Universe is LOVE, but what does this actually mean?

To our human minds, the energy of Divine Love is indefinable. Trying to connect with its meaning through left-brain thought rarely works, because Divine Love transcends any story the mind likes to place around it.

We can reconnect with our true essence of love by choosing to think less and feel more. Intuitive feelings should not be mistaken for emotions, which are mind-based reactions that state whether something is good or bad—a judgment.

Feeling does not judge; it simply resonates with something, or it doesn’t. In other words, it either contracts or expands. Love is less about doing, and more about Being.

Contrary to what we may have learned, real love does not have any conditions placed around it. It also does not indicate weakness. Real love does not judge, does not cause pain or hardship. It does not require us to give up or hide some part of ourselves in any away. Those belief systems are simply mind-based structures that distract us and move us away from our true nature, which is love.

True love is an unwavering frequency that flows through all of life. When we choose to “be” love, we instantly align with this constant flow, allowing all of the resistance we have to life to fall away. This makes everything in our lives flow much more easily.

As a result of the misconceptions we have projected onto the word “power,” many of us have been hesitant to reclaim our own innate power, because we associate it with an external, ego-based power, which we may judge as corrupt, bad or controlling.

This illusion of ego-based power is simply due to misdirected creativity—a false form the mind created as a result of our forgetting our original nature. It’s a form of self-protection that was born out of that forgetfulness. Although this kind of external power can appear quite real and convincing at times, the truth is, it’s not.

The exciting thing is, we are now collectively remembering the truth of who we really are, an awakening that is allowing us to full reclaim our innate power again.

This is one of the greatest reasons change is occurring so rapidly now.

Humanity is in the midst of a great awakening, a time when many will be ascending to the fifth dimension. We are rising out of the lower dimension of duality, judgment, and narrow-mindedness—moving from false illusions of outer power into the true power of our real inner nature—the power of love.

As this forecast comes to a close, I am so grateful for the opportunity to spend time with you this way every month.

Know that the Universe, millions of kindred of friends around the world, and I are all wrapping you in unconditional love, joy and support. We are all in this together.

Awakening 2.0

Hi My Friend,

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to connect with you in this way.

The energies of the last few weeks have launched us into greater personal and global transformation. Just as many of us were graduating from timelines we’d outgrown, without even skipping a beat, we were launched into new ones, at full speed ahead.

Adjusting to the New Timelines

At first, many of these new timelines may make us feel as if we’ve taken steps backwards on our journey into greater personal expansion.

This can feel disheartening, especially if you’ve been putting a great deal of time, energy and dedication into creating your highest vision for your life.

This “going backwards” feeling can show up in several ways. It can bring the stirring up of old, unresolved emotions that still need to be addressed and healed. It can also show up as feeling stuck, as if situations in your life are at a standstill.

If like many other people, you have experienced any of these feelings in the past few weeks, know that it’s just part of your integration process with the new timelines you’ve entered.

Often when these kinds of experiences show up, it’s actually a confirmation that great expansion is occurring. They allow us the chance to take a closer look at our inner lives, and to make the appropriate adjustments to aligning with the kind of reality we’d like more of.

The Next Awakening Waves of Change

Have you noticed the amplification of unusual weather patterns and seismic activity lately? How about the global unrest?

At first glance, these situations can generate trepidation, especially for those still living in a paradigm of fear. However, those who consciously make a choice to live and operate from their hearts can clearly see the powerful undercurrents taking place.

So what is really happening?

For a very long time now, the foundations of our global society have predominantly been operating on patriarchal principles. If allowed to continue, these principles, combined with the mind’s forgetting the Soul’s true Divine nature, abilities and purpose, would have eventually created a world entirely motivated by control, separation and fear.

Instead, the patriarchal system we’ve lived under for so long is crumbling. We can see this clearly happening all around the world. All systems and ideologies operating in a covert and selfish way, without integrity, will no longer be able to continue operating.

The reports coming from these systems may try to convince us that things are only getting worse, with the political unrest and climate changes taking place.

But this could not be further from the truth of what’s really happening.

The changes taking place are actually confirmations that the collective consciousness and our Earth herself are awakening to higher states of consciousness. These changes are a result of the cleansing effect that is supporting our move out of the old paradigm and into the new one.

The new awakening waves of change are actually sacred activations that our Souls called forth long before we even entered this paradigm.  These sacred activations are quickly moving us to live, operate and breathe from the heart. These energies are asking us to think less and feel more.

They are magnifying our ability to love more. They are also guiding us to embrace, honor, listen to, and connect with our intuition.

Our intuition is the way in which our Spirit communicates with us. When we are following our intuition, we move back into being the powerful Creators we have always been, back to a place where nothing can ever hurt or harm us in any way.

Intuition is not to be mistaken with Instinct. Instinct, though beneficial at times, is more about survival. If we always choose to operate from survival mode (motivated fear), then the mind begins to believe it is disconnected from the Spirit.

Being in survival mode at all times also puts a great deal of stress on our emotional and physical bodies, which leads to an imbalance in our state of well-being.

That’s why things like meditation, mindful breathing, exercising our creativity, prayer, showing gratitude, and taking time to rest are some of the most important things we can practice at this time, because they strengthen the mind’s connection with our Spirit.

Once this connection is strengthened, we start to allow our intuition to guide us on our life’s path.

Enlightenment

As we develop a stronger connection to our intuition, a path to enlightenment can unfold. Many of the great sages that came before us knew that enlightenment was not about heading toward a specific destination, and that it had absolutely nothing to do with organized religion or striving for perfection in any way.

Experiencing true enlightenment is actually much easier than we ever thought. The answer can actually be found in the word itself.

En·light·en·ment simply means to “lighten up” and to not take ourselves and life so seriously. It sounds easy, right?

Well, when a society has placed a great deal of effort on developing and praising intellect, and little towards developing intuition, it can be challenging to change deep-seated patterns.

That’s when we realize it’s necessary to “unlearn” the patterns of needing to analyze and complicate everything. This is where many of the spiritual practices like meditation come in, helping us quiet the mind.

Once we have learned to unlearn the patterns of trying to figure everything out, the sweetness and joy of life return to us.

And it’s in this simplicity where the greatest enlightenment can be experienced.

How have you been since we last connected, at the beginning of last month?

In April’s Forecast, I shared that there would be several celestial alignments that would inspire rapid changes to occur in our consciousness, and that a big part of this change would include a profound purification of our mind, body and emotions.

The Solar Eclipse at the end of April was the exclamation point that closed the doorway to what was probably one of the most intense yet transformative times in the last 10 years.

If you glided through the past month completely unaffected by the intense energies, then you’ve probably reached a point of great balance within yourself.

However, if you struggled with those profound shifts, know that you are not alone, and that you are exactly where you are meant to be on your path.

For many, the experiences of the last month have left them asking, “Did that really happen?”

“A brief point of global stillness occurred in the days that followed the March 20 equinox, which gave us the opportunity to breathe and recharge, in preparation for the hyper-energetic activity the month of April is bringing our way.

The exciting celestial developments during the month of April will create a perfect environment for quantum spiritual expansion to manifest —in our individual lives, and in the collective consciousness.

Some of these celestial occurrences include the lunar eclipse on April 14 and the solar eclipse on April 28. These two alignments alone are motivating rapid change to occur in our consciousness.
A big component of this change will be a profound purification of our mind, body and emotions. This purification will most definitely leave us feeling quite different at the end of the month from how we felt at the beginning of it.

During April, we will also be moving through another celestial alignment known as the Cardinal Grand Cross. This occurs when certain planets align to create a cross-like configuration that often inspires great change to occur.

At first, most of us felt disappointment that nothing magnificent occurred as we had anticipated.  But then, we began to notice subtle changes that have slowly grown in magnitude.

Across our planet we are beholding changes that indicate beyond a doubt that people are waking up to what they truly want life to be.  One of the most dramatic is the replacement of war and punishment with “No, we want to love each other … we want peace … we want to be happy!

Contrary to our original beliefs, December 2012 opened the door to a entire new world of possibilities.  It simply took some time to realize the door was open.  Now, people are walking thru that door and awakening to possibilities for their individual lives as well as for the entire planet!

The story of the song “Happy” is profound in its implications.  I found it most meaningful to listen to the song first, then read Emanuel’s article.

An Unexpected Revolution

It’s such a blessing for me to connect with you again in this way.

Over the past few months, a great shift has taken place that has set the tone for a powerful yet unexpected revolution to make its way into the mainstream.

In the summer of 2013, a fun animated movie titled Despicable Me 2 premiered, and instantly became a hit with children of all ages around the world. But like the lifespan of most movies, it quickly came and went.

While the movie was in theaters, there was no real attention given to its soundtrack, which included a song that was little-known at the time, called “Happy” by Pharrell Williams.

Feeling the Momentum February 2014

 Feeling the Momentum

There’s a momentum building now that is feeling quite palpable to many people around the world. Momentum builds when change is about to happen.

If you’ve been feeling more anxious, scattered or emotionally charged than usual, know that it’s part of this wave of momentum.

A New State of Balance

The past 11-year cycle has been quite a roller coaster ride, filled with extremes of both highs and lows.

As we enter the next era of our personal and collective journey, we will have the opportunity to experience a more balanced existence. This kind of balanced existence will no longer need to be achieved through extreme measures, but rather through a more gentle, peaceful and refined way.

Humans have undergone millennia of conditioning, on both conscious and subconscious levels. During that time, we internalized the collective belief that in order to expand, grow, evolve, achieve balance and learn, some kind of extreme feeling or event had to be involved.

These extremes served as types of initiations for the mind, so that it could feel more accomplished and satisfied after overcoming them. It was simply learned behavior that the need for these extremes were passed down from one generation to the next.

As we move into higher consciousness however, we no longer have to create difficult initiations for ourselves in order to expand, grow and achieve a balanced state of being.

We’ve entered a new age where everything we’ve ever envisioned for ourselves and the world can unfold with ease.

Helping the Mind to Accept Peace and Ease

The mind may immediately go into resistance mode when it reads a statement like the above. However, that’s only because the mind has become accustomed to a certain way of experiencing itself in this reality.

We truly can create a more peaceful and desirable reality for ourselves and the world. The key to helping the mind be on board with that is to simply let it know that it’s not going to lose anything by aligning with a new shift in perspective—that it will gain and have so much more as a result of it.

The mind loves to use the patterns of doubt, worry and fear as forms of self-protection. So whenever a new perspective is presented to the mind, it has the tendency to go into protection mode.

Being gentle on the mind, and thanking it for trying to protect us, is a wonderful thing we can do to help it make this transition. This will dissolve the resistance we feel towards its reactions. It can then begin doing the same and releasing resistance towards us.

Once this kind of ‘friendship’ is achieved with the mind, the mind will slowly begin to get on board with ideas, insights and beliefs that it may have been wary of before.

The mind can then move into knowing that we truly can experience fulfillment of our greatest desires, without having to create hardship for ourselves first.

A Fresh Start

As we enter the next chapter of our lives, we have the opportunity to fine-tune our intentions and choices so that they align more with what we want to create.

It’s a time to start fresh, and to release the extra cargo we’ve been carrying around with us all these years.

There’s a lot of magic and energy in the air right now, so let’s make sure we are saying “YES” to the opportunities being presented to us as a result of this magic.

These opportunities can reveal themselves in areas of relationships, creative and business ventures, wellness, spiritual expansion and support. The way to know if an opportunity is in alignment with our vision is to simply check in with ourselves to see if it feels expansive and exciting.

Because 2014 is an action year, it will give us the opportunity to make great strides in our personal, professional and collective lives. Also, because it is a high energy year, it’s important to pace and ground ourselves often.

As mentioned earlier in the forecast, because there’s a momentum or movement happening this year, many people may internalize these new energies as anxiety. Grounding and living our lives one day at time will really support us.

Tapping into Higher Truth

Another aspect of the fresh start we get to experience is that there’s a great deal of ‘truth’ coming out in the open. We may learn many new things about people, places and things in our experience that we may not have been aware of before now.

Some of these truths may be eye-openers, while others may be wonderful confirmations.

Whatever truths reveal themselves, they will provide us with the feedback necessary to connect us with the people, places and experiences that align more with where the next part of our journey is heading.

An Epic Love Activation

Although the Olympics originally began with the purpose of promoting competition and excellence in certain areas of sport, they now give us the opportunity to put our differences aside and stand next to each other as One family.

The Olympic Games are unique in that even when there’s a great deal of political rhetoric surrounding them, they can still activate and awaken the heart of the world. The greatest time for this occur is usually during the opening ceremony, when billions of people around the world watch with joy as those representing their country walk in the parade of nations.

A powerful process we can do during the opening ceremony is to send unconditional love, compassion and gratitude to every person attending the Olympics, and to every human being around the world who is also watching at that exact same time.

In doing this process, we instantly create a unity grid that connects us all and gives us the opportunity to co-create a new era of peace. Yes, we are THAT powerful, and we can use this opportunity to create a quantum leap in consciousness.
