***Second: This covert action has denied the right to a government of the people, by the people, and for the people to Americans. Few “sleepy Americans” realize this fact!

        

Third: As we have recently seen in Ukraine, the unconstitutional Corporation of the USA regularly interferes in the affairs of another nation in accordance with its own interests, not the interests of the people of that nation. Heretofore, it has been the way wars are instigated.

Fourth: The unconstitutional Corporation of the USA lies to Americans, and to the world, telling them that it interferes in the internal affairs of other nations in the interest of human rights and democracy.

Fifth: Rather than learning to think independently and realize that human rights and democracy cannot be forced on another country, Americans have tended to allow themselves to be manipulated into believing the propaganda to the point of willingly going to war for my country.

Sixth: Americans are taught to pledge allegiance to the United States of America and the republic for which it stands, not to a democracy.

Seventh: The Red Flag in this propaganda is the word democracy.

What is the difference between a democracy and a republic? Definitions were copied from Training Manual No. 2000-25 that was published by the then War Department, Washington, D.C., November 30, 1928.

                Democracy: “A government of the masses. Authority derived through mass meeting or any other form of “direct” expression. Results in mobocracy. Attitude toward property is communistic—negating property rights. Attitude toward law is that the will of the majority shall regulate, whether it be based upon deliberation or governed by passion, prejudice, and impulse, without restraint or regard to consequences. Results in demogogism, license, agitation, discontent, anarchy.”

               Republic: “Authority is derived through the election by the people of public officials best fitted to represent them. Attitude toward law is the administration of justice in accord with fixed principles and established evidence, with a strict regard to consequences [i.e. Common Law]. A greater number of citizens and extent of territory may be brought within its compass. Avoids the dangerous extreme of either tyranny or mobocracy. Results in statesmanship, liberty, reason, justice, contentment, and progress. Is the “standard form” of government throughout the world. A republic is a form of government under a constitution which provides for the election of (1) an executive and (2) a legislative body, who working together in a representative capacity, have all the power of appointment, all power of legislation, all power to raise revenue and appropriate expenditures, and are required to create (3) a judiciary to pass upon the justice and legality of their government acts and to recognize (4) certain inherent individual rights.

Take away any one or more of those four elements and you are drifting into autocracy. Add one or more to those four elements and you are drifting into democracy.

Eighth: “A Democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of Government. It can only exist until the voters discover they can vote themselves largess out of the public treasury. From that moment on the majority always votes for the candidate promising the most benefits from the public treasury with the result that Democracy always collapses over a loose fiscal policy, always to be followed by a Dictatorship.(Written by Professor Alexander Fraser Tytler, nearly two centuries ago while our thirteen original states were still colonies of Great Britain. At the time he was writing of the decline and fall of the Athenian Republic over two thousand years before.” [Interference in the internal affairs of another nation, for the sake of democracy, is a convert direct step toward allowing a New World Order Puppet Dictator to be installed.]

Ninth: Remember President Bush stating America is a “democratic republic”? Americans accepted the term without question, not knowing they were being manipulated. That’s why the dumbing down of Americans has been so effective—most can be told anything by “an authority or TV news” and they will believe it to the point of going to war. That’s why we are called sheeple!

Scott Mowry’s July 24, 2013 excellent summary of all that has/is happening behind the scenes in our world reminded me that Americans have a huge role to play in the unfolding of the Divine Plan for Planet Earth (Gaia). Our Divine Destiny is that we demonstrate to the world how to live in a nation where freedom and equal treatment of all persons can thrive.

We are about to discover just how many lies and unthinkable plots have been perpetrated against us. These revelations will follow the official announcement of the new Basel III worldwide economy, which—along with the prosperity packages—will bring prosperity to everyone. This new economy will free all of us from the enslavement of having to work for survival. This freedom from economic constraints is essential because we have much work to be done in learning how to be responsible citizens of an American Constitutional Republic as opposed to the mess in which we have become entangled as a result of thinking of America as a Democracy.

We have much to learn in the coming weeks.

Americans Have Lost Their Way

Americans talk a lot about democracy. We call ourselves citizens of a democratic form of government; we say we are spreading democracy around the world. But, what does democracy mean?

Webster’s Law Dictionary, 1996 defines democracy as “government by the people, especially rule of the majority …. Supreme power is vested in the people and exercised by them directly or indirectly through a system of representatives usually involving periodically held free elections.”

Three factors stand out in this definition of democracy. First and foremost, the absence of any mention of the law. Second, the rule of majority stands without limitations, thereby opening the door to rule by the mob or by an emotion like fear. Third, free elections are usually held. As part of a legal definition, the presence of the word “usually” is significant. “Usually” leaves room for no free elections.

In contrast to a democracy, Webster’s Law Dictionary, 1996 defines a republic as a “government having a chief of state who is not a monarch and in modern times is usually a president …. Power resides in a body of citizens entitled to vote and is exercised by elected officers and representatives responsible to them and governing according to law.”

A republic is government based on law. The head of state is not to be a monarch. Power resides with those citizens who are qualified to vote and the duly elected representatives are to be held responsible for their actions by those citizens. By inference, the definition of a republic requires continual involvement of those citizens qualified to vote. How else can the representatives be held accountable?

The founding Fathers of America created a republic based on the principles set forth in the Declaration of Independence: “We hold these Truths to be self-evident, that all Men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.” Our founding documents—Federal Constitution and Bill of Rights—reveal the laws by which our inalienable rights are to be guaranteed. (Black’s Law Dictionary defines inalienable rights as those rights that “cannot be transferred or surrendered,” our inherent rights.)

Article I, Section 1 of the 1971 Constitution of Virginia reiterates these inalienable rights. “That all men are by nature equally free and independent and have certain inherent rights, of which, when they enter into a state of society, they cannot, by any compact, deprive or divest their posterity; namely the enjoyment of life and liberty, with the means of acquiring and possessing property, and pursuing and obtaining happiness and safety.”

By concentrating on democracy, Americans have lost their way.

Wake up, Americans! We have allowed our nation’s constitution to be trampled into the ground … we have allowed monarchical rule … we have allowed our inalienable rights to be taken from us … we have allowed our governing bodies to fool us into thinking our nation—United States of America—was created to be a democracy … we have allowed corruption to infiltrate and render rotten every part of our society. Our nation is crumbling and Americans have allowed it.

Wake up, Americans! We have lost our way!
