Our sacred secret allies, with the assistance of your Ascended Masters, have put into position a new financial system and begun to instruct various key individuals in the distribution of the hard-backed currencies associated with this new banking system. Meanwhile, those who are to take up positions to replace old-order officials in the present de facto regimes are preparing the announcements which will transform your world ‘in the twinkling of an eye.’ Further, the Light-oriented military and militia groups are poised to complete a legal putsch that will put a series of new, de jure governments into power. Once done, the announcements will be broadcast and the six major components of NESARA will become the law of the land. Initially these acts will: restore the Constitution; ensure the establishment of common law; and institute the use of a set of new hard-backed currencies worldwide. These will be the monies activating the new banking system and establishing global prosperity.

Banks will be rechartered and corporations dissolved and replaced with socially responsible partnerships. Large banks and corporations are to be broken up. New documents detailing the legal requirement for full transparency between these various institutions and the public will be stressed. The people will be asked to inform themselves and become a vital part of this process. These new partnerships will be adjured to recognize the need to help Gaia and work toward redressing the many problems created by decades of global carelessness. These bodies will be publicly regulated and must interact with their now-prosperous communities to bring an end to industrial pollution and energetically promote the age of clean energy, which uses zero-point and light-beam technologies. We intend to assist you by giving you technology which takes your interactive capabilities to a new level and which permits your communities to move away from corporate agriculture and any other ‘traditional’ industries that can harm Gaia and her diverse and fragile ecosystems.

Your first priority is to enrich your community life and demonstrate your Love for your home world. We of the Galactic Federation acknowledge both the Spirit and the material aspects of our living land. Each aspect, whether ocean, sky, or landmass, is most precious to us. Your fully conscious ancestors exercised this Love every day and even the so-called primitives of your world hold her essences sacred. This viewpoint is to become yours. Your sciences have only just begun to grasp the truth of this central tenet of creation, and even ecology and related biological sciences barely acknowledge such a basic outlook. This unity is the great predicating factor in the Creator’s manifested physicality. This sacred design is seen interlaced throughout all Creation. Wherever we go, we see this constitutional unity demonstrated. It is seen in the way the solar system operates; in the way each part of life is dependent on another. It is seen in the way Heaven so graciously interacts with physicality. Everywhere, this all-enveloping rhythm can be observed. It is a source of unending joy to us and we know you deeply sense the truth of what we say. You are increasingly discovering that many of the sacred truths contained in your philosophies need to be recognized. You are also beginning to see that dogma is used to shield other truths from your awareness. You are searching for what is real and for what resonates deep within you. This search involves a growing cognizance of the quintessence that ‘makes it all tick,’ and above all, you know that something very new is required. This is why we have come, knowing that you need answers to these queries. Our role is to provide them, by using our abilities to move you, with Heaven’s assistance, into full consciousness.

Namaste! We are your Ascended Masters! We come now to act as sacred mentors to all humanity. We come to manifest, in sacred time, a new reality filled with many wonders. Long ago, each of us began a grand quest to fully realize our potential and, with the immense blessing of the Creator, to rediscover our path to full consciousness. This journey was long and arduous and filled with generations of misdirection; then finally, a grand moment of utter glory! In discovering who we are, we learn about what has been taken from us. Full consciousness is a monumental blessing! It enables you to experience and express every sacred emotion, and to explore fully every action in physicality. This is why this metamorphosis requires a qualified mentor as well as specific technologies. Heaven knows this, and has sent us those who possess these most magnificent qualities. A divine time schedule exists, and you as a people are very shortly to become not only capable of welcoming your many families to this world but also, joyously, to become one of them!

We are honored to be designated to guide you through these wonderlands and intend to start our formal mentoring once your unlawful governance is replaced. In the new, more spiritual environment, disclosure can take place and we can appear before you. You will be reintroduced to many sacred truths as they form part of your divine path to enlightenment. Ascension, or ‘donning the cape of full consciousness,’ requires carefully choreographed instruction. You will learn to become the dance that is the magnificent realms of Creation. This is something we are familiar with and can easily teach you. Humanity’s progress towards awakening is most definitely picking up speed as the end of 2012 draws near.  The influence of God’s divine field of Love enveloping the planet continues to intensify as more and more of you make the intent to be only loving, whatever the circumstances in which you find yourselves. You really can have no idea how powerful that intention is when held by so many of you, even though as a percentage of the planet’s population it would appear that you are not so many and it could therefore be expected to have very little effect.  But, Love has enormous leverage!  And It is That with which you are engaging so enthusiastically and determinedly.

Love is invincible; you know that; and now the truth of it is becoming quite apparent to those who wish to know it.  Soon it will be impossible not to be aware of the almighty power that Love holds and directs, as sweeping changes due to Its influence come into effect all across the world.  But, with your free will, to be blind to this is obviously an option for those who do not wish or refuse to accept the self-evident.  That will be an unfortunate choice for those who make it, because the joy and celebrations that are about to unfold will perfectly heal even the most serious wounds and illnesses, physical and psychological, that plague humanity.

You have been on a roller-coaster ride – long, slow, painful climbs to heights from which glimpses of a marvelous future could be briefly viewed, followed by a very rapid descent back into the grime of the illusory world.  The end of this ride, however, is at the top, not at the bottom, and you are on the last stages of the final ascent.  From there you will enter into the new age which has been prophesied, foretold, and promised since the moment of apparent separation from your Father and from Reality.

Your high hopes and expectations are completely justified as you move through the final stages of your journey home.  There is no reason to hold on to any doubts about the outcome that awaits you because the divine plan to bring you home to Reality, which has been in progress for eons of Earth time, is willed by your Father, and what He wills is always achieved.  Instead, hold on to and allow yourselves to meld with the field of Love that surrounds you.  When you meld with it you will no longer need to hold on because you will have made the decision to be an eternal and inseparable part of it, freed from the suffering and worries of the illusion and, therefore, constantly held in its loving embrace.  In that state you share the love within you with all with whom you interact, inspiring and uplifting them so that they too may meld and integrate with that compassionate, accepting, forgiving, and ever-loving field, which is sweeping you along with it towards your heavenly honors and rewards.

The shift in energy taking place all over the planet is truly quite astounding when you compare the present energy state with what has been typical over the last few decades.  Basically, in the last three or four years many people have grown to realize the sad fact that inflexibility is not a sign of strength but of incompetence or unwillingness in dealing with complex issues that need resolution.  It is now generally understood – but frequently not by elected officials or those in positions of authority – that open discussion by all parties with freedom of access to all the pertinent facts and information is the only way to achieve lasting resolution.  Limiting the negotiations in a way that avoids dealing with the issues that divide the participants has proved ineffective, in fact quite useless.

The divine energy field that envelops you all, and that is affecting your individual energy fields, is leading to a softening of attitudes that is enabling respect for one another and a desire to find solutions that honor all involved to be suggested and discussed.  This inspires trust and honors the integrity of the negotiators so that cooperative sharing of views can replace damaging strategies that previously divided you into winners and losers, where, in truth, no one really won.

This remarkable change in your ability to perceive divisive issues in a clearer light is largely due to your collective choice to find a new way to relate to one another at all levels of society.  And that choice is achieving a momentum that is unstoppable.  Dishonesty, corruption, and dissemblance in discussions, negotiations, and relationships have now become generally unacceptable, and will soon no longer be used to distort arguments and conversations for the benefit of one and the disadvantage of another.  The new age will be an age of honesty and openness never before seen on Earth, and it will dissolve the last remnants of the fear and anxiety that has been an almost constant cause of distress in your lives.

As you know, you were created perfect by your Father, and when you awaken back into that state – experiencing the beauty and wonder of Reality – love, honesty, integrity, harmony, and cooperation will once more be the standards by which you all live.  There will be no need and no desire for the self-serving individual agendas by which so many have become ensnared; because – all being one and fully conscious of that truth – your desire, your intent, and your will are for the happiness and joy of all; because in Reality there are and could be no other motives, thus ensuring that there are only winners.  But of course in Reality that word has no meaning — all experience only undiminished exhilaration and jubilance!

You will know that for a long time we have been working on various issues that have held up progress. Perhaps even we have underestimated how difficult some have been, but we now see that our allies are on the verge of making a sudden breakthrough. We will refrain from being too precise but this time events will be too big to hide away, and the media will be unable to continue ignoring them.

The developments in the financial sector will show that whatever they do now, they cannot return to the old ways and will have to accept vast changes. We are at a point when the only answers are for the big Banks to accept the new set up that is ready to be installed. There is nowhere to go that will allow them to resurrect the old system, and it will soon become defunct. That will effectively give our allies the green light to go ahead and introduce the new one.

There are other matters rapidly coming to a head and to enable governmental changes, we are pressing our allies for once and for all time to remove those who do not serve you. That is going forward at a faster pace, and you may get advance information from other sources than our own. However, no matter how it emerges it will be good news that will show you that much has been happening of which you have been unaware. Our wish is to see all activity brought into public view, so that in future you know exactly where you stand.

For too long we have had to keep details under wraps, and even now we are still careful as to what we reveal. It is a matter of keeping our plans to ourselves as far as possible, and stopping interference with them from those still loyal to the Illuminati. Some are of course bound to them through bribery or blackmail, and still fearful of the consequences of disobeying them. We have however invited them to join us and grant asylum so that they are not in danger. That does not mean that they get away with their crimes, but that is not a matter that we will deal with and is best left to the higher forces. Since justice is always seen to be done, there is no point in wasting your energy by being concerned about the outcome.

You are entitled to know who and what was behind the heinous crimes against humanity. In the knowing there are also lessons for you, otherwise you will find it hard to accept that as a collective you allowed them to occur. In many instances you have effectively given your approval by not preventing them. However, the dark Ones are very manipulative and deceitful as otherwise they would not be able to carry out or get away with their crime. It has also required extensive collusion with those who have carried out their bidding. Duality has certainly taught you many severe lessons, but also many beautiful ones as it has by no means been one sided. Now that period is coming to a close you can return to your true reality.

As the truth is revealed it will also bring people together as far as their understanding of what God is, or is not. The truth will no longer be able to stand side by side with that which is false, and you will find that many teachers have had their words changed to suit the ambitions of those who desired to control you. Indeed, they have also made additions to support their own interpretations. No one teaching is really better than another, although some have a more accurate explanation for God. He/She is not in the image of Man, or an individual as you would understand it. God is the very essence, the energy that everything has its existence within. God is Love and all powerful and is the Father/Mother of all life. We acknowledge the Source and give due gratitude for all that we have, the most precious being life itself.  [Bold font by Nancy]

Where you have as you might say, gone astray do not worry about the consequences. Duality is for experiencing and spiritual growth, and having lost touch with God you have gone your own way and relied on your conscience to guide you. Unfortunately Man has always had a herd instinct and has usually followed the leader, and been led far from the Light and Truth. Now you have risen up again and thrown off the shackles of the dark Ones, and are returning to the Light. That has attracted the attention of those who guide you as you are now responsive to their presence and “hear” their advice and respond to their promptings. If you have not been aware of it, try sitting quietly and relaxing, and you will most likely start a conversation with your Guides or Higher Self.

For those who are still preparing for Ascension the advice is to hold your energy close to you, and not give it away to situations that have been emotionally stirred up by the actions of the dark Ones. It is too easy to become angry at their actions, and if you have reached a level of control you can avoid it, and you will be all the better for it. Keep calm as you will have plenty to be happy and joyous about as the future is revealed to you. Let go of the old ways and live as you envisage life will be after Ascension. It will be some of the happiest times you have ever experienced, and this period and those before it will seem just as a bad dream. Get ready for sudden changes that are about to enter your lives and will confirm that you are moving out of the legacy of duality, and from the Illuminati who have exploited it for their own ends.

Many times you have asked why we do not simply take over matters, but we have to say that it is impossible unless we are given divine authority. We have often mentioned that we are careful not to interfere, and that is because duality is an experiment. The aim was to find out what you would do if you were separated from God, and each and every one of you volunteered to take part. The reward for you was the experience that you would gain, that would speed up your evolution beyond anything in the normal way. That meant you had to be responsible for your actions, so it would have been taking it away from you if we did intervene. We have to tell you that our authority has now been extended to allow us to take some situations into our own hands.

1892 – Bankers adopted their Bankers’ Manifesto of 1892 in which it was declared:  “We [the bankers] must proceed with caution and guard every move made, for the lower order of people are already showing signs of restless commotion. Prudence will therefore show a policy of apparently yielding to the popular will until our plans are so far consummated that we can declare our designs without fear of any organized resistance. The Farmers Alliance and Knights of Labor organizations in the United States should be carefully watched by our trusted men, and we must take immediate steps to control these organizations in our interest or disrupt them….

       The courts must be called to our aid, debts must be collected, bonds and mortgages foreclosed as rapidly as possible.

       When through the process of the law, the common people have lost their homes, they will be more tractable and easily governed through the influence of the strong arm of the government applied to a central power of imperial wealth under the control of the leading financiers. People without homes will not quarrel with their leaders.”

1907-1917 – In order to warn Americans, the1892 Bankers’ Manifesto was revealed by US Congressman Charles A. Lindbergh, Sr. from Minnesota before the US Congress sometime during his term of office between the years of 1907 and 1917.

1910 – John E. DiNardo, professor of public policy and economics at the University of Michigan, writes in his article “The Federal Reserve Act”:  “On the night of November 22, 1910, a small group of surrogates of the most powerful bankers of the World met … under the veil of utmost secrecy.

Over the next few weeks these men would perpetrate, under the orders of their masters, … perhaps the most colossal and devastating fraud ever inflicted upon the American People.

This ultra-secret fraud is known as the Federal Reserve Act of 1913….  The Federal Reserve Act of 1913 concocted legislation, to be foisted upon the People’s Congress of the United States, that empowered and commissioned this secret cabal of World-dominant bankers to PRINT UNITED STATES CURRENCY, a usurpation of our Constitution’s explicit edict empowering ONLY THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT to print and coin currency. This world banking empire used their stolen power to print, out of thin air, paper currency which, in no way represents the gold and silver reserves that authentic currency is supposed to represent.”

1933 – 1934 – Prior to 1933, Federal Reserve Notes were backed by gold.  This changed with the new law:  Congressional Record, March 9, 1933 on HR 1491 p. 83. “Under the new law the money is issued to the banks in return for government obligations, bills of exchange, drafts, notes, trade acceptances, and bankers acceptances. The money will be worth 100 cents on the dollar, because it is backed by the credit of the nation. It will represent a mortgage on all the homes, and other property of all the people of the nation.”

The Bankers’ Manifesto ties in with the U.S. Senate Document No. 43, 73^rd Congress, 1^st Session (1934), which states: “The ultimate ownership of all property is in the State; individual so-called ‘ownership’ is only by virtue of Government, i.e., law, amounting to mere ‘user’ and use must be in acceptance with law and subordinate to the necessities of the State.”

An Open Letter to President Barack Obama in Reply to Your Disclosure Petition Response

Dear Mr. President,

It’s with a sense of disappointment that I reply to your response to our petition asking you to disclose the presence of extraterrestrials on and around our planet. (1) I reply as one of the organizations (The 2012 Scenario) that promoted this petition even though I, as a Canadian, did not sign it.

I state from the outset that I am friendly to your presidency and have been your supporter since the beginning of your campaign and remain so, as a cursory examination of my Internet site will show. (2) I urge you to hear these comments therefore as coming from a friendly source, and not from someone who wishes you ill.

I’m aware of the situation you face as President. For instance, I’m aware of the tsunami of partisan and unjustified criticism that your opponents have leveled against you since the day of your election, criticism that has unjustifiably lost you a great number of friends.

As one example of it, while you established to my satisfaction your own birth in the United States, your opponent in the last election, John McCain, was born in Panama and a previous President, George H.W. Bush, appears most likely to have been born in Germany. But nothing is made of these facts and allegations although they’ve been repeatedly made publicly. This is just one indication from many that the flood of propaganda against you is simply designed to cripple your Presidency. (3)

I’m also aware of the threat of assassination from such quarters as the CIA “black operations” unit or certain units of the U.S. Armed forces that has hung over those who publicly acknowledged the ET/UFO presence. (4)

I’d remind you that we in the Disclosure community who press for acknowledgement of the friendly ET presence have in the past willingly faced that threat of assassination as well as the risk of government harassment and loss of employability. But we continue to speak out because we know that disclosing the presence of peaceful extraterrestrial civilizations is of such importance to humanity that the risk to us is acceptable. We look to you to show the same courage and willingness to bear risk.

I’d remind you as well that your government routinely asks the men and women of America to face death in Iraq, Afghanistan and other theaters of war. The failure of members of your Administration to face that risk as well would seem to me to be a contradiction.

To say that I understand the reasons for your lack of transparency is not to say that I support them. I’m saddened that an opportunity such as this has been missed to reveal to the world that friendly extraterrestrials exist and are visiting the Earth for peaceful reasons at the present time. I’m especially saddened because you yourself initiated the device of petitions to the White House and yet your response seems to belie a lack of serious intent in addressing the issues therein raised.

I’m disappointed because we believe, on reasonable grounds, that Presidents like Dwight D. Eisenhower met with extraterrestrials (5) and that the Government of the United States has made treaties with them as well. (6)

I’m disappointed because the evidence of a UFO cover-up has been presented so broadly that I’d think it impossible for the United States Government to prolong its policy of denial and cover-up without losing all public credibility. (7) I think it not far-fetched to assert that an entire generation knows the details of your cover-up. Those of us who know the truth will no longer be silent or support your silence.

I’m disappointed as well because we’re reasonably convinced that the United States operates a secret space fleet called “Solar Warden,” (8) routinely flies spacecraft to Mars and back (the TR3-B Aurora), (9) has bases on Mars and the Moon as well, and regularly meets with extraterrestrials there. We know as well the existence of jump rooms to Mars, (10) of teleportation devices to terrestrial bases, (11) and of time travel. (12)

I’m disappointed also because it’s a matter of public knowledge that your armed forces and contractors have back-engineered materials like Kevlar and Teflon and devices like the silicon chip, laser, fiber-optics, anti-gravity technology, and stealth technology from downed spacecraft such as that which crashed at Roswell. (13)

The response of your science adviser to our petition seems to reflect a desire by your administration to continue the deception of the public. We’d like to point out that the response of the public generally, through mass demonstrations like the Occupy Together movement, signals a rejection of such a policy of opaqueness and deception. We’d also like to remind you that you yourself rejected such a policy upon running for and assuming your office.

Let me review some of the evidence that reveals the truth of the situation, the extent of public knowledge of the ET/UFO presence, and the friendly actions of the ETs to encourage us to disclose without forcing the situation.

Increasing numbers of former government employees are breaking the enforced policy of silence on the matter of ETs and UFOs. The Disclosure Project and the Hastings Panel (14) are comprised of military officers, former government personnel, and contractors who know that UFOs exist and who, sometimes at the risk of their careers and sometimes at the risk of their lives, come forward to confront the Government’s policy of denial.

Routinely, hundreds of videos of UFOs appear on YouTube. So as not to frighten us, the peace-loving extraterrestrials, most of whom are human in appearance and are in fact our forebears, usually maintain a respectful distance from us.

But they’ve appeared in fleets, distantly seen, above such cities as New York, London, Seoul, Mexico City, Lima, and elsewhere. (15) They’ve appeared in dramatic circumstances such as the sighting above the Dome on the Rock. (16) They’ve appeared around catastrophes like the Japanese earthquake and tsunami, the Icelandic volcanic eruption, etc. There are even photographs circulating of them appearing at your political rallies. (See the photo at the top of this story.)

Routinely as well, representatives of galactic civilizations issue messages to terrestrials and have been doing so since a British TV station was interrupted on Nov. 26, 1977 to carry a message from the Galactic Federation. (17)

While SETI (Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence) trains its linked arrays of radiotelescopes on outer space listening for clicks and beeps, the rest of us regularly read extraterrestrial messages from representatives of the Galactic Federation, which is currently around the planet in millions of cloaked space vehicles. (18) They won’t interfere with us until invited. Unlike us they respect the universal laws, including the Law of Freewill. (That having been said, they are here on a mission and will decloak at some point if no response is forthcoming from us.)

To us, it seems more than anachronistic that all contemporary scientists deny the existence of intergalactic life and claim to have no knowledge of its nature. We’d be happy to enlighten them on those matters if they’d ask us. Our knowledge of galactic culture and technology is growing by leaps and bounds which all will enjoy once the ET presence is disclosed and their ships can land among us. There is nothing to fear from their presence and much to be gained by everyone on Earth.

That the extraterrestrial fleet here to assist us at this time is friendly has been shown by their actions: they’ve prevented nuclear bombs from being exploded on this planet; they’ve prevented wars from breaking out such as American and Israeli attempts to start a war with Iran; they’ve neutralized the toxic components of nuclear bombs, depleted-uranium weapons, chemtrails, and pandemics (manufactured at Fort Detrick); they’ve prevented numerous wars and false-flag operations from being perpetrated; they’ve moderated the impact of storms, hurricanes, earthquakes, and volcanic eruptions which have been deliberately triggered by rogue military elements who themselves received the weather-warfare technology from equally-rogue extraterrestrial civilizations.

These rogue civilizations such as the little Greys and others have been responsible for the many abductions of the past fifty years, which could only have come about because of treaties with primarily the American government which allowed the acts to occur in return for ET technology. The benign fleet that surrounds the Earth at the present time has delivered this planet from the little Greys, who can no longer approach the Earth.

Had the Galactic Federation wished to do us harm, they could have done so at any time in the past several decades during which they’ve protected this planet against others who meant us harm, including many in our own governments.

You can see then that an entire generation is growing up that’s well aware of the UFO cover-up and gaining knowledge every day of all aspects of space civilizations and cultures. It’s impossible for you to pretend that extraterrestrials don’t exist and foolhardy of your government to try.

Your Administration missed this opportunity to abandon the cover-up by responding in an intelligent and wise manner to our petition. But we won’t let up in our attempts to convince you – that is, before the extraterrestrials themselves disclose their presence. Our position is simple: honesty is the best policy and the population at large no longer can be deceived in the same way it has up until now without the Government experiencing the consequences.
