The emergency G7 plus Russia (but not G8) meeting last week has left the corporate government of the United States isolated from Europe and on the brink of bankruptcy. This French Government video of US corporate lackey Barack Obama meeting Russian President Vladimir Putin clearly shows Obama asking for something and being denied.

It now clear to everybody who is paying attention that the United States is bankrupt and is being kept on life support by fraud (eg. tiny Belgium buying all those Treasuries) and by the ongoing rape of Japan. This situation is untenable and the formal declaration of the bankruptcy of the United States of America Corporation is coming soon, according to Japanese government sources.

Prime Minister Tony Abbott of Australia last week suddenly cancelled long planned meetings with US Treasury Secretary Jack Lew, IMF head Christine Lagarde and World Bank head Jim Yong Kim, even though Australia is scheduled to host the G20 summit in November. The declaration of bankruptcy of the US corporate government would also mark the end of a 2000 year project by the Roman Empire to create a worldwide fascist dictatorship or New World Order, multiple sources agree.

The ongoing mercenary attacks in the Ukraine and the recently manufactured China/Vietnam crisis are other snarls of this dying Nazi Zionist beast.

There is also obviously something very unusual going on with the IMF, with Director Christine Lagarde asking in public if she has to “get on her knees and beg.” Ostensibly, the begging is about mistaken IMF predictions for the UK economy but, the real reason is that the IMF is bankrupt, MI5 sources say.

That is also why Lagarde talked publicly last week about moving the IMF to China. The IMF may be shopping for a new sugar daddy but, China has better options than to finance an institution with as dismal a track record as that of the IMF.

Last week was also notable in that the hitherto secretive Bilderberg Group publicly came out and said they wanted to overthrow the current two party system of government in the United States.

William Van Duyn, a person who managed to stay under the radar until now, has now made public the opening speech he made at the recent Bilderberg meeting in Denmark.

In this speech, Van Duyn says it was his ancestors who “made sure the Eye is on the [U.S.] dollar bill.” This is the eye that has NOVUS ORDO SECLORUM or New World Order written under it. He also said “No president, no king, no dictator, nor prime minister dares to criticize my name nor the Bilderbergers, and they know they are the puppets of the powerful Illuminati working from behind the scenes.” This was followed later by “The subject of this Bilderberg meeting is the One World Government.”

Van Duyn concluded that from now on Bilderberg would rule in public and “control every movement within any government…create the rules…decide about nations policy.”

What he does not seem to realize is that secrecy was needed for them to rule and without it, they will lose power. Rule by murder, bribery and brainwashing needs secrecy or else it will invite rebellion.

The very fact they have gone public shows we are seeing the sort of rare information that only comes out at moments of regime change. For example, around the time of the fall of the Soviet Union, insiders revealed such things as the plans to turn the EU into the new Soviet Union, while ordinary Russians learned bad things they had never heard about their heroes Stalin, Lenin etc.

Another sign that it is not business as usual is that the European Central Bank has decided to start using negative interest rates. This means that if you keep money in the bank, it will start to vanish. The idea is to stimulate the economy by forcing people to spend their money instead of keeping in the bank. Also, to prevent people from just hoarding cash instead having their money in automatically shrinking accounts, the banks have begun to limit how much cash people can remove from their bank accounts. This unprecedented move is a public admission of economic desperation in the EU.

In the meantime, indications the Europeans are trying to overthrow the US Nazi regime have become visible on many levels. Most notably, the governments of Europe have now stopped using the US dollar to pay for their Russian or Middle Eastern gas and oil imports. If the largest economic bloc in the world is moving away from the petro-dollar, then the Federal Reserve Board petro-dollar is doomed.

It was also painfully obvious that nobody was going along anymore with Nazi/Zionist lies that Putin had invaded the Ukraine. Instead, the Germans and French have been working with the Russians to put down the Nazionist mercenary armies fighting in the Ukraine.

The Nazionist forces are not going down without a fight. They have compelled their Japanese slave colony to send troops into the Ukraine, according to Japanese Defense Ministry sources. There is also an article in the Japanese language version of the Russian Government Ria Novosti News Service confirming this claim.

The Japanese troops were sent there to put pressure on Russia to agree to a G7 plan for a new financial system, according to a Japan based CIA source.

The Russians are pushing instead to strengthen the BRICS mechanism and say technical preparation for a BRICS bank are well under way. The fact that Argentina is now talking about joining the BRICS alliance is very interesting because this is where Pope Francis hails from, meaning the Vatican could be switching to the BRICS side.

There is also a lot of unreported or under-reported activity going on in Africa. While the Zionist media has been pumping up a publicity campaign around supposed kidnapped schoolgirls in Nigeria, they have been censoring news of real massacres related to the illuminati plan to promote fights between Muslims and Christians in order to create a one world religion.

The planned visit by puppet Prime Minister Abe of Japan to North Korea will result in 34 “kidnap victims” (in reality mostly Japanese agents working for North Korea) to be returned in exchange for generous Japanese financial aid, according to a North Korean source. This is a preliminary to a campaign to turn North Korea into a friend instead of a boogey man for the Japanese, the sources agreed.

Another sign that some big event is expected in the Korean peninsula is the fact that North and South Korea are building a joint railroad network with Russia. This is a clear indication that all three countries expect the Korean peninsula to unify in the foreseeable future.

Construction of a tunnel linking South Korea to Japan has also already begun, according to Japanese government sources. This will mean it will be possible to take a train from Tokyo to London. In addition, goods can be shipped from Europe to Korea and Japan three times faster once the rail link is constructed, according to Russia Today.

Our sacred secret allies, with the assistance of your Ascended Masters, have put into position a new financial system and begun to instruct various key individuals in the distribution of the hard-backed currencies associated with this new banking system. Meanwhile, those who are to take up positions to replace old-order officials in the present de facto regimes are preparing the announcements which will transform your world ‘in the twinkling of an eye.’ Further, the Light-oriented military and militia groups are poised to complete a legal putsch that will put a series of new, de jure governments into power. Once done, the announcements will be broadcast and the six major components of NESARA will become the law of the land. Initially these acts will: restore the Constitution; ensure the establishment of common law; and institute the use of a set of new hard-backed currencies worldwide. IF YOU’VE ever suspected politics is increasingly being run in the interests of big business, I have news: Jeffrey Sachs, a highly respected economist from Columbia University, agrees with you – at least in respect of the United States.

In his book, The Price of Civilisation, he says the US economy is caught in a feedback loop. ”Corporate wealth translates into political power through campaign financing, corporate lobbying and the revolving door of jobs between government and industry; and political power translates into further wealth through tax cuts, deregulation and sweetheart contracts between government and industry. Wealth begets power, and power begets wealth,” he says.

Sachs says four key sectors of US business exemplify this feedback loop and the takeover of political power in America by the ”corporatocracy”.

First is the well-known military-industrial complex. ”As [President] Eisenhower famously warned in his farewell address in January 1961, the linkage of the military and private industry created a political power so pervasive that America has been condemned to militarisation, useless wars and fiscal waste on a scale of many tens of trillions of dollars since then,” he says.

Second is the Wall Street-Washington complex, which has steered the financial system towards control by a few politically powerful Wall Street firms, notably Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, Citigroup, Morgan Stanley and a handful of other financial firms.

These days, almost every US Treasury secretary – Republican or Democrat – comes from Wall Street and goes back there when his term ends. The close ties between Wall Street and Washington ”paved the way for the 2008 financial crisis and the mega-bailouts that followed, through reckless deregulation followed by an almost complete lack of oversight by government”.

Third is the Big Oil-transport-military complex, which has put the US on the trajectory of heavy oil-imports dependence and a deepening military trap in the Middle East, he says.

”Since the days of John D. Rockefeller and the Standard Oil Trust a century ago, Big Oil has loomed large in American politics and foreign policy. Big Oil teamed up with the automobile industry to steer America away from mass transit and towards gas-guzzling vehicles driving on a nationally financed highway system.”

Big Oil has consistently and successfully fought the intrusion of competition from non-oil energy sources, including nuclear, wind and solar power.

It has been at the side of the Pentagon in making sure that America defends the sea-lanes to the Persian Gulf, in effect ensuring a $US100 billion-plus annual subsidy for a fuel that is otherwise dangerous for national security, Sachs says.

”And Big Oil has played a notorious role in the fight to keep climate change off the US agenda. Exxon-Mobil, Koch Industries and others in the sector have underwritten a generation of anti-scientific propaganda to confuse the American people.”

Fourth is the healthcare industry, America’s largest industry, absorbing no less than 17 per cent of US gross domestic product.

”The key to understanding this sector is to note that the government partners with industry to reimburse costs with little systematic oversight and control,” Sachs says. ”Pharmaceutical firms set sky-high prices protected by patent rights; Medicare [for the aged] and Medicaid [for the poor] and private insurers reimburse doctors and hospitals on a cost-plus basis; and the American Medical Association restricts the supply of new doctors through the control of placements at medical schools.

”The result of this pseudo-market system is sky-high costs, large profits for the private healthcare sector, and no political will to reform.”

Now do you see why the industry put so much effort into persuading America’s punters that Obamacare was rank socialism? They didn’t succeed in blocking it, but the compromised program doesn’t do enough to stop the US being the last rich country in the world without universal healthcare.

It’s worth noting that, despite its front-running cost, America’s healthcare system doesn’t leave Americans with particularly good health – not as good as ours, for instance. This conundrum is easily explained: America has the highest-paid doctors.

Sachs says the main thing to remember about the corporatocracy is that it looks after its own. ”There is absolutely no economic crisis in corporate America.

”Consider the pulse of the corporate sector as opposed to the pulse of the employees working in it: corporate profits in 2010 were at an all-time high, chief executive salaries in 2010 rebounded strongly from the financial crisis, Wall Street compensation in 2010 was at an all-time high, several Wall Street firms paid civil penalties for financial abuses, but no senior banker faced any criminal charges, and there were no adverse regulatory measures that would lead to a loss of profits in finance, health care, military supplies and energy,” he says.

The 30-year achievement of the corporatocracy has been the creation of America’s rich and super-rich classes, he says. And we can now see their tools of trade.

”It began with globalisation, which pushed up capital income while pushing down wages. These changes were magnified by the tax cuts at the top, which left more take-home pay and the ability to accumulate greater wealth through higher net-of-tax returns to saving.”

Chief executives then helped themselves to their own slice of the corporate sector ownership through outlandish awards of stock options by friendly and often handpicked compensation committees, while the Securities and Exchange Commission looked the other way. It’s not all that hard to do when both political parties are standing in line to do your bidding, Sachs concludes.

Fortunately, things aren’t nearly so bad in Australia. But it will require vigilance to stop them sliding further in that direction.

The status of your global economy is dependent on an illegal flow of cash from accounts that were plundered by the Federal Reserve over the past year. These accounts were illegally seized as part of procedures to monitor the exchange of funds from one account to another. Our associates are now rerouting these daily international movements of large sums of currency. As these fiscal sources of revenue begin to dry up, the US Corporation and its minions are desperately searching for a way to keep afloat. This sudden lowering of ‘true cash reserves’ has caused the central banks of your world to panic. This comes against a backdrop of a series of ultimatums recently issued to these banks by our sacred associates concerning large debts to be repaid only in gold. These still-covert developments are expected to create what can be called an early ‘Halloween’ for the dark cabal. Meanwhile, the various holders of the world’s known and ‘dark’ gold supplies continue to add to their totals.

This enormous loss of gold and silver further exacerbates the perilous situations facing the world’s fiat currencies. As noted above, the huge joint debts of your fragile economy are now being called up and payments in true-value gold reserves are being demanded. This concerted squeeze is about to cause a mass collapse of the fiat money system. Those who are doing this realize full well the consequences of such a drastic maneuver. However, this colossal debt and the squandering of the gold-based IOUs now due for repayment are to be the twin vehicles for the change of governance and the instituting of the new global financial system. This proposed, and thoroughly prepared for, solution to the world’s problems cannot be swept under the rug by the dark cabal. For example, it has further inflamed the Middle East and created situations that once would have led to serious diplomatic interactions. At the core of this stands the US government and its special interest ‘friends.’ We have sent diplomatic liaisons to the Middle East and have convened a series of meetings with the US government to emphasize our no-war policy. In the same vein we are underwriting our meetings with the regional powers in the Middle East and these will set basic policy for resolving the Syrian crisis. We intend to begin to resolve this situation by sorting out the current problems and we are also monitoring the Iran difficulties. As the new governance is set to start shortly, we wish to firmly establish the parameters for a new era of peace.

Peace is to become the basis for the new financial system and for disclosure. The purpose of our formal arrival is to be able to openly interact with your governments and with you. A series of announcements will inform you about the necessity for the change-over from a world ruled by the dark cabal to one that is free from the encumbrances that lead to war, hate, divisions, and an economy based on debt and scarcity. What you are doing is most unusual. We have watched you grow swiftly in awareness and strength over the last two decades. It is no easy matter to overcome a force that has ruled you so implacably for so long. We salute your courage and determination and now your accrued wisdom has delivered you to the point of huge success! It is now our turn to use our expertise and technology to complete what you so nearly accomplished on your own. Heaven understands clearly what arrogant fools your masters, the dark cabal, truly are. As you know, a dark cabal runs your world by maintaining a tight grip on the global banking system, which in turn controls everything else. This grip has been loosened recently by the inflationary nature of its fiat currencies. Added to which, it is impossible to perpetuate a system based on debt and expect to simply add to the debt indefinitely, but this is precisely how your present financial system is expected to operate. In fact the true extent of the hidden debt accrued by this cabal is staggering. On another front, these ones sincerely believed that the block placed by Heaven on your reduced genetics long ago to prevent further tampering by the dark could actually be breached by using the alien genetic technology which had fallen into their hands around the end of WWII. This mistaken belief now forms the basis of their defeat and is leading to the restoration of the Light on planet Earth. Heaven knew this was happening and in the early 1990s requested us in the Galactic Federation to set up a first contact mission for Gaia. This mission is to make known to you the truth about many things, including the major reasons for the coming of your new reality.

The first stage of this dark-into-Light operation is to use the new financial system to rapidly increase the instability of the present setup, as the inherent precariousness of the old system will precipitate its own collapse. One major aspect of the new system is transparency, and this will immediately expose the immense corruption and the prevalence of ‘cooked books’ that all the world’s major banking corporations have used. As this comes out banks will begin to fail at a startling rate, while the old fiat currencies will be trumped by the arrival of a number of major currencies backed by gold. The world economy will go into free fall and this will force the adoption of global debt forgiveness. Crisis aversion will demand the detention of those complicit in the corruption and collusion between governments and financial conglomerates, and with their removal the dark cabal-controlled governments will pass away. Once this flurry is over, the more interesting stuff can begin!

A key item on the agenda is disclosure. Since the 1940s, the major nations of your world have promulgated a wholesale denial of our existence and benevolence, while covertly engaging in agreements with several dark members of the Anchara Alliance. From 1940-90, the Illuminati factions on your world came into closer cooperation with each other as a result of signing a series of treaties with various then-dark Alliance members. In 1994-95, the Treaty of Anchara came into being, the Anunnaki joined the ranks of the Light, and the dark ETs abandoned their projects on Earth and reneged on the treaties. With the cohesive factor among the Illuminati gone, Heaven began to exercise the decrees it had issued when ‘the time of the dark ones’ began some 13 millennia ago.
