GOOD NUTRITION CAN BE YOUR BEST HEALTH INSURANCE!

Blame it on my Virgo Ascendant … The zodiac energy of Virgo naturally rules the 6th house of Health and Healing.  The 6th house of the zodiac circle answers the question “How can I be transformed?”  Practicing Good, or Preventive. Nutrition can be a major way to transform our lives.  In doing so, we also learn to “love ourselves enough” to practice good health habits.

Blame it on Aquarius ruling my individual 6th house  … I definitely incarnated to share with the world ways by which lives can be transformed.  As stated above, a major way to transform our lives is by recognizing the need to practice good nutrition in order to build vibrant physical health.

As a result of the Soul Contract revealed in the individual Soul Map, I was naturally drawn to health issues as an adolescent.  I loved my classes in Health and Home Economics.  I intuitively knew the importance of good nutrition and have used it all of my life to maintain good health.  I say this to let you know I speak from personal experience and know that good nutrition can be a major factor in maintaining good health.

I enjoy researching in the area of nutrition as it serves to maintain good health and also serves as a natural, effective modality for healing.  Of course, as an Aquarian, I will naturally want to share with the world what my research reveals.

During this time of cosmic and planetary transition into the New Aquarian Golden Age, a major way by which we can transform our world and ourselves is by learning the foods that assist in the healing process.

1. Unsweetened Yogurt with live and active cultures.

2. Citrus fruit – Mandarin orange has a high level of limonene which has anti-cancer effects and also helps to prevent breast cancer. Mandarin is a natural blood purifier that helps to flush out toxins and unwanted substances from the body. Grapefruit contains less sugar than oranges. Red or pink grapefruit – also helps detox the liver and promote a healthy gut lining.

4. Broccoli – one of the healthiest vegetables. Raw or cooked as little as possible. Also helps detox the liver and promote a healthy gut lining

6. Ginger – Ginger may help chronic pain.

7. Spinach – raw or cooked as little as possible.

8. Almonds – vitamin E is key to a healthy immune system. Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin, meaning it requires the presence of fat to be absorbed properly. peanuts, hazelnuts and sunflower seeds are all high in vitamin E.
