MATTHEW’S MESSAGE – MARCH 11, 2013 Pace of societal progress; law of attraction; ego, consciousness; Barack Obama; Hugo Chavez; “sides” in controversial issues; lightworkers; densities; legal, economic matters; NESARA     [IMPORTANT WHY ARE CHANGES COMING SO SLOWLY?] With loving greetings from all souls at this station, this is Matthew. How we wish that you could view Earth from our vantage point so you could see that her tumultuous travels are over and she is in calm waters. Most likely “calm” is not how you would think about your world, but “When are all the marvels of the Golden Age coming?”  Well may be. Many civilizations were authorized by God to help Earth reach safe harbor at this point in your linear time, but throughout her ascension process, her residents have been in charge of societal changes. No other civilization may do this on your behalf because Earth is your world and must be the kind of world that you, collectively, want. Lightworkers, including the souls who don’t think of themselves as such but indeed they are by living in godly ways, managed nobly during the extremely difficult ascension decades. All of you have the greatest admiration and respect of light beings throughout this universe. And we know how eager you are for the promised glories of the Golden Age to be manifested, so you are distressed because there’s little evidence that they are underway. Actually, a great deal is progressing in numerous areas behind the scenes, and even mainstream media are reporting instances that indicate an encouraging upward trend. Still, huge changes will not come as swiftly as you would like. [WHY ARE THE CHANGES COMING SO SLOWLY?] You know that everything is energy vibrating at one frequency or another, and because energy is neutral and has no reasoning capacity, it can’t differentiate between what is wanted and what is not. Consequently, as people’s thoughts and feelings shoot out into space, the universe provides individuals with circumstances whose energy matches the energy of whatever they have been focusing on—the law of attraction that’s in constant motion. But most souls in your world do not know that’s how energy and their innate powers of co-creation work. They’re concentrating on situations that they don’t want to continue, thereby making more of them. Because so many people are sending out the energy of sad, angry and despairing thoughts and feelings about world situations, your society as a whole is affected by the result: the slow pace of change. Another reason that things may seem to be moving at a snail pace also is due to lack of knowledge. Because most people in your world still are confined within third density’s limited consciousness, they don’t know to ask within, where all truths are known. Without that soul level knowingness, the consciousness processes information from the ego’s perspective; and since the ego supports personal ideas and perceptions, which often are rigidly set, rarely can the ego see a situation from other perspectives or discern between truth and falsehood. [BARACK OBAMA] We shall give you an example. We and many other messengers in the light have told you the truth about Barack Obama, a highly evolved soul from a civilization far advanced in spirituality, intelligence and ancient wisdom. The highest universal council asked him to leave his homeland and accept the mission of leading the United States and your world into an era of peace, prosperity and unity. We have explained that his mission, which transcends politics worldwide, is a provision of the Golden Age master plan that is aligned with Gaia’s vision of Earth’s residents living in harmony with each other and with Nature. Then Gaia’s planetary body and all of its life forms will be in balance, wherein all is light. We have asked you to send light to President Obama because it will hasten the day when that balance is attained. Also we have mentioned in previous messages that the tenacity of the dark ones caused about a ten-year delay in your progress as a society. The delay didn’t deter Earth’s ascension one whit—her timing was predestined—but it severely curtailed Obama’s ability to carry out his mission because powerful individuals within the Illuminati still had the power to derail, distort or detour his efforts. A large part of their effectiveness has come from people whose third density perceptions have been sending forth the energy of “anti-Obama” thoughts and feelings. That energy has been refueling the dark ones and enabling them to keep a strong chokehold on the president’s endeavors to move your world toward Gaia’s vision. [DRONES] It is natural to question why that would include killing, and many feel that Obama’s approval of using drones shows that he is not of the light. That perspective omits this essential element: The drones’ purpose is to kill as few persons as possible while ending warfare as quickly as possible. Always military forces in Earth’s civilizations have operated within the third density mentality that says eliminating the enemy is a patriotic responsibility and you keep at it until you’ve won. So for millennia both sides in wars annihilated each other, using the most current weaponry. Now that includes drones, which target individuals who are considered the masterminds of terrorism and cause fewer casualties than drawn-out ground battles would. Indeed it is lamentable that those weapons claim the lives of women, men and children who are not harming anyone. A brutal fact of war is, many civilians are injured and killed along with combat troops—we won’t go into the immeasurable psychic damage experienced by all souls in war zones. Be uplifted by knowing that as hearts and minds continue to open, no soul will want to kill another by any means for any purpose. [HUGO CHAVEZ, VENEZUELA] We also cite Hugo Chavez, recently deceased president of Venezuela, whom mainstream media in the United States have portrayed as a bad guy who worked against that country’s best interests. What Chavez worked against was the Illuminati’s dark influence in that country, his own and other Latin American nations, and he was quite successful in driving them out of Venezuela. Chavez was not wrong in thinking that his cancer did not occur naturally. The media under Illuminati control labeled him a “conspiracy theorist” because they have conditioned you to believe that anything with that designation is pure nonsense. Chavez’ determination to rid his country of their tentacles and to improve the lives of those who are down-trodden did not fit with the dark ones’ agenda. They felt that a public assassination could start a firestorm instead of making it easy for them to regain control of Venezuela’s abundant natural resources, and since they had the means to initiate cancer, that’s what they did. His body just didn’t give out nearly as fast as they expected. We know the truth about these two men whom third density minds perceive at best as controversial figures with political and ideological “pro” supporters and “con” opponents. But by no means are “sides” limited to national leaders—it is the very same in all divisive issues that are besieging your world! The “right” and “left” of any situation keep generating fuel for each other—heated feelings are intensified and the imbalance of stalemates is prolonged. [NUCLEAR WEAPONS] Consider: Governments with a stockpile of nuclear weapons tell other governments, It’s OK for us to have these but you can’t because we don’t trust you. The governments that are told You can’t are expected to trust the motives of the governments that do have these weapons? If the most vociferous spokespersons in “have-weapon” countries would meet with equally intransigent national leaders that want to develop them, they could begin to rationally discuss their “unassailable” perspectives. Only by doing so can the sides move forward from their respective positions and reach the common sense conclusion that total nuclear disarmament is the only way to assure that never will those weapons be used. [GUN CONTROL] Especially in the United States, gun violence is a hot controversy. The side that wants to ban sales of specific guns and ammunition is as stubbornly rooted in their view as are those who parrot their “second amendment right” to have all the guns and bullets they want. The two sides need to discuss their differing opinions so they can proceed from the shared desire to lessen shooting deaths. Neither of those two issues will be resolved overnight, but there will be a starting point in both that ultimately will result in banning weapons of all kinds. Remember, the world you’re still co-creating in linear time already exists in the continuum exactly the way you want it and, as you shall see, your choice is that weapons have no place in Earth’s Golden Age. Abortion is another issue with widely different views and so are capital punishment and dealing with national economies, unemployment and safe sources of energy. Because all of those and many other vital world situations are causing serious unrest does not mean that the dark ones still are in charge! Some who defected from the ranks of the Illuminati became lightworkers. Some have died, and those who absorbed enough light during the December solstice to keep their bodies viable either will continue to embrace the light or they will die. However, those who formerly were able to cause widespread havoc have been removed from those positions or their influence is nil. Civil wars still are raging because both sides wholeheartedly believe their cause is just. In some cases, the necessity of avenging assaults on their ancestors was inculcated in the fighters when they were little children. Equally strong feelings undergird the people who are fighting for freedom from tyrannical rulers, who view the fighters as traitors for destabilizing the country. Other individuals are fighting to keep their concept of religion, however twisted, from being overturned by nonbelievers. Gradually the strident sides in these various situations will be motivated to negotiate and cooperate for mutual benefit. There are greatly differing opinions of how to govern countries that recently gained independence after a long dynastic reign, but again, there is no darkness in the hearts of the citizens. Simply, self-rule, or democracy, is new and the people are striving to find governing methods that can serve everyone’s best interests. [EGO DESIRES] The most adamant persons on both sides of other issues we’ve mentioned have no dark intentions either. It is not with malice toward those who disagree with them that the people involved are “sticking to their guns,” so to speak. Like all other minds operating at third density consciousness, they are ego-bound by their beliefs and want their side to win at all costs. Our beloved Earth family, we are not saying that all souls in your world need to have the very same opinion about everything before turmoil ends. What we are saying is that a willingness to listen and comprehend each other’s convictions must precede resolutions to conflicts. And this will come! Earth keeps rising into the successively higher vibrations that are conducive to lightening—enlightening!—what you call “human nature.” Attitudes on both sides of all issues will change gradually from vehemently contentious to reasonable, setting the stage for the harmonious discourse that will lead to “parts of the problem” becoming “parts of the solution” for the good of all. This is why you lightworkers are needed every bit as much now as before! The light you generate simply by BEing radiates out into the world and touches all other lives. By steadfastly focusing only on what will enhance life in your world, you expand light in the collective consciousness and hasten the manifestation of Golden Age glories. [LOVE IS THE KEY] Earth’s peoples must let go of the ego’s self-centeredness and often mean-spirited perspective and start living from the heart. LOVE, the most powerful force in the cosmos, is the key to ending the divisiveness, hatred, poverty, ignorance and violence that have kept your world out of balance. Love is the key to peace, abundance, unity of spirit and soul evolvement. It is logical to wonder: Earth has reached fourth density, so how can it be that most of her residents still are in third? There are two types of density, scientifically speaking. One pertains to mass and the location of a mass— Earth is in the low “edge” of fourth density and will continue ascending until she reaches her destination in fifth. The other density refers to the evolutionary status of a soul—that is, the level of spiritual and conscious awareness attained, and those two aspects can vary considerably. Some civilizations that are far advanced in consciousness, or intelligence level, haven’t an iota of spiritual awareness. Earth’s population today ranges from third density through seventh in soul evolvement. Dedicated lightworkers are at fourth spiritually—they are steadily on the spiritual pathway—but some are lagging consciously; they still are working on becoming nonjudgmental, forgiving self and others for perceived wrongs, and getting past guilt, remorse, possessiveness and other feelings that emit low vibrations. The comparatively few souls in fifth and higher densities are those you call Crystal or Indigo or are members of other civilizations living with you. Now then, we have spoken about the primary factors that are affecting the pace of change in your world, but there are others, too. For instance, all legal matters must run the normal course of your legal and justice systems, and you don’t need us to tell you that those wheels do not turn swiftly. Some legal situations are economically-based, and switching from the old systems to the new is intentionally coming about slowly to prevent fear and chaos. This far-reaching process includes not only retrieving the Illuminati’s vast stolen fortunes and allocating those monies to the impoverished billions, but also moving to a global economy based on precious metals; instituting banking regulations worldwide; and establishing fairness in trade, tariffs, taxation, wages and salaries. [NESARA] In this economic vein, NESARA, the acronym for National Economic Security and Reformation Act, is well known in some circles but not necessarily well understood, and no wonder. The US government’s Web site, where NESARA is given the name National Economic Stabilization and Recovery Act, is total DISinformation, and channeled messages from dark entities that claim to be respected messengers of the light also contain falsehoods. Misunderstandings include the notion that the Act is the entirety of NESARA. How wrong that is! NESARA is no less than world transformation and spiritual renewal—it is the master plan for Earth’s Golden Age. Also, there are various interpretations of some terminology in messages from light sources, such as “prosperity packages” or similar references to the economic aspects of NESARA. Misinterpretations include a large amount of money given directly to every person on the planet, huge sums given to some individuals for funding specific projects, and everyone’s debts wiped out in one fell swoop. Part of NESARA does pertain to eradicating usurious interest rates, reducing some loans and eliminating others—in particular, IMF loans—and removing large bank accounts from the Illuminati’s “hold order.” But the economic thrust of the Act is ending the unconscionable disparity between the “haves” and “have-nots” in your world. That imbalance will be rectified as the Illuminati’s illegally amassed fortunes are used to relieve the plight of impoverished peoples as rapidly as possible and put them on firm footing henceforth. The provision of NESARA that calls for the resignation of the entire US government no longer applies. The act was written more than a dozen years ago when the president was a top-ranking Illuminati—he is among the defectors who became active lightworkers—and almost everyone in Congress was either a member or under the control of Illuminati outside the government. Rejoice with us that this is not the case today! Mother, for readers who want to know more about NESARA, perhaps why this transformative worldwide plan began as a United States law, please add the date of the message with comprehensive information. Dratzo! We return! Your world is still caught in an in-between reality-state as Heaven prepares to signal the much-awaited green light. We are setting up special liaison teams to monitor what is shortly to happen. The coming announcements by your new governance will mark the end of a long era of dark control, during which wars, economic upheavals, and other widespread forms of discord characterized the ups and downs of numerous regimes over the course of this old form of governance. It is to be replaced by an interim administration which will prepare the way for a duly elected one and set up new rules and by-laws regarding the general operating standards of the first of your new de jure governments. Contained within the new rules are the new financial and monetary systems based on hard currency, open rules of banking, and an end to large multiservice banking conglomerates. Furthermore, the way will be opened up to get a formal disclosure announced, and the many provisions of NESARA introduced and applied. This will establish a new relationship between individuals and their national governance.

The new banking system will end the long period of debt slavery. In its place will be a system that honors your essential freedom and sovereignty. This requires fail-safe laws designed to protect your sovereignty, end one-sided political parties, and sponsor the rise of an educated and responsible electorate. Each member of this electorate is an individual who needs to learn to express their views based on extensive study of the issues in the world around them. Governments, until now, have both bamboozled the electorate and used carefully slanted rhetoric designed to camouflage the activities they were actually engaged in. In effect, truth was to be kept from the public by any means possible. Now, you are to witness an about-face in administrative operating procedures. Your new governance is to be built upon trust, and upon the premise that elected officials are kept under careful scrutiny on the part of the public. Your most powerful tool will be the intrinsic transparency built into the new rules, and this demands your involvement as both watchdog and advisor. It is a wholly new relationship in responsibility, one which marks the start of your exciting jaunt to galactic society.

One of the more vital responsibilities of this new governance is disclosure. This single act opens up the lines of communication to Agartha, your Ascended Masters, and of course us. With this announcement your world opens up! And those who have long watched over you can now openly come forward. As you can imagine, we eagerly look forward to this special moment. At long last we can explain to you what first contact is all about, and introduce our blessed cohorts on this journey to full consciousness. None of you has any notion of your true inner potential. Indeed, each of you is burdened by inhibiting beliefs ingrained in you since childhood onwards. Our mentors look forward to helping you move beyond these limited conceptions of reality and learn who you really are. Once these basics are sorted out, you are to broaden your learning to include the truth about your recent history, and here you may find things that anger you. However, it is important to remember that you are never alone, and that measures are to be taken to correct the situations and events that are the cause of your distress.

The coming time is one of prosperity, joy, and harmonious cooperation. Peace will replace war, and general disarmament will end the worry over mass violence. As your consciousness grows, you will experience a need for true community and to re-establish honorable interaction between people and government. This requires an exchange based on the perceived integrity of each party. Your world’s currently accepted exercise of power needs to be universally upgraded. Division will be replaced by union; contention by cooperation; and prejudice by acceptance. Such ideals have been so often championed in the past, and now they are to be realized and practiced by all. One of our tasks is to help this along with the introduction of technologies that can take your communications systems to the next, more secure level. As you open up your awareness and begin to feel more secure in your life, you will be inclined to explore new ways of thinking and being which are more aligned with the new levels of consciousness flooding your societies.

Namaste! We are your Ascended Masters! Right now we are watching our associates waiting eagerly for Heaven to sound the sacred horn and begin the new era for humanity. The dark, despite its myriad schemes to derail things, has been unable to prevent the Earth’s sacred societies from completing their assigned tasks. New governance, likewise, is in place, ready to take over when these hallowed notes are sounded. We bless Heaven for moving everyone to the point where they are raising their awareness of how close the new epoch truly is. We are ready to hear the many different announcements that are to set our sacred undertaking in motion. Our part in this blessed mission is to guide you to those divine truths which were supposedly ‘lost’ over the millennia. Those teachings are to be the harbingers of others which will illumine your path to full consciousness.

The new governance is to proclaim your liberation from the many forms of illegal slavery imposed on you by the minions of the dark cabal. Enslavement and disempowerment of the populace was a major component of debt economics, which created a small, ultra-wealthy class that depended for its existence on the complete acquiescence of you all. These denizens of the dark wielded quite a power, but it is as nothing compared to that of Heaven and its great Light! The present Light manifestation is to transform your reality and forge a new, divine one. Heaven set up a specific time, based on the movements of physicality and the divine precession of this solar system. This sacred point is quite near and very shortly a great moment is to happen! Then this glorious living sphere will witness a grand miracle and Heaven’s sacred Light will dance across her and transform all!

This divine radiance will confer a new epoch upon humanity. You will become reacquainted with the lovely realms of your Agarthan and space families. The great lineages of Heaven are to appear and proclaim their great truths to all. And this will be only the beginning! You will have so much to learn from us and from your space family. Many truths will be taught about your origins and the nature of your sacred service to Heaven. Ponder on these new realities, feel their resonance within you, and allow them to inspire you as you prepare for your return to full consciousness. In effect, you are to re-earn your angelic wings. As physical Angels, you will take up a whole host of new responsibilities, and it will be our task to teach and mentor you in many things which will form the foundation of your divine service. Our duty is to be your loving supervisors as we prepare you for what lies ahead.

Today we gave you another message to help you further your understanding of what is being done to extract you from the dark realms and return you to the Light. The Creator rejoices in what is happening and the sacred decrees of AEON are ready to transform your reality forever! Transcript: President Obama’s 2013 Inaugural Address

Vice President Biden, Mr. Chief Justice, Members of the United States Congress, distinguished guests, and fellow citizens:

Each time we gather to inaugurate a president, we bear witness to the enduring strength of our Constitution.  We affirm the promise of our democracy.  We recall that what binds this nation together is not the colors of our skin or the tenets of our faith or the origins of our names.  What makes us exceptional – what makes us American – is our allegiance to an idea, articulated in a declaration made more than two centuries ago:

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness.”

Today we continue a never-ending journey, to bridge the meaning of those words with the realities of our time.  For history tells us that while these truths may be self-evident, they have never been self-executing; that while freedom is a gift from God, it must be secured by His people here on Earth.  The patriots of 1776 did not fight to replace the tyranny of a king with the privileges of a few or the rule of a mob.  They gave to us a Republic, a government of, and by, and for the people, entrusting each generation to keep safe our founding creed.

For more than two hundred years, we have.

Through blood drawn by lash and blood drawn by sword, we learned that no union founded on the principles of liberty and equality could survive half-slave and half-free.  We made ourselves anew, and vowed to move forward together.

Together, we determined that a modern economy requires railroads and highways to speed travel and commerce; schools and colleges to train our workers.

Together, we discovered that a free market only thrives when there are rules to ensure competition and fair play.

Together, we resolved that a great nation must care for the vulnerable, and protect its people from life’s worst hazards and misfortune.

Through it all, we have never relinquished our skepticism of central authority, nor have we succumbed to the fiction that all society’s ills can be cured through government alone.  Our celebration of initiative and enterprise; our insistence on hard work and personal responsibility, are constants in our character.

But we have always understood that when times change, so must we; that fidelity to our founding principles requires new responses to new challenges; that preserving our individual freedoms ultimately requires collective action.  For the American people can no more meet the demands of today’s world by acting alone than American soldiers could have met the forces of fascism or communism with muskets and militias.  No single person can train all the math and science teachers we’ll need to equip our children for the future, or build the roads and networks and research labs that will bring new jobs and businesses to our shores.  Now, more than ever, we must do these things together, as one nation, and one people.

This generation of Americans has been tested by crises that steeled our resolve and proved our resilience.  A decade of war is now ending.  An economic recovery has begun.  America’s possibilities are limitless, for we possess all the qualities that this world without boundaries demands:  youth and drive; diversity and openness; an endless capacity for risk and a gift for reinvention.   My fellow Americans, we are made for this moment, and we will seize it – so long as we seize it together.

For we, the people, understand that our country cannot succeed when a shrinking few do very well and a growing many barely make it.  We believe that America’s prosperity must rest upon the broad shoulders of a rising middle class.  We know that America thrives when every person can find independence and pride in their work; when the wages of honest labor liberate families from the brink of hardship.  We are true to our creed when a little girl born into the bleakest poverty knows that she has the same chance to succeed as anybody else, because she is an American, she is free, and she is equal, not just in the eyes of God but also in our own.

We understand that outworn programs are inadequate to the needs of our time.  We must harness new ideas and technology to remake our government, revamp our tax code, reform our schools, and empower our citizens with the skills they need to work harder, learn more, and reach higher.  But while the means will change, our purpose endures:  a nation that rewards the effort and determination of every single American.  That is what this moment requires.  That is what will give real meaning to our creed.

We, the people, still believe that every citizen deserves a basic measure of security and dignity.  We must make the hard choices to reduce the cost of health care and the size of our deficit.  But we reject the belief that America must choose between caring for the generation that built this country and investing in the generation that will build its future.  For we remember the lessons of our past, when twilight years were spent in poverty, and parents of a child with a disability had nowhere to turn.  We do not believe that in this country, freedom is reserved for the lucky, or happiness for the few.  We recognize that no matter how responsibly we live our lives, any one of us, at any time, may face a job loss, or a sudden illness, or a home swept away in a terrible storm. The commitments we make to each other – through Medicare, and Medicaid, and Social Security – these things do not sap our initiative; they strengthen us.  They do not make us a nation of takers; they free us to take the risks that make this country great.

We, the people, still believe that our obligations as Americans are not just to ourselves, but to all posterity.  We will respond to the threat of climate change, knowing that the failure to do so would betray our children and future generations.  Some may still deny the overwhelming judgment of science, but none can avoid the devastating impact of raging fires, and crippling drought, and more powerful storms.  The path towards sustainable energy sources will be long and sometimes difficult.  But America cannot resist this transition; we must lead it.  We cannot cede to other nations the technology that will power new jobs and new industries – we must claim its promise.  That is how we will maintain our economic vitality and our national treasure – our forests and waterways; our croplands and snowcapped peaks.  That is how we will preserve our planet, commanded to our care by God.  That’s what will lend meaning to the creed our fathers once declared.

We, the people, still believe that enduring security and lasting peace do not require perpetual war.  Our brave men and women in uniform, tempered by the flames of battle, are unmatched in skill and courage.  Our citizens, seared by the memory of those we have lost, know too well the price that is paid for liberty.  The knowledge of their sacrifice will keep us forever vigilant against those who would do us harm.  But we are also heirs to those who won the peace and not just the war, who turned sworn enemies into the surest of friends, and we must carry those lessons into this time as well.

We will defend our people and uphold our values through strength of arms and rule of law.  We will show the courage to try and resolve our differences with other nations peacefully – not because we are naïve about the dangers we face, but because engagement can more durably lift suspicion and fear.  America will remain the anchor of strong alliances in every corner of the globe; and we will renew those institutions that extend our capacity to manage crisis abroad, for no one has a greater stake in a peaceful world than its most powerful nation.  We will support democracy from Asia to Africa; from the Americas to the Middle East, because our interests and our conscience compel us to act on behalf of those who long for freedom.  And we must be a source of hope to the poor, the sick, the marginalized, the victims of prejudice – not out of mere charity, but because peace in our time requires the constant advance of those principles that our common creed describes:  tolerance and opportunity; human dignity and justice.

We, the people, declare today that the most evident of truths – that all of us are created equal – is the star that guides us still; just as it guided our forebears through Seneca Falls, and Selma, and Stonewall; just as it guided all those men and women, sung and unsung, who left footprints along this great Mall, to hear a preacher say that we cannot walk alone; to hear a King proclaim that our individual freedom is inextricably bound to the freedom of every soul on Earth.

It is now our generation’s task to carry on what those pioneers began.  For our journey is not complete until our wives, our mothers, and daughters can earn a living equal to their efforts.  Our journey is not complete until our gay brothers and sisters are treated like anyone else under the law – for if we are truly created equal, then surely the love we commit to one another must be equal as well.  Our journey is not complete until no citizen is forced to wait for hours to exercise the right to vote.  Our journey is not complete until we find a better way to welcome the striving, hopeful immigrants who still see America as a land of opportunity; until bright young students and engineers are enlisted in our workforce rather than expelled from our country.  Our journey is not complete until all our children, from the streets of Detroit to the hills of Appalachia to the quiet lanes of Newtown, know that they are cared for, and cherished, and always safe from harm.

That is our generation’s task – to make these words, these rights, these values – of Life, and Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness – real for every American.  Being true to our founding documents does not require us to agree on every contour of life; it does not mean we will all define liberty in exactly the same way, or follow the same precise path to happiness.  Progress does not compel us to settle centuries-long debates about the role of government for all time – but it does require us to act in our time.

For now decisions are upon us, and we cannot afford delay.  We cannot mistake absolutism for principle, or substitute spectacle for politics, or treat name-calling as reasoned debate.  We must act, knowing that our work will be imperfect.  We must act, knowing that today’s victories will be only partial, and that it will be up to those who stand here in four years, and forty years, and four hundred years hence to advance the timeless spirit once conferred to us in a spare Philadelphia hall.

My fellow Americans, the oath I have sworn before you today, like the one recited by others who serve in this Capitol, was an oath to God and country, not party or faction – and we must faithfully execute that pledge during the duration of our service.  But the words I spoke today are not so different from the oath that is taken each time a soldier signs up for duty, or an immigrant realizes her dream.  My oath is not so different from the pledge we all make to the flag that waves above and that fills our hearts with pride.

They are the words of citizens, and they represent our greatest hope. You and I, as citizens, have the power to set this country’s course.

You and I, as citizens, have the obligation to shape the debates of our time – not only with the votes we cast, but with the voices we lift in defense of our most ancient values and enduring ideals.

Let each of us now embrace, with solemn duty and awesome joy, what is our lasting birthright.  With common effort and common purpose, with passion and dedication, let us answer the call of history, and carry into an uncertain future that precious light of freedom.

As we embark on Year #1 of the New Aquarian Age, it is very difficult to discern truth from misinformation deliberately fed to the people by the mainstream media.

1.  The dissolution of the Corporation of the USA:  Unless you were born before 1871, you have never lived under the original constitution created by the Founding Fathers.

2.  Returning to our original Constitution will involve a shake-up of government:  Many of the present Senators and House of Representatives will no longer be eligible to serve in Congress because the original, duly ratified 13^th Article of Amendment forbids it.

I have never felt the urge to share things about Nesara because it never interested me personally, neither not talking about it with Saint Germain in my private space.  But because some are asking me about it, I agreed to do one channeling only about this subject.  Love, Méline♥)

M: Can you give me some insights as to your Trust Fund and Nesara? Are these for real and is the World Trust Fund a part of Nesara?

SG: Of course, you may inquire about those issues and it will be my pleasure to reply. The World Trust Fund is something that is, albeit it slowly, emerging on your current world. It has to do with returning to Humanity, as a kind of recompensation of the funds that have ever been taken from them but which were rightfully theirs. This Trust Fund has been established under my supervision and will remain solely under my supervision as long as the funds haven’t been released. I will be the one who will make the decisions in this regard and I wil decide when it will all come to pass.  This ‘when’ has been a long time coming; there have been resistances and difficulties along the way, but I always considered the life and freedom of every soul as my top priority. First I had to be sure that everything and everyone remained unharmed and that they get the chance to experience a beneficial payment of that fund. This fund is not a fairy tale but a fact: the fund contains gold of immeasurable value which rightfully belongs to humanity. Once all greed and sources of evil have been fully removed, it will be safe again to return these funds to their rightful owners: the whole of humanity.
I will decide on the subject when this will happen: I cannot determine in advance when exactly this will be, all I can say is that it will be determined in a mere second of  your time. This time must be exactly right and the possibility is now increasingly becoming a probability as the sources of evil and the dark forces are as good as eradicated now. All in all there is a lot at stake and your safety is my top priority in this moment! Rest assured and have faith: you will certainly have the experience of this in these times of your incarnation.

We have moved very close now to a breakthrough of NESARA. By the way, NESARA is far more than just the World Trust Fund which in itself is only a part of NESARA. In general, NESARA is the freedom of humanity, the rediscovery of yourself, of your abilities, of your perceptions and of your connections with your Galactic Self and your family, which in itself has to do with Disclosure, NESARA also refers to having faith in yourself and in each other, in the perfect society in Love and Harmony. NESARA also implies a more refined and Higher Technology and a broader scale of scientific and spiritual knowledge. All this and more pertains to NESARA and it is the birthright of every human being! Hence my presence alongside you and the reason why I return it all to humanity.

This is also a global process for which I have worked for a very long time: many steps have gone awry in the past but with the removal of the most hazardous darkness, the way shall be cleared for this. I do not give any dates nor even a timeframe but let me ascertain you that it all draws nearer and that the first steps of this process have already been taken. President Obama plays a major role in this and with each passing day he gets more power to bring these issues to fruition. You have to confide in this president as he is the one that might get the job done, he works tirelessly to bring it forward; he is my ally in the matter of NESARA and in so much more and he knows all too well what is in store for him.

The last hidden veils have to be removed now before the playing field can be leveled, in consultation with the Collective of Humanity and than a big hope will well up in your hearts. Humanity is doing a great job of cleaning up the redundant rubbish, the latter referring to the personal, as well as the old collective patterns and even in these issues I ask you to give it time : you are actively involved in this and the finishing line of this is in sight.

I am fully aware that you had to wait a long time for this : but rest assured that I pursue the same goals as your hearts do ; but I also take you into account and that is why I have to be absolutely certain that the collective hearts are co-creating this in all safety and in all freedom. This freedom has now begun and gradually will take on its own forms, so you may absolutely expect the breaking through of NESARA and that part known as the World Trust Fund will also get its turn. However, I must insist that you let go of all timeframes in this regards and to release all expectations because that attitude can counteract my efforts when every soul independently places his/her own manifestations and expectations of a possible timeframe on this! This can only lead to differences and setbacks. Only create in the NOW, without expectation and just BE and feel Love.  I put my whole Being into this project as I love you all so very much and I so long to see your hearts fully liberated… This too is my goal and my mission to which I gladly give my soul. So trust me completely: Saint Germain knows what he is doing for the well-being of all of you! Feel free to give your support to me for this whole project by being faithful and remaining positive, keeping in mind that you assist me by letting go and by being and experiencing yourself in each NOW moment. It is just a matter of simply being and releasing. It will come to pass and when you take afore-mentioned advice to heart you assist me greatly. A word of warning as to the so-called ‘Pre-Nesara funds’ as there is no such thing as an application in advance and certainly not by means of filling in a form which requests you hand over all your personal data. Such things do not pertain to my NESARA: it is a misleading project! So be extremely cautious! We know all too well who you are in your Presences and everyone will receive their rightful part in all freedom and this will be so for all of you and only through me! Our sacred secret allies, with the assistance of your Ascended Masters, have put into position a new financial system and begun to instruct various key individuals in the distribution of the hard-backed currencies associated with this new banking system. Meanwhile, those who are to take up positions to replace old-order officials in the present de facto regimes are preparing the announcements which will transform your world ‘in the twinkling of an eye.’ Further, the Light-oriented military and militia groups are poised to complete a legal putsch that will put a series of new, de jure governments into power. Once done, the announcements will be broadcast and the six major components of NESARA will become the law of the land. I had a personal reading with Archangel Michael today through channel Linda Dillon and some of the matters we discussed had to do with President Obama. He said that Mr. Obama is aware of NESARA and is participating in steering it.

He revealed that, without the President, the western financial system would have collapsed and in the course of that discussion revealed that the Company of Heaven would not allow NESARA to be introduced through a wholesale ruin of the world economy, lest there be war in the streets. That probably accounts for some of the delay in announcing NESARA.

You recall that Canadian politician Tommy Douglas, a man dear to my own heart, said that President Obama’s administration prevented blood flowing in the streets. Tommy Douglas is the man responsible for giving Canada what is the jewel in the Canadian crown: universal medicare, something the cabal has denied Americans until Mr. Obama stepped in. No Canadian need fear bankruptcy if they fall ill.

He passed away some years ago. Archangel Michael’s comments shed light on that remark.  And, yes, President Obama was born in Hawaii. He revealed that Mr. Obama’s opponents have been doctoring documents to put the President in a bad light but that they will not be permitted to succeed. Here are AAM’s comments:

Steve Beckow: Can I get something from you for the blog on whether Obama was aware of NESARA and why he turned down the NESARA petition.

Archangel Michael: He is aware of NESARA. Now we want you to put yourself in his position for a moment and we would suggest that it is not an enviable position. But he has seen and he has engineered the modification so that there was not an entire collapse of the western economic system and most beings have no idea, and nor do they need to, how close the system came to entirely collapsing.

Now one might say to me, Lord, why did you not simply allow it to do so so that NESARA would be in place immediately, so that a new financial system, whatever that looks like would be in place, that equity and fairness and abundance would be in place?

Had that financial ruin taken place, there would have been civil unrest and war in the streets of many countries and that is exactly what we have been avoiding because we do not create and anchor peace on Earth through any form of war, whether it is of civil unrest or out and out war.

So Obama in many ways has been very reticent to bring forth dramatic changes in the economic system until such time as things were stabilized – yes, in his view – but that is alright. He is positioned and he is most certainly (chuckles) guided.

He is in that position and one of the things that is taking place is that he is receiving the assurances that he needs to proceed. We will not and do not override or interfere but as we are coming together in greater partnership, in co-creation, this potentiality of completely structuring becomes concrete.

SB: Thank you. Was he born in Indonesia or Kenya?

AAM: No, he was not.

SB: Where was he born then?

AAM: He was born in the United States of America.

SB: Hawaii?

AAM: Yes, that is correct. There has been a great deal of people who have tried, in various ways, as you are well aware of, to defeat this one, to doctor documents at a level that has really not been seen since the 1940s, 1930s, but they are not permitted to succeed.

Dratzo! We return! Your world continues to be caught in the conflict between the dark cabal and our earthly forces. We are using our resources to keep the cabal at bay, but nevertheless it persists in pursuing a number of courses whose aim is to destabilize the efforts of our allies or to cause another full-scale war. For example, it has further inflamed the Middle East and created situations that once would have led to serious diplomatic interactions. At the core of this stands the US government and its special interest ‘friends.’ We have sent diplomatic liaisons to the Middle East and have convened a series of meetings with the US government to emphasize our no-war policy. In the same vein we are underwriting our meetings with the regional powers in the Middle East and these will set basic policy for resolving the Syrian crisis. We intend to begin to resolve this situation by sorting out the current problems and we are also monitoring the Iran difficulties. As the new governance is set to start shortly, we wish to firmly establish the parameters for a new era of peace.

Peace is to become the basis for the new financial system and for disclosure. The purpose of our formal arrival is to be able to openly interact with your governments and with you. A series of announcements will inform you about the necessity for the change-over from a world ruled by the dark cabal to one that is free from the encumbrances that lead to war, hate, divisions, and an economy based on debt and scarcity. You are about to enter a transitional period in which you begin to accept the fundamental truths of your history, your origins, and your glorious future in full consciousness. We come as heavenly agents of this transformation. Our first contact with you will move you onto a path which can literally morph you into full consciousness. To this end, we needed to come together with your Agarthan neighbors to devise a way of achieving our lofty goals. This means that we first need to operate as main players behind the scenes, and then as open partners with you in a massive recasting of your global society.

These various operations are only half of what we need to do here. Another part is preparing you fully for your integration into the Galactic Federation of Light. Presently the Agarthans are the sole representatives for this solar system on our Main Federation Council – a role they have held since this solar system was added to our membership some 50,000 years ago. The rise of Atlantis and its subsequent destruction clouded the nature of this membership. What is about to happen is the reunion of your surface and Inner Earth peoples, and this will permit your solar system to return to its former pristine condition as well as create the instrument for returning your star-nation to its former glory. This rebuilt star-nation has a special series of tasks assigned to it by Heaven. You, as a people, have the capability to ‘lock down’ galactic peace and provide a beautiful locale for our ongoing conferences with our many intergalactic neighbors. Many of our distant friends have travelled from other galaxies to witness your return to full consciousness.

What you are doing is most unusual. We have watched you grow swiftly in awareness and strength over the last two decades. It is no easy matter to overcome a force that has ruled you so implacably for so long. We salute your courage and determination and now your accrued wisdom has delivered you to the point of huge success! It is now our turn to use our expertise and technology to complete what you so nearly accomplished on your own. Heaven understands clearly what arrogant fools your masters, the dark cabal, truly are. It has taken a doggedly earned respect and proven technological superiority to sway these obstinate ones, and these assets we have had to use in abundance when necessary. Our Earth allies now rely fully on us to finish what they so bravely started. We intend to use a number of techniques to compel the dark cabal’s formal surrender. The divine time has come to move this surface world through its transitional phase toward a realm of peace, Love, and prosperity.

Namaste! We are your Ascended Masters and we come with more good news! The programs to push in the new financial system are progressing globally. Our associates are ready to expand the way in which the elements of this new system are openly introduced to you. These programs involve instituting a system of prosperity and debt forgiveness. We have secretly informed many governments now being pressured by the banking institutions of your world to be patient and to not give in to the growing coercion emanating from the dark cabal. These strong-arm tactics will shortly cease as the new hard currency system is revealed. In addition we have set aside some currency resources to transform your debt into prosperity. It is vital that N.E.S.A.R.A. be announced in America and implemented globally. We have instructed those who are to be governmental caretakers to follow its various guidelines.

Those in charge of the global depositories of precious metals are readying the programs that back the new financial system. With this in mind it has been suggested that a special series of events precede this new epoch for humanity; these have been agreed to and so a catalogue of these events has been drawn up. We have also advised our associates to carry out the changes in a gentle and specific manner.
